THE WORST DEALER IN THE WORLD!
I SPOKE TO ALLIE ONLINE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I GOT TO MY APPOINTMENT AN ALBANIAN (FORGOT HIS NAME) SALESMAN APPROCHED ME, AFTER EXPLAINING WHO I SPOKE WITH AND WHO I WAS TOLD TO LOOK FOR (MAMAGER MIKE) HE IGNORED ME AND BEGAN TELLING ME LIE AFTER LIE. HE SAID THE CAR I WAS THERE TO SEE WAS IN A DIFFERENT DEALER THEN IT WAS SOLD TO AN AUCTION THEN HE SAID ALLIE WAS AN ONLINE CHARACTER THAT DID NOT EXIST ALONG WITH MIKE. I WALKED OUT UPSET AND DECIDED TO CALL THE DEALER. GUESS WHO ANSWERED..ALLIE! SHE TOLD ME SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY HE WOULD SAY THAT IF THEY SAW EACH OTHER EVERYDAY. TO TOP IT ALL OFF SHE GOT SOME MANAGER ON THE PHONE WITH MORE LIES SAYING THE TRUCK NEEDED TRANSMISSION WORK AND NEW BRAKES AND IF THEY FIXED IT IT WOULD BE 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED. WHAT A JOKE, THEY SHOULD OF NEVER POSTED IT ONLINE OR MADE ME AN APPOINTMENT TO GO IN AND WASTE MY TIME.

Great car purchase, very good service and excellent explanation of the car functions

While I was fine with the car not being cleaned out or having a proper spare tire jack at first, I am not happy with how things have turned out. 12 hours on a service that had to be taken to another company, which, fine, your alignment rack is down, I can understand. But after you told me you ordered a spare jack for my car the day I bought it, and to only get half the item, along with the car not being cleaned out in the first place (it smells like cigarettes; it should've been detailed, along with a melted stain on the backseat) and the rude customer service I received when inquiring about my car, I give 2 stars. This is very unprofessional and I'm not happy with the turn of events, especially with your customer service department.

Good experience overall. They gave me fair value for my trade right off the bat which I have never experienced before. Any other time I've traded a car in I was lowballed and had to haggle for fair value. My salesman was GREAT. Can't give 5 stars because the actual car I came in to see was not in their inventory despite the fact that I called twice to confirm they had it. Still, they gave me a good price on a different car (same make and model, different color). All in all it was a good experience and I would buy from them again.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted at the garage door and the service advisor pulled my car in and met me at one of stations. He took down some basic information and asked what I was in for and I told him just oil change and rotation. He gave me a price of $69.95 and nothing else. Didn't give me any other options or explain why it was going to be $70 for an oil change, but ok. I went along with it because I trusted him. I signed the paper and I was told it would be an hour. I wasn't give any direction to the waiting room which I didn't know existed until once my car was done. I just wish he would have been a little more inviting and friendly so as to convince me to come back to them again for my next service. After all, regular maintenance is what makes the shop the most money. It's not like I went in for a recall service. Overall my experience was ok and not great. I might look into other locations for my next service. As a manager myself I always remind my employees that first impressions count. If you can't WOW your customers then they have no reason to come back to you. Just some friendly advice for him.

Gabe Young was very attentive and began speaking and answering my husband's concerns. Thomas Keane continued to work with us until the end. Both gentlemen were very informative, easy to speak with, and patient with all our questions. Thomas did an awesome job of helping us with setting up and showing us the unique truck features. Mark Hofrichter never seemed to have a break, but was very pleasant and patiently explained our finance package. I was impressed with these gentlemen.

My experience at Haggerty Buick GMC was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Vince is the man to go to. He helped me buy the perfect car. Thank you.

Had my 2008 Buick Regal serviced here. Everyone was very professional and took great care of me. Everything was explained to me up front and pricing was very reasonable.

They offered 22500 for my trade then a week later it was 17k lol what a joke this place is and was the only reason why I even use their service is because of the loaners other than that sub oar at best

One thing, I'm a little confused about is the warranty on my battery. On the warranty exp. line it says 25 May 2017, This couldn't be right. Please let me know the exact warranty expiration date.

