My experience at Heritage Towson was superb! Dennis was the salesperson. He was very pleasant, supportive, and informative. His service and attention to detail were excellent! I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a vehicle. In addition, the general manager, and finance manager were especially attentive to my inquiries and ensured that I receive the finest service possible. All followed up with me to check to see if I was still satisfied with my purchase! I couldn't ask for a more satisfying car-buying experience!
