Worst customer service possible, once they sell their products they do not care about you at all. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE to purchase from them! Go somewhere where customer service is important. We have a product under warranty that does not work and we were instructed to jump started it every-time we use it, BRAND NEW product. What a joke! Never in my life I had to deal with such poor customer service