I just got my first car from Mike Haggerty VW. Brandon made my experience very easy and showed me everything I needed to see while answering any questions I had. He made sure that the car was everything I wanted. Both Brandon and Tony worked with us on the pricing. There was no pressure to purchase the day of, and they let me sleep on it to decide. The car is in the best shape and is super clean. I had a wonderful experience and will highly recommend this location to friends. I m sure we will be back soon!

When we first stated dealing with them we got the run around with prices and phone calls back and forth it was a mess and I was done dealing with them but then Dan F. called us back to look at one more car that was a great car better then the ones that we were looking at and once again we were back and forth with price but we can to a price that we both agree on and got a great car. That is thanks to Dan F. if it was not for him calling with one last car we would not of gotten a great car Thanks Dan F.!!!!

The whole car buying experience was very "stressless". Dan Fontana was a great salesman and very helpful.

Everyone at this dealer has been so great to from beginning to end. We worked with Arben in sales, and he's been great to me and my family, he came through on his word and has earned my trust, and respect. Arben is great person to see if you are looking for your next vehicle, he was there for our entire purchase process which made me feel very at ease with buying a new car, especially since I have not purchased a brand new car in over 14 years. Also, Arshan over in finance stepped up and gave us his all, and really helped us get into the vehicle we wanted! Arshan worked really hard to get us into our vehicle and in the end he came through.

We even had the pleasure of talking with Bill Haggerty during our process and he went far above and beyond what I ever thought a dealer would do to help us decide to purchase. Thank you Bill for everything you have done for us!

Though, I do to have to commend the entire team at Haggerty as they were all very helpful, full of information, respect, and all of them took time to talk to me and my family during our visit. Even the follow ups from Sabrina and Kyle, and just chatting with John and Dan in between our sales process, it seemed like everyone wanted to ensure we were the most satisfied with our experience and treated us almost as family. Never once did we feel ignored, misinformed, or just another purchaser to a sales team that could care less about you.

Hands down, I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car!!!!!

Very poor experience at Mike Hagerty Oaklawn today with service. Went in for my first oil change and warranty work along with a free car wash after manager determined he didn t have the parts for warranty work they proceeded to do oil change and car wash . They told me I have to come in 2 days later in order to get a loaner then come back a third time inorder to pickup my vehicle. I should have been given the loaner on the first visit to eliminate me from being inconvenienced even further. After retrieving my vehicle after today s 1st visit they did indeed wash my vehicle but did not dry it and after getting home my car looked worse than when I brought it in. After buying my last 4 cars there I thought I would have been treated as a more valued customer.

I received car service and repairs from Mike Haggerty on 11/13/20, I scheduled my service with Jerri Eames who made the process a piece of cake. With scheduling a loaner care for me down to keeping me updated about the process of the repairs, I couldn t have asked for better service. Thank you Ms. Eames for making my situation less stressful it was a pleasure working with you.

Had to spend a little more time due to previous work that was not performed on the LaCrosse before I bought it. Also really didn't like being sold on the extending warranty without a heads up on my choices.

Another fine experience at Mike Haggerty Buick. This time for an oil change and tire pressure check. I was waved inside immediately and the service writer took the info and invited me to wait in the deluxe waiting room. Twenty minutes later the writer came into the waiting room, had me pay and I drove away. Quick, fast and in a hurry. Great job, I'm very happy.

Very pleasant experience. Terris and the rest of the staff was very helpful. I get GM employee price so price is fixed, but they went out of their way to find all the discounts and rebates we were eligible for. Only wish there was not so much paperwork involved to buy a car but that is the same no matter where you buy it.

We bought a new used 2006 Pontiac grand prix in Nov. 2006 with 28,000 miles on it, we thought we got a good deal at first til a couple of years later the transmission felt like it had a slip, hub bearing went out at 50,000 miles, wanted to charge $400 for just one. The car winded up getting worst throughout the year, so we finally got rid of it last year and got a ford instead.

