This review is long overdue...
Start with the best hotel app out there. Where you can easily book your room and check in all from your phone. Nobody has this so dialed in as Hilton.
I had a minor issue the first time I stayed here but the manager went well out of his way to make sure that I was extremely happy with my visit. That's what I call Attention To Detail. You're not just a guest, you're an important guest.
Had issues with my room that were not addressed even after talking to hotel staff twice on two separate days.
Friendly staff, nice rooms, and room service breakfast with surprisingly large portions add up to a pleasant stay
Clean, decent, good service. Needs refurbished for the little things. For example, the outlets in the lamps are so worn out they no longer hold the plug tongs so they don t provide power. The adjoining room door latches are bent and worn.
We just stayed one night, but the staff was polite and attentive to our needs. We were allowed to check in early. The bar/restaurant had a fun, hip vibe to it. Will definitely return
Decent rooms. Restaurant is your average hotel fare. Starbucks coffee available though. Not much close by since it's right off the highway. Thermostat had issues when I stayed.
It's nice, walls feel a bit thin though, can hear my neighbors very easily.
Great staff, very nice. Rooms are renovated but not new so there are certain dings and dents, scratches. It was quiet when I stayed. Pool was open with hardly anyone there. Food was on our with Hilton branded hotels.
Very loud hotel. Walls were so thin that multiple times throughout the night we got up to check to see if we left windows or doors open. We could hear rooms on both sides of us like they were standing in our room. We had to sleep with the bathroom fan, air conditioning on high, and the TV on to sleep. You could easily hear the loud bar and restaurant the whole time, and we were on the third floor. The only reason I am not rating a one star is because the rooms looked pretty and there was a pool and racquet ball court. Wouldn't stay in again. Also very expensive.
Went to xmas party there. Very nice place and easy to get to.
Very comfortable room. Bathroom newly redone with nice tile and lighting. Lots of natural light in common areas. Starbucks inside.
Attended a work event at the Hilton. The conference room was comfortable with large windows. Catered lunch was good.
Free workout room, pool and hot tub. Plenty to do in the surrounding area.
I stayed at this hotel 2days ago let me tell you they customer service is horrible/baddd..Stay away from this place not where u want to be trust me.. 1 star might just be to much.

Would have been better if the hotel wasn't under construction at the time. Wifi is abysmal and drops almost every 15 minutes as well as Cell signal in the room.
Nice rooms with a refrigerator and a decent restaurant in the lobby. The thermostat resets to 76 during the day, so beware of that
Recently remodeled, the lobby is much less cozy than before.
Nice selection of restaurants and shops inside, I was there for an event function room was nice size and the bartender was great.
Very clean rooms and a very friendly housekeeping staff.
Rooms are tired. Staff is not well trained for daily run of house. Building and signs are confused and I got lost finding my room. On the good side, bed comfortable, shelter for the night.

Visited for a conference for work. Spacious. Well kept and maintained. Very clean. Ample amenities and parking. Valet if needed.
Clean hotel. Had issues with AC first night but hotel staff quickly fixed the problem. Front desk very polite and helpful. Lots of parking space

Im a Hilton Diamond member... travel about 30 weeks a year. This is, by far, the worst Hilton (or hotel in general) I have stayed in in the last year. I stayed here earlier this year and they put me in a massive conference/meeting room with a random bed and night stand in it. strange. This time, I am in room 356, which one floor up from the bar and not actually in the hallway with the rest of the rooms. Last night, the bar kept me up until 1 am. As I was trying to go to sleep I kept hearing what sounded like talking as well. I thought that maybe the radio was on... nope. Apparently the walls are 1" thick. This morning, at 4am, the same noise woke me up as one of neighbors had their TV on.
This hotel needs to be leveled.
Attended a training there. The facilities were beautiful and when I asked staff where the training was, they were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to find, easy to park. The only negative comments I have are that it wasn't very clearly marked where to find my training (this may have been the fault of the company putting on the training) and the bathrooms were not fully stocked. They were, however, beautiful and very clean. There seemed to be staff around if you had a question. The place was overall clean, easy access, and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to hold an event.
The parking was somewhat difficult to find once I arrived but luckily the signs are very clear and the staff very helpful.
Was in Boston for a concert at TD Gardens. 25 min drive to the Garden. Check in was friendly, fast and we got there before check in time and there was no issue. Picked up something at their restaurant before going to room, a little pricey for appetizers. Room was clean, beds comfy, bathroom clean. Nice size room. Only thing is no fridge or microwave which comes in handy. Walls very thin. Would stay again for a short visit.
The decorations were nice and the event was well timed. We didn't stay overnight or eat but would definitely go back to try it.

First room I got had an issue with heating (it wasn't working! Cooling only!) I called the front desk and they were more than happy to provide me with a different room. The engineer was at my door in less than 10 mins with keys in hand. I was impressed with that. The new room I got had some weirdness with the thermostat as well, but I didn't want to complain because it was working. My colleagues who were here with me in separate rooms also said theirs were behaving strangely, so I'm not sure what was up with that, but it did seem to be an odd trend. Other than that the food and amenities are great, enjoyable experience overall.
Stay at your own risk. We re on the 4th floor right above the atrium and the noise is such that we cannot sleep. Told the front desk several times. First guy says sorry with nothing else to say. Night manager wasn t willing to come upstairs and listen to the extent of the noise. I m sure it s normal people noise in a very poorly designed hotel. Don t waste your time.
I have been there a few times and it s been under construction each time. The place is looking snazzy due to the upgrades. Staff was good; especially the maids.

Nice staff, dirty bathroom (sink and tub were dirty, also no fan which is weird), nice little bar and food, flat pillows, nice size tv in the room which was great, overall positive experience. Needs improvement.
Had a great stay here. Clean and comfy rooms. Friendly staff and very accommodating. My only complaint would be that there was some minor construction going on outside our room that we weren't made aware of. Overall a great stay.
Very nice hotel. Beautiful location with a park directly behind the building and shopping only 5 minutes away.
Little noisy in the evening on the 3rd floor rooms near the mezzanine to the restaurant/bar. Always clean and friendly staff though. Thats why its 5 stars.
I brought another guest and they were put on 1st floor. Please remodel that floor. Everyone always complains and asks to switch.

Avoid this hotel if you can...I am a HHonors member and base don my travel to other hilton properties, this hotel is not worth staying. My 'so called suite' had cob webs, no fridge, no microwave...after informing them about Cobwebs they said they will fix it, but did not !

A friend was staying here and we were meeting at the bar for a pre game drink. Had an old fashioned which was fine but on the expensive side
It had a nice view & the pool area was open.. Other than that it was not that good.

Hotel clean
This hotel in great location, near boston. The only issue was since there is no late night restaurant on the grounds we could have used a micro. But the room was very clean and reasonable.
Horrible hotel. The sink was cracked. The room was noisy. Very bad experience

Let s see.. problems started before we arrived. Staff couldn t speak English or were heavily accented. Couldn t handle a phone call.
HVAC control in the room was broken.
No water pressure in the shower was the icing on the cake. I ve stayed at better strip motels. Spend your money somewhere better.
