I love using the service department at Mike Shaw Kia! They are always friendly and have free snacks and drinks to keep me cool in the South Texas heat. If i need to catch up on work or school I can use the free wifi, and if I just want to veg out I can read a magazine or watch some cable in there lobby. When I am too tired or too busy to wait and don't have a ride they give me a shuttle ride home or to work, and pick me back up! Scheduling is easy on line through the Mike Shaw Kia website, I tell them what I want and pick a time to come in without ever picking up the phone, which is great because there popularity keeps the phones ringing! Their advisers' make it so easy to keep up with my maintenance and that alone is so awesome! I have been other places that just want to sell me stuff and get me out the door but I have never felt pressured and always feel they are looking out for me. OVERALL I WOULD SAY THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE DONE RIGHT!
