I used to be in the business for a long time so naturally I stayed away from dealers after being around it for so long. BMW lithia was one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had! We will definitely be back they went way over and beyond for our family and words are not enough for how thankful we are.

Lithia Motors owns a company called Driveway. Driveway advertises that they will purchase your vehicle from you. They advertise that the experience is safe, secure and reliable. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I own a beautiful 2018 Dodge Challenger. Over a week ago they agreed to purchase my vehicle. 5 representatives arrived at my home over an hour late. They took pictures of all my personal banking information and SS# with an unsecured IPAD. My car is financed they told me they would payoff my loan the next day and email me all the documents. To date they have not paid off my lender or provided me any documents. They did however email pictures of all my personal banking information and SS # to a stranger. My loan is well past due and the lender has reported this to the credit bureaus. They have unauthorized use of my vehicle. I have retained an attorney and have filed a police report.

Very happy with the people who helped me. Howard was great had a good time buying a truck. Great job .

We use the BMW store and really like the people here. In sales ask for Joe, in service we think Brandon is the best. Overall great product with great after-service!

The waiting room is clean Services fairly prompt. Make sure before you check out that all your services requested were fulfilled, two of mine were not addressed.

They sold the truck I wanted. They didn't call me or email.

Lithia Honda is great, they are always super pleasant and make sure to call you when your car is done. It s better then the rest of the lithia stores.

These guys were awesome when I bought my car but I had to go back in and get another temp tag for my brand new car because they did it wrong the first time. I ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for someone to finally help me which was frustrating. I would just make sure to double check the paperwork.

I tried again and went to lithia... Set an appointment which I explained I wanted to buy a vehicle CASH, as long as it drove well. Made an appointment. I was going to be a few minutes late but called to let them know. Arrived as noted and they had already sold the truck. The people were just coming out of financing I was told. So that means they bought it at least an HR before I even arrived. Last time I purchased a vehicle here it took about 4 hours for them to complete paperwork. Never again lithia, not sorry.

I take Advantage of the Lifetime oil changes, I bought the Lifetime free oil changes 3 years ago and I get my oil changed every 3k miles as long as I own my Chrysler 300C AWD 5.7 HEMI.

Feel like a gazelle in a Lions den. Fell like someone's waiting to pounce.

Very friendly people to work with but as soon as you buy a car from them they don't like to talk with you after the fact that you sign off on all the paperwork. Every time I call they tell me they are busy and send me to voicemail and they never call back.

I went in to check out some new cars, Chance was my salesman. I found a car but I wasn't ready to buy. I will hopefully be driving out of the lot in the next week and a half with a car that I love. All the sales staff are really friendly nice and helpful

Lithia dealers are always very willing to do what it takes to keep your auto in great shape.

Danielle Smith was so very sweet and helpful. My husband and I are on a long road trip. We made the mistake of going to jiffy lube while we were visiting LA and the messed it all up, we were leaking oil on our drive back to Washington. The burnt oil smell was pretty bad. Danielle and the service team got us fixed up and on our way so fast. The waiting room was so comfy and the coffee/espresso machine was a huge relief. We will definitely visit again on our next road trip.

Got a recall check and service in our 2017 dodge ram.. work was completed in a timely fashion.

Came in for an item, was promptly greeted, escorted over to the proper department where I was served immediately and courteously handled and was done in under 4 minutes. Great experience!

It would have been nice if they were still in those the recall was taken care of promptly what happened to Old good service

Service department is way too busy and buying the oil warranty is hard to get oil changed

Found a recall and pushed me to have it done asap.. airbag deaths are a bad thing.. lol, good people. 2hours later I was back in business on the road

My first visit to have my BMW 3 series serviced today. Brandon in service checked me in and was super nice. My experience from buying my car and now the service has been the best experience I could ever ask for at BMW. They did an oil change and topped off everything and to boot they even washed my car. I walked in the showroom and saw this holy cow that's a dream car for sure.

Hate getting my car serviced but they make it as painless as possible. Got to keep that warranty valid of course and they help us with that.

