I have shopped for clothing on several occasions and the staff has always been very helpful.

This is a amazing dealership. Friendly staff always willing to help, very knowledgeable across the board. They have so many events every month it is hard to choose which one to go to. Family oriented and pet friendly, I couldn't ask for anything more inviting. You never feel rushed the process is simple, have fun, talk about bikes, and when they get to numbers very cut and dry. Great place all around. Hands down the best Harley dealer in Louisiana.

I just purchased my 2nd harley from Gabe within a 1.5 year time frame. Gabe has the most rop notch customer service. With having the insight of product knowledge and understanding i did not have alot of time to spend waiting around, Gabe got me in finiance and paperwork was signed and i drove off on my bike within a 45 min time frame. Very smooth transaction. I personally encourage anyone looking to buy a harley to go see Gabe. Thanks again brother.

Good folks, very friendly. I worked with Zach, who was helpful without being too pushy. They were super busy (it was a Saturday) but they got me through the process with no problems. I have definitely found my Harley dealership.

Have not been able to ride my 2015 Ultra limited since Aug 2017 secondary to a car accident, needed a 20K service done and my VIP plan was expiring the end of Feb 18. Went by and spoke with Herb in Service and explained my situation, Herb indicated that on their next trailer run up my way they would pick up my bike. Next day,Glenn called and asked if it was ok for them to pick it up that day. Tom came by picked it up for me. With them doing this I was able to get the 20K service, rear tire and battery replaced before my VIP expired. They made things easy and were very accommodating to help me out in a pinch with this. I have bought 2 bikes from them, and even though I had some problems with the bikes, Northshore HD has always worked hard to fix the problems. Great guys and girls to deal with.

Stopped in while riding to Vegas just to check the team and place out. I can't say enough about what they are doing in this dealership. They are customizing their own visions. They are authorized to place aftermarket audio as well as suspension systems....and much more . Tj knocks it out with his extensive knowledge.... Ask for him ! The general manager came over and he is a rider first. Took his time to explain those visions. Just awesome tea . Buy it, can ustomize it, they deliver it!

Mike Bruno s Northshore Harley Davidson is the best. I just moved down here from Ohio. I went to there store on Sunday March 21st 2021. I was amazed at the amount of inventory they had for new and used. There was know pressure from anyone. There I first met Jeremy and told him I had called Daniel to see about trading in my 2 older Harleys. Daniel was with a customer at the moment . So Jeremy asked me what kind of bike I was interested in. Basically I at first wanted to test drive a Trike . So I wound up riding it and a brand new Electra glide and a 2016. I finally met Daniel ,Matt ,Jack and I think her name was Christy (the girl that went on the test drive when I drove the Trike). I left that day but told Jeremy and Daniel? that I would be back tomorrow as I couldn t make up my mind. I purchased the 2016 ultra with only 7k miles and everyone I came in contact with were beyond exceptional. They brought me drinks . The purchasing guy gave me a bag of stuff shirt,tire gauge etc. and Jeremy and the manger I think Matt guy with beard dark complexion. Went over all the info on the bike as well as service for bike and option. On 3/23/2021 bike was delivered and a cheerful Bubba delivered my bike and took my old Harleys . A very personable young man. All in all if I buy another bike in the future it will be from Northshore.

My wife and I had went to Mike Bruno's to get some parts for my 03 Duce we delt with Fozzy, he was SUPER with the service he gave us, I will be back to get more parts I am sure. P.S. everyone we delt with was also very friendly.

Great follow up after the sale! Had an issue at the tag office trying to get my plates out of state. Morgan came through like a champ. Faced over everything I needed immediately and stayed on the phone with me until I had my new tag in my hand. She went above and beyond her job to help me. Thank you!

This is our 2nd motorcycle purchase from Mike Bruno s HD. Staff is extra nice. We searched ahead of time to find the bike we wanted. They had in stock on the floor both times. Rick, our sales guy, was very nice and knowledgeable. Seems like a regular guy. I would recommend him as the person to deal with. Purchase dealing and Finance is same as buying a car . Justin was fun to negotiate with . Gave us a fair trade in on our 2013 Soft tail Heritage classic. We went in for a tire and came out with a new bike That free test drive while you wait gets you every time. Ride Safe.

