I stopped here on my way from North Carolina to New Orleans in need of a new sun shield for my helmet. The staff were friendly and gave advise for a scenic ride into New Orleans. This was the only dealership I stopped at that had the sun shield in stock.

Nice dealer plenty of bikes selection but for the size their merchandising section is small . They don't do military discount and HOG only during the monthly meeting. Their prices are a bit higher than other dealers i been to in the arear

Loved it... more than just motorcycles they got accessories for bikes, boots, hats, shirts, even baby and pet Harley Davidson gear. The employees were very friendly and helpful and asked if they could help in any way with a smile. They seemed like they were happily employed and enjoyed working there.

Thanks to Glenn Dowell service writer. We were taking care of. We went in the store about 12 workers 3 on the phone. Not one acknowledged us. We were there for 20 minutes. My man was mad so we left. Then our motorcycle died. So we went to the back door. Glenn Dowell greated us and asked what assistance he could give us. It was a couple of wreks ago. Sorry to take so long. He deserves a raise.

the initial sale was great and the sevice department is awesome. .but do not bother buying any accessories..I spent 3500 on a set of PM wheels and parts..two years later and about 2000 miles the bolts to the back wheel pulley strip out going down the HWY..SCARY! ! and now they want to charge me for repairs. .BullShit!!

These guys did awesome. they got me the bike I wanted, below the price of any other dealership. The bike had an oil leak the same day I picked it up, so I brought it right back. The service department jumped on fixing the bike right away. they had to order a part, cheap o-ring, they over knighted the part which cost way more than the part. They had me riding again the very next day. Great people, that stand behind their product. Thanks a million for the friendly, clean environment, and treating us as people, not just quick sale.

"I had two lights show up on my dash this morning, engine & battery. Came in right after work. Thomas took my bike and started his search. He couldn't locate the problem at first. But after careful and tedious searching, and after fixing two wiring harnesses, he found the problem. It took him 3 hours to find it. He replaced the defective part and got me back on the road. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at Northshore Harley Davidson! Thomas could have stopped at any time and told me he couldn't find the issue. But he stayed the course and found the problem. If he hadn't, it could have happened again and I could have been left on the side of the road. Thank you Thomas! Thanks to Robert and Mike at the service desk for the amazing customer service as well! I will let others know about how well I've been treated there. You guys and gals are awesome!"

Originally stopped at the dealership because a friend of mine was looking at getting a new Harley. After looking at several bikes and inquiring about prices I rode my Heritage Softail Classic to Slidell from Jackson MS for trade in.

Glenn was absolutely awesome and very forward with the whole process. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a salesman without the typical salesman mentality talk to him personally.

Daniel, one of the finance guys I do not recommend at all. After smarting off to my wife (who is a loan officer for a local bank in MS) about interest rates and terms he lost all respect from myself and my wife. If it were up to her we would have left immediately and they would have lost a big sale!

Trey on the other hand was exceptional and made the finance paperwork process seamless and straight-forward. He is also a great guy to just sit and talk to.

Lisa-Marie in parts is also another wonderful lady to deal with at this dealership.

The only complaint other than Daniel's utter disrespect towards my wife is that the website had shown a couple of accessories clearly visible in the ad (Leather hard bag lid covers) that were now missing on the bike that no matter how hard I tried I could not get put back on the bike. With that being said however they did replace one of the missing lower fairing glove-box covers at no charge. Win/Lose I suppose. I cannot for the life of me remember the technicians name in the back that I also had dealings with, but, he was also a great person to have dealings with. In fact, everyone at the dealership besides Daniel's smart mouth I would highly recommend versus other dealerships in the South I have been to. The great service we received from all involved besides 1 person made up for the 1 bad occurrence we encountered while here. I do understand they were hosting an event and were understaffed for the volume of people that were moving through the dealership.

. "I was heading to the event that Mike Brunos had on 3 October 2020 for some chow and a cold beer. On the way there my bike completely died on me, luckily I was able to get off on the side of the road safely. I had my portable jumper and was able to get the bike started and made it to the store. Talked to Kyle and he said they had a battery and could put it in but would have to charge me an half hour of labor. He then said go to parts and come back to me and I will walk outside with you and install it. He didnt have to assist but he did and was very professional, helpful, and more importantly honest. "

I came into the dealership with a breakdown, and left on a newer street glide. From service, to sales, to finance this team displays a culture to be proud of! Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to Zack and the team for a great experience and making the purchase easy. Bought the bike in the middle of my trip and already have 1100 miles with the new bike.

Enjoy dealing with Fozzy, he s caught me more than once grabbing the wrong part and correcting it at checkout. Also being a rider, when I explain an upgrade i d Like to make, Fozzy always has a good working knowledge of what I m doing, and what I m trying to accomplish, and always adds feedback to the job, and usually additional parts i ll Need to finish the job, also always suggesting additional upgrades to think about. Fozzy definitely adds to the after sales experience.

So my bike tire blew out and when I called them to get a tire and tube, the guy wouldn't even help because i don't own a Harley. When I commented that I had bought a tube there before, and that tires are universal, then he told me ok but I had to give him the size. This isn't too big of a problem, but then they told me that if they had the tire they couldn't change it because "we don't have tools for that". Really? Then I talked to service, and he told me that they only worked on customers bikes. I guess the money I've spent there isn't enough to call me a customer.

fosze is always the one go to guy for parts he always knows what your asking for and I have more then one bike so he always gets the order right and very knowledgeable does great job Mike is my sales guy for sure every time I go to the dealer and hes there we talk for a few he knows me better then just a face and when I get another bike he will be the one I talk to I know some of the other workers also but these would be the 2 that I feel are stand out employees "

I hate giving this business a star. I worked there...

I hate giving this business a star. I worked there for a few months, and shortly noticed the underhanded way the business is handled. My job was to sell motorcycles, and one of my customers was coming back to purchase a bike one evening when he finished work. Of coarse one of my job descriptions were to keep in steady contact with my customers"until they buy or die"according to the head manager.I was also ordered to tell this particular customer anything appealing to get him back in the door bc he was considered a hot lead. On his prior visit he was quoted a price on a particular bike then left to think about the purchase before signing such a big commitment. Well, as he was walking in the door to return and make the purchase the head manager approached me and asked me to hide the folder and pretend it was lost, so we could charge more for the bike than we originally quoted him. Of coarse, the customer walked out the door that night very angry, and rightfully so. The following day I called the customer and apologized to him, bc I felt ashamed for lying to him, and explained to him in detail what had happened. Unfortunately, whenever i did the right thing and come clean the customer found it necessary to post everything I said on the companies face book. The very next business day, I was called into the office and fired for "deceiving Mark Brunos Northshore Harley Davidson". It's funny how a company can be so deceptive, and have the nerve to be angry if someone decieves them! I don't believe that I have ever seen a company that has so many negative reviews! I would say it's past time to start changing there business practices, and start treating the citizens of this community with respect, and offering a fair price for there product, or step out of the way and let a more honest company take over!