They stood up to there advertisement no haggeling the sales person very knowlegable and curtious

I was interested in a Toyota minivan the dealership had advertised. I went back and forth with the salesperson about trade in information and basic information about the van. I was trying to do the deal by phone and over the internet as much as possible because of Covid and I live 90 miles away. Later in the day I was informed the vehicle had been sold, fair enough. The next day I received a text message from Sabrina Hagerty stating the deal fell thru and asked if I was still interested. I said yes. We discussed my trade again and I asked if the vehicle had rust and she told me no. . The sales team emailed me financing applications . I had my wife drive out with our trade in 90 miles, and when we get there I was informed the van was at the auction. Very upsetting, very unprofessional, and extremely inconsiderate. They had all my Information. Why bother with a credit app and text me saying the car is available when the car was at an auction? BTW Hagerty is the name of the dealership!!

Extremely poor.

Update:The next day Sabrina Haggerty called me and humbly apologized for the misunderstanding. I told her I accepted her apology.

She offered to bring the vehicle in if I was still interested in it. So after she verified the vehicle was there we went in (almost a 2 hr drive). Everyone there was very nice and respectful.

Unfortunately, the car was filthy the a/c didn't work, the electric sliding doors didn't work and there was rust all over the body (which I specifically asked her about and she said emphatically "no rust".

Sad that we put the time effort and gas money into going out there twice and they couldn't even produce a clean vehicle.

But they were nice

Won't ever buy another vehicle from these Scam Artist Again... They sold me a vehicle that the motor was rebuilt in less than a year... Sad thing is I told them the 1sr Mont about the issue and the Service Mgr. Said there was a "Soft Recall" on the issue, but only can be repaired if it duplicates while in there care. It never did, now it is showing signs of a bad transmission... 2019 .... They have never asked to make it right, just continue to show disdain for me pointing out the poor car and service they sold me. I am in the process of getting assistance from Corporate... And they have had bad dealings with them throughout the past. I will be telling everyone at my state employer and family/friends to steer clear of this very unethical Dealership!!!

When we arrived we were immediately welcomed by all. They were very professional. Are sales representative was Kevin R. He was very helpful, friendly, and honest. Mike Haggerty dealership gave our family a wonderful experience they went above and beyond to get us the rate and the price we wanted and got us in a vehicle. I highly recommend shopping here.They did miss a couple things the breaks are grinding so they need to be done and when we left with the car the gas tank was not filed up.

Dan and the rest of the staff at Haggerty went above and beyond the last three days to make a deal happen on a new GMC Terrain. All of the staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Dan even gave my youngest a backpack full of school supplies. We usually buy our cars from Carmax but from now on we will be buying from Dan and the staff at Mike Haggerty Buick GMC!

We just upgraded our 2019 Terrain to a 2020 Acadia because we needed a third row. Once Mike Haggerty team found out we were ready to trade ours in and upgrade the whole staff worked hard to make a deal happen within several hours. Since we live an hour away they were able to have everything ready for us once we arrived. They even sent us photos and started the finance process too make it as seamless as possible. We really appreciate all thew efforts the team made both times. Up next is my dream car the Yukon Denali in a few years:)

I Bought a 2009 Acaddia and 2011 enclave together same time 3 years ago both are lemons engines on both went out and been paying since day 1 on repairs and parts also made me buy a useless insurance plan for $3600 said finance company requires it. Finance company said we don t require it.
they are just con tactics $30,000 + down the drain no cars and still owe over $10,000
How are they still in business after seeing how they do business they really screwed me.

I ve had my hummer H2 services here for years . I lost my receipt for a repair of my truck throttle body ,I called in and was told it was under warranty by the dealership as well as the corporate office, when I call back & spoke with Ken the service manager he tells me they never replaced the throttle body on my truck. Some how now there is no record of this work being done on my truck. Sad to say I paid with cash.it hasn t been 4 months and the truck is doing the same thing I took it in there for. I m very disappointed. With all the money I ve spent here they would treat me & my family like this.

Let's start off with their amazing customer service!! The moment my husband and I walked in salesman Frank introduced himself and helped us right away. Frank was able to break down cost and was very honest with us the entire time. The deal was a success thanks to Frank and Paul whom is an outstanding Finance Manager!! My husband bought his Chevy Impala from them as well and they were able to do a smooth trade in for me. Trust me if you meet Frank and Paul you are in good hands and I am happy with my Buick Encore GX 2020!! The value adds up to the monthly cost and they will work you by any means necessary!

