I have been dealing with Mike Shaw Kia since January 2019. I have experienced nothing but STELLAR Customer Service from the Service Department - in particular Chris Perez. Chris is extremely Knowledgeable, Ready, Willing and Able to satisfy his customer needs at any level. I bought a 2014 Kia Sorento there and Love Love Love my vehicle!!! (thanks to Chris s recommendation)and I gladly and confidently go to Mike Shaw Kia service department for service and maintenance! Thank you Chris Perez for being always there! Thanks to all Mike Shaw Kia service department people you are all receptive and welcoming. Here s to a great 2019! Thanks Chris Perez!)oh and there's always fresh coffee, cookies and snax!!!
