I knew which vehicle I wanted and the Mike Haggerty crew made the experience very pleasant. The salesman was informative and helpful and the finance manger was spot on. All in all we feel we received excellent customer service while there and a great deal on our purchase. I would have given Mike Haggerty Buick GMC a 5 star rating but they took over a week to get my second key to me. That is the only complaint I have.

This dealer has always gotten it right and this last maintenance trip was no exception. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in less than two hours. The entire industry should do business like this, a comfortable waiting area, technically proficient technicians and friendly office staff. If you want to be treated with respect go there. I have been a customer here for more than eight years with several different GM vehicles.

I had transmission work done on my car, this was my second time there for the same problem my car has 51244 on it. I went there 8-13-19. My Car was making Squeaking noise. when I got my car back, so I took my car to another dealership to fix. Because I didn't trust HAGGERTY anymore..
My Car was not making noise at that time so they couldn't do anything. Car had 51912 miles. 10-9-19. On 11-1-19 my car wouldn't start so I called a tow truck. Car would not go in gear to tow. Tow truck driver said shifter bolt was missing and one was loose. I towed car to Haggerty. The service manager said they had to go over the trans and that a lot of bolts had to be tightened up.52000 on car. I expected Better....my car is still Squeaking.....

He was very knowledgeable, and explained in detail every cost and fee, he took me on a test drive, and showed me the Service Department a few blocks down from the dealership. I am extremely satisfied, and have I known about the awesome way a customer is treated at Mike Haggerty Buick GMC, I would've bought a vehicle there a long time ago! There was no buying pressure, they worked with me to get the monthly payments to were I felt I was comfortable paying them. They explained every aspect of car buying and leasing to me. I highly recommend this place!
I drove to this place after work for about an hour and after seeing 2 cars, the salesmen asked me MULTIPLE times if I have money for down-payment??? Very unprofessional....Also after 15 minutes of showing me some prices, he told me to came back on Monday because its already late SMH .. unfortunately due to poor customer service (on Monday) I purchased brand new car somewhere else.

Like most car dealerships they're always out to make money. Always be careful, Mike Haggerty might be the best name around town, but they won't hesitate to sell you a junk car especially if it's used, always check your cars before you purchase especially if you're purchasing a car on loan.

I dropped my vehicle off at 7am right when they opened, I was the second vehicle checked in. I eventually picked up my vehicle at 6pm because it was not serviced all day. NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE. It sat there all day in the lot, and when I would call for an update no one would have an answer. I eventually went in to see what was going on and when I spoke to my service provider, she stated that all the mechanics left at 5pm and there was nothing else she could do. It was already 6pm, they didn t notify me that the mechanics had left and they didn t notify me that they couldn t work on me that day. They were literally just going to close and let my car sit there overnight and not tell me a thing. Definitely would not recommend.. and yes I did schedule an appointment the week before. Management is never available when needed, and when the miracle happens that they are available they always give a run around story. Very unprofessional and very unorganized.

I went in for an oil change and ended up getting the scheduled maintenance. I was told that this service takes about as long as the oil change, so I opted to stay, instead of use the shuttle service and be taken back home. Much to my dismay, almost two hours passed before the car was ready. I certainly hope it NEVER takes that long to change oil or I ll never have that done at the dealership again.

A place you don't want to take your car if don't know anything because the people in the service area will not explain the true reason for your problem before they take your vehicle apart then want to charge you for putting it back together if you're not getting it repaired there people with no mechanical knowledge will get taken (woman) primarily.

Total BS, salesman and service to sales manager are smarmy steer clear of this outfit, they don t or won t stand behind their own products or mailings. Brought 17 Terrain new, after 44k miles on it with a check engine light and they wanted to charge me $310 for an engine flush... a carbon build up they told me and it s not covered... then asked what grade fuel do I use? I told the sales manager that drives a Volkswagen 87 octane... he said that s my problem!!! I said that s what the owners manual says to use!!!!! Bottom line service ppl scared my wife then tried to give me a line of BS!!!! Look in at the sales floor... nothing but salesman, no customers, then ask yourself if you want to spend your hard earned $$$ there?

My Experience:
I took my vehicle in for a routine recall on rear liftgate. After recall was completed, liftgate became inoperable. When I brought it back for repair, they stated that I needed to pay $500.00 for repair. I have made several attempts to contact service manager. As of today's date, I have not received a call back. I have currently logged several complaints with other agency regarding the service I received at Haggerty GMC. After several years of servicing my vehicles at Haggerty GMC, I have decided to end relationship permanently. Several weeks later, the corporate office made contact with the service manager and repairs were made at not cost to me. Why should I go through the hassle! Thanks corporate GMC.

Went there looking for two trucks I saw online. The first one was on the lot and other got sold . Test drove the one and that went fine. We started to talk about the numbers. I went outside for some air when I saw the sold truck pulled in by a porter. Spoke to my salesman and we took that for a test drive once again that went well. I was interested in the truck but it had a little damage. We spoke to the manager and he said we will take care of it . Went inside and they gave me a price of 35k. When I told them I saw it online for 29k they gave me that price. A few minutes later I was told I would have to pay for the damages to the truck to get it at that price and if I walked away it would be 35k online. My problem is that the price should be upfront. Don t add another $1500 to make your books look better. Sure enough about two hours later the price online was at 35k. When you said you would take care of it. I will never shop at this dealership again and hope you take this into consideration. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I brought my car into service (09 chevy cobalt) for a oil change and tire rotation. i also had some warranty work done on my car as well. service was very helpful answering my questions and my car got done very quickly. some places are not honest with you, but i definitely trust this place and highly recommend them.
