Never had a good experience at this dealer but I always come back hoping it ll get better. This time I just went in for a simple oil change and I took 2 hrs. When service department wasn t busy at all. When I arrive I leave my car in the entrance and tell the then what I m here for and after everything is taken care of I got sit down. Well it took them about 30 min. To actually even move my car form where I left it and actually take it to the back. This is not the first bad experience I have here. But that was it. I don t understand how someone has to wait 2 full hours for a simple oil change. I m definitely looking at my options for another Buick dealer around my area to continue servicing my vehicle.