On a recent driving trip from SE WA to San Diego I had car trouble and had to have my car towed 96 miles from the middle-of-nowhere on US97 to the BMW dealer in Medford. I called them multiple times from the middle-of-nowhere and was helped by Brandon in service. He listened and assured me that the service techs would look at my car that day and gave me tremendous peace of mind when he told me that they are very well equipped to deal with stranded motorists like me since they really are the only game in the region for BMW. Sure enough, once I finally arrived with my car they got right to work and fixed it before closing. Medford BMW was professional, courteous and worked very quickly to get me on my way again. I can't thank Brandon and the rest of the Service department enough for turning a very bad and stressful situation in to a far less stressful one. Highly recommend them for all things BMW.

Looking for an excellent deal on a vehicle credit was a little bit bad worried about what vehicle I was going to get in but Dave helped me out tremendously with a small down payment I was in the truck of my dreams

I get my oil changed there and they do me well in and out sometimes longer depends how busy it is that's the way to go

I feel kind of tricked. When testing cars, the car I wanted had its engine light on, my salesman informed me "No matter what day! Bring it in we will put you in a rental and fix it"! Well I went to go have it fixed yesterday, and it's only Sept 19th they cant fix my brand new, no miles on it, straight from the factory car until October 9th! Which means whatever is wrong with it, is going to get worse and worse. Even the technician said that the noise its making is related to the code from the engine light... my fear is I was sold a broken car that wasnt quality assured properly and now I'm going to have to drive it even if it breaks before the 9th... I just feel mislead. I didnt expect to buy a broken car, or that lithia would sell be one, and my salesman just kept saying "oh its probably just the gas cap turning the engine light on"... well it's not, and now every mile I put on it is a risk. I just wanted some help, but as I stood in the technician lobby and no one even acknowledged that I had walked in the door, I realized "I dont matter, i signed my name my credit is on it, and no one really wanted to help me at all". It made me very sad and I regret very much even getting a car from lithia..

Just bought our factory certified used truck from Lithia Dodge. Couldn't be more satisfied with our salesman or the financing dept !! They made buying our truck easy and even gave us a few extras at no charge. Our next rig will also come from Lithia Auto Stores.

Nice new location with a lot of inventory. Sales person was not "pushy" at all.

Very helpful and willing staff. Service writers spend needed time to familiarize with new customer. Parts Dept staff knows their stuff too. Fast and courteous. Refreshing. Will recommend these people here.

Service is always good. Free Shuttle service very nice for when your car is not available for hours. Nice people working here!

Bought my VW Passat there last year, had a issue with the sunroof this year and they fixed it. Wonderful staff.

Bought a car, had a great experience so went back for a second vehicle. The second time around was BS. Mike Haley low key implied I might be a drug dealer which is why they were being so "thorough" with the financing paperwork. Keep in mind me AND my wife supplied SEVERAL pay stubs and other proof of income as well as having verified our address at least twice.

But I might be a drug dealer. A drug dealer who needs financing for a 2013 Jetta. I must be the worst drug dealer in the world if I need financing for a measly $10,000...

I left with the car, its parked outside rn, but I have never been so insulted by a car salesman in my life.

I went in for an oil change appointment at 11 am. I was there for almost 3 hours.

Very friendly and helpful service, got me outa there with my new (used) car with very little fuss.

Very beautiful and clean, friendly service, little slow on greeting me (they were on the phone and didn't acknowledge me at all-that pisses me off) and the landscape was awesome (wonder what company did the VW and BMW as they were really nice)! If you like dealerships, it does not get better than this. Very formal and all computerized with techs in company wear, etc. Got the distinct feeling everyone there liked their jobs too and that is rare. I really think these dealerships deserve a 5 and I don't know how you'd be disappointed unless you don't like the 'dealin' gig and that is just how car business is. Want a good deal, plan to stay for a few hours and say 'no' a bunch. Also, nice place for the young ones to hang out while you are getting your good deal.

Make sure you get what they owe you before leaving the lot because once you leave they are done with you. Almost 3 months after our purchase and all we can get are excuses.

Nice staff but form price. Even though the price is not too negotiable its still priced well.

Sales/Repair assistant was very friendly and informative about our car.
