Great customer service, expensive beer and the beds were uncomfortably soft. Especially when sharing a double bed, you can't move without waking up the other person

In the urban area, it is very close to iconsiam. The design and decoration on the 1st floor is very stylish, but the proximity cards on each floor of the elevator cannot communicate with each other. It is a bit troublesome to find a friend.
The sunbathing area of the swimming pool is very adequate but the swimming pool is very small and I want to take pictures but it is not very beautiful.
If the bar upstairs is a resident, it can be a good deal to make a 70% discount on more wine.

Good hotel with lots of amenities nearby including jetties to bring you across the chao phraya river and to the BTS train station.

I've stayed at the Millennium Hilton a couple of times and eaten in both Yuan and Flow restaurants. The rooms are fairly nice but they are a little on the small side for my taste. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and worked. The furnishings were a bit worn, which isn't surprising considering how busy this hotel is. The dim sum buffet in Yuan is really good, if you have a chance to eat here I recommend that you do. The Flow restaurant is better than average, but not one of the best among the big hotels in Bangkok. Their buffets are good but not superb; there is a lot of competition among the international hotels, and you can do better if you are looking for a superlative buffet. I like Millennium Hilton and I'm sure we will be back in the future!

The Millennium Hilton is a beautiful hotel Centrally locates with a ton of amenities! The spa opens at 10am and has a large range of services after a long flight a massage is just what the Dr ordered. The rooms are spacious and the views ... WOW! It is incredible to see from the roof top the city of Bangkok as it awakens for the day! This is a must visit location!! Enjoy the comforts and relax during your visit!!

Great view over Chao Phraya river, impressive executive lounge and nice breakfast.

Properly renovated and easy to spend. The staff is also very kind and it is very easy to spend.
The problem was that a new shopping mall, IconSiam, was built nearby and the road was very congested. Even though there was no traffic congestion at a high speed from Suvarnabhumi Airport, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes from near Saphan Taksin, and it took more than 2 hours in total, so it took a taxi fare very much. Even at Suvarnabhumi Airport at 16:00, the arrival of the hotel is too late at 20:00.
During shopping mall opening hours, there is no choice but to go out by boat because no taxi comes to the hotel. I think it's better to go to BTS Saphan Taksin or Shangri-La Bangkok and come by boat at Servant Taksin Hotel or take a taxi to Sheraton and come by ferry boat next to Sheraton. The ferry next to the Sheraton is relatively late, so I recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Very expensive but conveniently located next to the gigantic IconSiam shopping mall. This has to be visited to be believed. Makes England's malls look miniscule and poorly designed in comparison.

it's perfectly alright. In Bangkok, however, you can get much more for the money than nice pool, boat shuttle and rooftop

Location is okay. View of the river is beautiful. Food and staff are good.

WORST HILTON EVER.
1. They will cut your internet cause they have to do they regular maintenance, and did not notify you when you checking in
2. Concierge is RUDE
3. They will make a wrong room card for you so you can t access to your room nor the elevator.
4. They will reuse a used key card holder and there s someone s name written on it.
5. If you lost anything in your room, be sure not just call, but email again ask them to find
Cause when I make the phone call, they say they didn t find, and reply me in the email comes with the positive answer.
6. If you re an Hilton honor Gold/Diamond member, they don t give a Fxxx to you.

Room had leaks from ceiling. Staff were amazing and friendly

Big hotel with very friendly staff and good location. Priced also at a high level.

The establishment is amazing especially after the renovation. I stayed here once almost 20years ago and never been back. Due to the location for me mainly.

I had since always stayed at Hilton Sukhumvit.

Thought I gave it another go again this trip and to my surprise, I really love it!

Everything was excellent for me from checking in to checking out.

As a Hhonor Diamond Member, kindly allow me include my humble suggestion:

Although the Hhonor Check in area was well designed, it's not inviting. There is always a "secured" line barrier across the entrance.

I am not sure if I was able to approach it as there is a staff there on the computer and I do not want to disturb her work and utilitze the regular front desk.

It's nothing major, just thought it's something to consider.

Arrive at the hotel and check-in 08:00 hrs. But really entered the room at 11:00 hrs.

Cocktails full of ice and one served in a coke glass. Waitress doesnt know how to pour a beer in a glass.

Great hotel with great views of and over Bangkok. The breakfast is rich so everything, croissants to noodle soup.

Went to the rooftop bar for cocktails and city view. The drinks were delicious and can recommend the cheese platter. The city views are well worth the drink prices.

Fine location for shopping. Breakfast was reasonable and coffee shop was a nice touch.

The top. Nothing to say. Everything is up to a very large hotel.

Spent the last day of 2019 there great experince we had the room 601 one that stares next to the mall IconSiam great views of fireworks and welcoming 2020 this is one of the hotels that is worth it during this holiday season

Very in need of renovation, torn and dirty seating in the restaurant and on the terrace.
Shower in the room with strong black mold infested.
When I complained to the front desk, I only met a smile.
A pity..........