What does it say about a HD dealer knowingly selling poker chips that have the city of Slidell, LA misspelled?

Was met at door. Salesman gave a tour of their facility. Service has a Dyno.

Asked price of a used bike got passed through 3 different people only to be told "I'm with a customer right now, I can't drop what I'm doing." Seems to me that more than 1 person should know the price.

Absolutely one of the best HD shop I have been to in a long time! The sales are not pushy AT ALL. They don't hound you with sales calls! I do like the fact they call to keep us posted of events for the surrounding area or there at the store. Will definitely recommend to others! Ride safe!

If i could leave 0 stars I would. I won't go into the whole story but was led to believed the bike was to be purchased for agreed upon price..After the in store circus of a poker run, the finance manager stated that to purchase bike we had to purchase all the extended service plans and such.It was not a good experience and wife left almost in tears because it was the color she wanted and we had been looking for about 6 months for a used one in that color.

I m really happy with my experience at Mike Bruno s, I was recommended to them when a girl at work knew I was looking for a bike, even though I had never entertained the idea of getting a Harley, simply because I thought I couldn t afford one! Everyone was very nice & helpful that I met, & John was willing to explain everything I had questions about, & Bubba was very patient with me after getting lost on the delivery route home, & told me more about specific parts of my bike after it was unloaded, I would definitely recommend them! Wound up purchasing a 2015 Tri Glide, & I love it, I ride it everyday!

Went in to try buy a new motorcycle compare prices when I told him where I was looking at the other motorcycle they did some searching on the internet supposedly to see if that dealer actually existed I heard him questioning that dealership so as far as I was concerned they were calling me a liar I will never go back

went above and beyond on getting me set up on the bike I really wanted and out of a bad situation. the entire staff treated us really well,hung out and talked with us. The test ride was a blast. I bought my 2012 Harley Davidson Softail Slim here. I absolutely LOVE this dealership! Friendly people, awesome selection, knowledgeable of all things Harley! Recently, I needed a list of all the upgrades that had been done to my motorcycle, both before and after I owned it. I called and Glenn Dowell was so helpful! Not only did he pull the VIN number for me, but he sent me copies of the invoices via email since I am about 5 hours away! They also have events all the time. By far, my favorite Harley dealership, and I go every chance I get.

Hard to get to. The place is on the other service road. GPS could not get you there. Unlike other Harley Davidson dealers, they go not give a Veterans discount on apparel and riding accessories.

We went to a antique car show at the dealership, and it was first class all the way. Mike Bruno's Harley Davidson's was a excellent host.

I went in not knowing a lot about bikes, but Falcone was great and patient with me. I can proudly say he has taught me everything I know. They also had a great selection of all size bikes; I'm short sometimes its difficult to find the right size. I will recommend to everyone! Thanks again Falcone!!

Extremely nice dealership very large selection of bikes and gear I got a decent deal on a motorcycle here but the sales manager (Slick) has a chip on his shoulder.. so if quality customer service and mutual respect is important to you I wouldn't suggest visiting this place I'm not sure I've ever been treated so poorly anywhere else... On the other hand Fozzie is the exact opposite of that he is THE man when it comes to parts

I had a bit of an issue with the last Harley I bought from them. First, they are way over MSRP. I managed to talk them down some, but then they raised the price on me on the final paperwork. I didn't notice until I got home. The sales manager was a jerk. I don't remember his name (muscular black guy). He was acting mad at me because I was trying to get more for my trade. I guess he was the one who changed the price on the paperwork. It's a shame because the salesman was awesome and all the other staff were very nice. I eventually traded that Harley for an Indian and couldn't be happier.

Bristol was great this morning when I went to pick up my bike. Need anything up there, go see Bristol or Daniel. They WILL take care of you!

Recently I decided to get a Triglide. After shopping around the 2021 Snake Venom Triglide at Mike Brumos caught my eye. I rode over on my ElectraGlide and met up with Gabriella and Mike. After they appraised my bike, we negotiated and came to a great deal, not only on the new bike but also a good price on my trade.

I know buying a bike can be an intimidating and nerve wracking experience but that was not the case here. I have been a customer here for a long time and always feel well taken care of.
