Very disappointed in their customer service. On Tues, Sept. 15, 2020, I selected a vehicle online, was ready to make a deal. I was contacted by a salesman named Ryan via text. I let him know I had my own financing yet he gave me some song and dance from his manager, Eddie, wanting me to complete their application for financing so they could tie into my application with my bank. This isn t my first time purchasing a car and I m very much aware that there s no need to complete an application when preapproved. All they have to do is work the numbers, have my approval and send the purchase order to my bank and boom done! I informed them of this and don t believe it was received very well. They assumed I was gonna fall for it. Next thing you know I receive an offer from Eddie, sales manager and mysteriously, the Kia Customer Cash was deleted and an additional $1,495.00 was tacked on. He also low balled me on my trade in. Needless to say, I declined the offer. I have since contacted another Kia dealership here in San Antonio and was informed the KIA customer cash is a given, KIA bonus cash is an incentive that only applies if you finance with KMF. That said, they should have never removed the customer cash amount from my offer. I firmly believe this was done due to the fact that I refused to fill out an application with them. The moral of the story is be very careful folks. Know your rights and know when to walk just like I did!
