This was likely the best experience I've had with a dealership. From the delightful woman who directs calls to Sarah and Keith - everyone I spoke to was professional, kind and helpful. You guys are doing a great job. Thanks!

Worst. Experience. Ever. After finding the car we wanted on their website at what we thought was a great price we contacted someone to confirm the price, rebates, etc., and get an estimate for trade in value based on the VIN number of the vehicle. We were upfront and very clear about not wanting to waste our time as we were coming from an hour away. We were assured we were not and that the prices were valid. After arriving at the dealership we were told the person we had spoke with was not a sales person and had no authority to make deals, and were not allowed to see or speak to that person. We started speaking with an actual salesperson and after test driving the car, were brought back to his desk where we were presented with numbers significantly higher than the price show on the internet.....to the tune of about $4,000. After expressing our displeasure at being duped and having had our time wasted, we ended up going through the manger and the owner before walking out. All the while each of them continued their shady smoke and mirror practices trying to make us think we were getting a good deal.

This place may be good if you're desperate to get a car, but if you're looking to get a good deal stay away. They'll do and say anything to get you in the door, and their slick, fast talking sales people will try everything to close a deal. Furthermore if you are still thinking about checking this place out after reading this review, make sure you watch your kidneys while you're there because you'll likely wake up to find yourself in an ice bath if you're not careful.

I thought for the longest time that the stereotype of a sneaky car salesman was just that: an unfounded generalization of an entire group based on no hard evidence.

But the good people at Mike Haggerty have shown me the light and proven the stereotype is in fact somewhat true. No fewer than 3-4 people, from salesmen to managers, attempted to pressure me into a car that 3rd party sources suggested was overpriced relative to its market value.

These men (all men, mind you) tried to guilt me into throwing out everything taught in Business 101 by claiming its somehow unprofessional to discuss pricing over the phone; that somehow asking for a lower finance rate wouldn't save me money. And, to top it all off, my credit score was dinged quite significantly when they sent a barrage of applications to banks.

They lost my business, not because of the quality of the car I saw on the lot, but because they insulted my intelligence as a consumer in thinking they could pull a fast one on me and I would just take it smiling.

Don't buy from them without first arming yourself with knowledge and the ability to walk away if the deal isn't to your liking. And even then, take your business to a dealership that acts professionally.

Service department is really clean. Porters do an excellent job of sanitizing and helping customers with any issues. Will be back

Brought my car in for air conditioning malfunction. It took a week to repair. That was kind of long but I had a loaner so all was good

Walked into buy a used car and met with Vince. He really took care of us. I would have no problem sending family and friends over if they need a car.

Purchased a new vehicle here this past week. When I say the sales staff alone made this deal happen, I mean it. I am just so pleased with everything from the amount i saved off msrp/advertised incentives to the $1000 difference in chevys written value of my trade on a gm counterpart. I was so overly excited/happy even jumping with joy at closing and guarantee I will continue to be for the life of the vehicle. No more embarrassing loved ones with my old junker was the most important part of this. Thanks again!

This is the price they advertised online, and when I got there they had it marked up to 34,0000. Once I told them about the price that was advertised they brought it back down to 29,000, I told them I had a Harley I needed to trade first, and they said they would take it. Offered me a price, I accepted, they had me initial a form saying I would buy it at that price. They called me later saying that the deal we made was no good, and wished me luck on finding another vehicle. It won't let me respond to their review so here's an edit. I did not make an offer the offer was made to me. I informed your salesman that Harley Davidson made me an offer on my bike, and I needed to take it to them before we could go any further on negotiations, that's when he told me that your dealership accepted trade ins on motorcycles, asked me what they were offering I told him, and he came to me with a number that I accepted. You dropped the ball, accept responsibility.

I came in to get my key reprogrammed and the staff was excellent everyone was Avery attentive and I even gt to test drive my favorite car (regal )

My sales rep was great no bs, if I had any complaint would be time it took to get everything done but somewhat expected. Would recommend them to friends.
