I recently purchased my Kia Rio 2020, it s been a full month with it and I can say I am very in love! I love using the service department at Mike Shaw Kia! They are always friendly and have free snacks and drinks to keep me cool in the South Texas heat. If i need to catch up on work or school I can use the free wifi, and if I just want to veg out I can read a magazine or watch some cable in there lobby. When I am too tired or too busy to wait and don't have a ride they give me a shuttle ride home or to work, and pick me back up! Scheduling is easy on line through the Mike Shaw Kia website, I tell them what I want and pick a time to come in without ever picking up the phone, which is great because there popularity keeps the phones ringing! Their advisers' make it so easy to keep up with my maintenance and that alone is so awesome! I have been other places that just want to sell me stuff and get me out the door but I have never felt pressured and always feel they are looking out for me. OVERALL I WOULD SAY THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE DONE RIGHT!

BE AWARE OF THEIR RENTAL SERVICE. EVEN IF YOU ARE UNDER WARRANTY AND GETTING WORK DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE THEY WILL STILL TRY AND RIP YOU OFF. $30 FEE AND $9 PER GALLON IF YOU DON'T FILL THE CAR BACK UP. RIP OFF.

Can't beat the prices and 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2013 Ford Escape SEL for my growing family & I'll tell you what ! The experience was very simple & worthwhile. My salesman was Mr. JohnMichael & he was very helpful & explained everything about the car & the process down to the T. I told him my budget & he told me he would get it done. I then was able to personally speak to the Pre-Owned sales manager Mrs. Kim who also informed me on how hard she'd work to get the deal done. While I had been looking for a car for some time now my confidence was running low on a daily. Within 30 minutes Mrs. Kim advised me that I was approved & every single detail & aspect fit my situation & budget. I stepped into Fincance with Mrs. Elisa who is very sweet & professional & she explained every single piece of paper my girlfriend & I signed 100%. Came into Mike Shaw Kia for an appointment with John Micheal to see about getting a car for my son. We were actually just going to look at vehicles today, but after meeting John and speaking with him about the vehicle we had to get it. He is a wonderful salesman. No pressure, freindly, and I felt he was really looking out for our best interest. While we were waiting for the paperwork I spotted a Mercedes SUV on the lot. My wife and I had been talking about buying one but thought it was out of reach. We decided to look at it anyway. Low and behold John and the manager were able to work us another amazing deal and we left with two new vehicles. Mr. Shaw, you have an amazing staff. Took my Kia Stinger for her first oil change on Saturday. I made the appointment online and actually dropped the car off 1 1/2 hours early. Was quickly greeted, it literally took less than 30 seconds to drop the car off. My car was ready in about 2 hours, this was after the oil change and a complimentary car wash. Upon walking into the service department to pick up my car, I was quickly greeted by EJ Silvas, my service advisor, and within probably 2 minutes, I had my keys and was heading home. I appreciated the quick service, it s such a difference from other service departments I have used in the past.

I saw a car online and called about it first since I live about 2-1/2 hours away. John Michael fielded my initial call and ended up helping me through the whole process. My wife and I made the drive yesterday and drove back in our new vehicle. Having doing tons of research and talking to several "car guy" friends of mine beforehand, I left the Mike Shaw dealership 100% satisfied with the deal I got including my trade in and the negotiating wasn't as bad as previous experiences in other dealerships. At the end of the day, John Michael was great, the finance lady that helped us (sorry, I forgot your name!) was great, and I would have no problems recommending Mike Shaw Kia to friends of mine in the market for another vehicle. It was definitely worth the drive!

For the past 3 years I've taken my car to get serviced here and I've always had great service. I recently took my car for an oil change and was told they no longer offer the dry service for the car wash so got my car back dirty. If this was my busines I wouldn't want cars leaving my lot dirty. I was very disappointed.
