Stayed last night there. My wife's phone fell off the bed and landed on the floor as she reached down to get it she touched a usd condom that was under the bed. We contacted the front desk and the assistant manager was very apologetic. He said Dave the manager would be in on Monday and he would call. After waiting all day for a call we contacted the hotel sat on hold for 30 minutes. Never spoke wi th him. The front desk put us into the voice mail. We called a few times. Every time we call get blown off. Horrible experience.

I try to stay here whenever I go to Boston. It s right across the street from Faneuil Hall and convenient walking to anywhere downtown. Great rooms and beds. Helpful staff. Fantastic city views.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Room was clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. Thin walls were my only complaint but I only noticed when my neighbor was apparently watching sports and cheering. It was fine overnight. We were happy overall and would definitely recommend/stay again.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Great walkability to restaurants and shopping. But if you are looking for a good night sleep don t stay here. There s Loud construction and thin walls. Although the staff was very accommodating when we asked to move due to issues with loud neighbors. There s nothing they can do about the construction. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows were paper thin.
