I saw a car online and called about it first since I live about 2-1/2 hours away. John Michael fielded my initial call and ended up helping me through the whole process. My wife and I made the drive yesterday and drove back in our new vehicle. Having doing tons of research and talking to several "car guy" friends of mine beforehand, I left the Mike Shaw dealership 100% satisfied with the deal I got including my trade in and the negotiating wasn't as bad as previous experiences in other dealerships. At the end of the day, John Michael was great, the finance lady that helped us (sorry, I forgot your name!) was great, and I would have no problems recommending Mike Shaw Kia to friends of mine in the market for another vehicle. It was definitely worth the drive!
