I hate giving this business a star. I worked there for a few months, and shortly noticed the underhanded way the business is handled. My job was to sell motorcycles, and one of my customers was coming back to purchase a bike one evening when he finished work. Of coarse one of my job descriptions were to keep in steady contact with my customers"until they buy or die"according to the head manager.I was also ordered to tell this particular customer anything appealing to get him back in the door bc he was considered a hot lead. On his prior visit he was quoted a price on a particular bike then left to think about the purchase before signing such a big commitment. Well, as he was walking in the door to return and make the purchase the head manager approached me and asked me to hide the folder and pretend it was lost, so we could charge more for the bike than we originally quoted him. Of coarse, the customer walked out the door that night very angry, and rightfully so. The following day I called the customer and apologized to him, bc I felt ashamed for lying to him, and explained to him in detail what had happened. Unfortunately, whenever i did the right thing and come clean the customer found it necessary to post everything I said on the companies face book. The very next business day, I was called into the office and fired for "deceiving Mark Brunos Northshore Harley Davidson". It's funny how a company can be so deceptive, and have the nerve to be angry if someone decieves them! I don't believe that I have ever seen a company that has so many negative reviews! I would say it's past time to start changing there business practices, and start treating the citizens of this community with respect, and offering a fair price for there product, or step out of the way and let a more honest company take over!