Standard Hilton experience. Big and clean rooms, very big and comfortable bed. A nice pool at the fourth floor whit great view. Great breakfast buffet (European, Chainese and Thai cousin). Great location if you want to visit Bangkok for few days.

Nice hotel at very good price. All clean, excellent service, great view specially at night with its own rooftop bar with accessible prices (food) and is not required to make reservations, it also has a boat to cross the river for 2.5bath and is next to new shopping mall iconsiam

Nice hotel for good value.

My girlfriend got the flue and we had to stay 7 days more than planned. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, sent flowers, greeting cards and fruit boxes to the room, gave us unlimited free water bottles and made it somehow possible for us to stay in the room even though the hotel was overbooked one day.

I stayed in many hotels so far but the staff here reacted in our inconvenient situation really outstanding.

Hotel new policy: ice and hot water are charged. Except for towels and shower gels, there may be no environmental protection. The location is not very convenient, and the road is being repaired recently. The traffic jam is very serious.
But don't lose, that's it.

Decent hotel although touristy. Views from all high floor rooms are extraordinary.

It was my first experience traveling on a boat that ran the hotel.

A better reason is free shipping.

Iconsiam Mall is next door..Unbelievable! Very, Very nice Hilton...Executive lounge on 31st floor has amazing views of River, Boats, Ferries, Etc..

In this hotel I actually miss the words. I've been there four times now, and I have to say it's the worst Hilton Hotel in Bangkok and the surrounding area. In the beginning it was good, and now it's the worst. Since I am a Diamond Member, minimum 60 nights a year, I know what I am talking about it. Normally you are respected in Hilton as a member, in this hotel it is completely missing. In my profile says, far away from the elevator and high floor. They give me, direct to the elevator, the whole night the sound of the elevators and low floor. During the day, renovations, drilling machine s etc. I had written an email twice, but did not get answer.
The Executive Lounge, is made at the cheapest. Sundowner terrible!

Most people see it as great, we don't. Would you go to your bathtub when everything is full of black algae everywhere. You mean the pool clean, I do not see pictures.
One day I was told to lie down on the other side, because of the closure here, too many flies. I said it's full, the answer was short and simple. I should just come back later.
Everyone can make their own decision, I'll just give a few hints here. Since I have noticed that we are ignored as Diamond Member or Hilton Honors Member. Certainly the management is not interested in this feedback, otherwise you would have contacted me during my stay. Here you can already see the arrogance!
Maybe the staff should just take a few days off at other Hilton hotels so you can see and understand how it would be better.

Too bad the Hilton accepts something like this, and it's now also the first time I've rated a hotel with only 1 star.
The first impression is the most important, concierge. It works until you get to the glass door in the hotel, then it's over. Communication very bad, or not at all. Check-in - Check-out bad. Eat breakfast well, Sundowner Executive Lounge bad. MANAGMANT oh my God, shows no interest in solving problems.

Customer is King missing here in the hotel, but hope that customers who are not Hilton Honors members have collected better impressions here.

Now let's leave it at that.

The food is very delicious. The view of the Chao Phraya River is beautiful at night until dawn.

The location was good for a vacation, but it was a little disappointing for sightseeing~ There was a heavy traffic jam in front of it.
Everyone said the breakfast wasn't good, so I was worried, but it wasn't enough to eat it in the morning! hehe
The bed was very comfortable~ The staff at the hotel were all friendly, unlike the reviews I saw The elephant dolls are so cute
I ordered Thai chicken for room service... but it was perfect for a night snack^^bb
The swimming pool was pretty, and the rooftop bar was also in the evening, and the atmosphere was great~~
Recommendation~~

The hotel has a good location right on the river. There is a shuttle service from the hotel across the river. The breakfast is just superb and the view from the skybar is just great.

the staff is friendly and responds to our demands. the spa was really nice!! however the amenities were poor, not enough shampoo, need to ask for other amenities also. the location is not bad but you need to cross the river. the hotel provides a free boat shuttle for that.

I think this is the oldest Bangkok hotel in the Hilton family and in places it shows. The rooms are nice with large bathrooms. The bar on the top of the hotel provides a nice view of its section of the Bangkok riverfront. The pool area has 3 small, somewhat private jacuzzis. Free wifi in public areas. Paid wifi in rooms, unless you are a Hilton HHonors member, then it is free in room too.

Love this hotel! I think I ll put this as my favorite in Bangkok for now. The breakfast choice is amazing and their rooftop bar offers an amazing view!!!

Beautiful experience a few years ago. Sober room with spectacular view of Bangkok. Very high structure with pool and bar. Equipped with small swimming pools with outdoor whirlpool overlooking the city. Eating great international. Kind and available

great staff and great service..but it will be even better if breakfast improves. ;)
