I had my worst hotel experience here - not because of the staff, food quality, or the views, but due to the poor air quality in the rooms. This was on multiple floors. Even though I changed from the 29th to the 19th floor, three rooms later, the overwhelming musty and old smell was evident. I had an allergic reaction to the moldy smell and a major sinus infection. Despite the staff going the extra mile to provide oils to infuse the room, three days was enough. I am a loyal Hilton customer, so I was sorely disappointed, not to mention ill. Three days stay that I had already paid for was all I could tolerate. I had to change hotels.