Approximately 3 weeks prior to this visit. I brought the vehicle for and oil change and to check the AC. After that initial visit I was told the AC was fine an it just needed a recharge. 3 later AC is not working again. I brought the vehicle back in for 7:15 appt and wait nearly 3 hours before being told that the condenser was crack and the replacement. was $1500. The customer service in this place is lacking to say the least. The only reason I go here is convenience, but I am currently look for another dealership to deal with.

So I had a scheduled appointment to stop in today to look at a 2006 charger RT I made yesterday I even get a reminder regarding the appointment through email I take off work to stop in and look at it it was sent to auction this morning ok if u have a scheduled appointment for a customer on that vechical 1 wait before u send it to auction or 2 have courtesy to contact the customer to inform them it is no longer available so that customer does not miss work for nothing

They were very efficient with the check in of cars and my car only took 45 min for an oil change which isnt bad for service at a dealership.

I brought my car in for service. Not only did they give a competitive price. They kept me updated all day on how the repair was coming. They were honest and didn t try to upswell. If your looking for a place that does quality work and is honest look no further. I d give 10 stars if I could.

On May 2nd, 2018 i had a horrific experience of having my tire pop off my old Chrysler when I was driving. The further revelation that the valuation of the Chrysler was subpar was very disappointing and extremely disheartening. I knew I had to buy a vehicle. On May 4th I walked into Mike Haggerty and had the pleasure of being introduced to a bright spirited automotive sales consultant Kevin Rosales. I must say that made this whole experience worth while.

He displayed superior customer service and knowledge on the vehicles. He ensured I got the best car within my specified price range. Kevin made car purchase a pleasant experience.

I bought a new vehicle and the whole experience was great. The salesman, Mike, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to drive different trim levels of any car that I was interested in so I made the right purchase for me. There was very little pressure to upgrade, just let me decide for myself. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and inviting, too. Especially Katie H.

Never had a good experience at this dealer but I always come back hoping it ll get better. This time I just went in for a simple oil change and I took 2 hrs. When service department wasn t busy at all. When I arrive I leave my car in the entrance and tell the then what I m here for and after everything is taken care of I got sit down. Well it took them about 30 min. To actually even move my car form where I left it and actually take it to the back. This is not the first bad experience I have here. But that was it. I don t understand how someone has to wait 2 full hours for a simple oil change. I m definitely looking at my options for another Buick dealer around my area to continue servicing my vehicle.

This has to be the best dealership I ever dealt with. Great customer service the managers John and Katie were extremely helpful and honest. My wife brought the 2018 Terrain( for a great price) and weeks later my daughter bought a car. Both was great deals. I highly recommend this dealership if your interested in buying a car new or used.

This is my family's 4th purchase with haggerty in the last few years and we see no reason to not use them again and again.

I have to say this was one of the easiest places to deal with. I always dread going into a car dealership because past experiences..sitting there for hours and getting the run around. NOT HERE, I walked in and was greeted immediately and introduced to the sales manager and a salesman. I knew what car I wanted to see by doing research on the internet before hand. Bryan took me right to the car, we test drove it, liked it and purchased it. I gave them my bottom line on what I could pay, and they met it. My family has purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years. The experience has always been extremely satisfactory . The sales people are well informed and mannerly. The management team clearly understands their responsibilities and the business. When we were there last the facility had been remodeled and had a friendly feeling. The financial managers seem to go above and beyond in their efforts to explain details and be helpful.

In the service department you will find helpful and knowledgeable folks. Their prices are reasonable and you do receive coupons in the mail for oil changes, etc.

Overall an excellent place to spend your money!

Blonde lady that sold us mazda let 8000 go through without telling us we are REALLY paying 15000 total because of interest. Didnt even see that interest percentage or total we were ACTUALLY paying on the paper she gave us. Instead of making the sale she shouldve told us we should try to get our credit score up or cosign with someone else so we arent unwillingly paying for almost two cars. Obviously dont care about the customer.
