I had an appointment Thursday 10/15/20 to have my Road King checked before heading out to Tennessee. I thought it was idling to fast. I asked them to check it out and tune it if needed. The Service Writer Kyle said they would check it out. About an hour later I got a call from Kyle while I was next door eating and he said everything is fine I was good to go to the mountains and he was going to wipe the bike down and have it ready for me when I was finished eating. I told Kyle that I really appreciated the honesty of not tuning my bike just to make the extra money. I was very happy with their service.

This was an amazing experience. My wife and I were headed to Chalmette Louisiana to see family from Hammond. On the way, we stopped in to pick up a challenge coin I needed for the collection. We started walking around and I was just astounded by the number of bikes and all the mods they had on them. A few things I only saw online were displayed on the bikes there. Brandon came to me and walked around with me for a little bit, explaining all the different mods and what they do. I told him that I just bought a heritage and liked it enough, but end goal was to get something a bit bigger. We started on Road Glides, but ended up at a Street Glide which is one of the most beautiful bikes I have ever had the pleasure of riding. Mike was very patient with me as I beat him up (HAHA) to get my notes and trade where I needed it. BTW, the trade numbers right now are sky high, i didn t expect to get as much as I did at all! Robin and Morgan worked hard to get everything I needed into the payment and make everything agreeable. Morgan was above awesome in the finance office and threw in my challenge coin (deal breaker there). I had a great time and love my new bike. 200 miles on it the first day of ownership and thousands more to come. Thank you so much again, I truly never thought I could own such a fine machine.

Considering I have owned nothing but Jap bikes all my life! I walked into the Bruno's bike shop to test ride not buy. After Falcone took my wife and out on the test ride we talked about buying. I fell in love with the superior blue 2015 Ultra limited. Was treated like a king the whole time I was in the shop. After spending hours in the shop looking at the bikes,never thought i would ever buy a Harley, We decided to buy the 2015 superior blue Ultra limited. A great experience all the way around. Thanks Falcone Falcone for every thing! I thank the entire Bruno's team for giving me a great experience with the shop and the bike!

To pushy trying to sell a bike when you told them 5 or 6 times you just looking at different models of bikes and they keep sending different people to try to sell a bike. Was with someone who is interested in getting a bike and now she doesn't want to return to that dealership.

Husband and I stopped in for their Thursday night bike night. We travel most of the year and always stop at the local Harley dealers. Store was clean and organized. However, one salesman took it upon himself to follow us from bike to bike, repeating everything we said and laughing. He didn t ask if he could help us, didn t ask if we had any questions, didn t offer any info or even comments on the bikes we were looking at. Just repeated and laughed. We said we didn t need help, we re just looking. He repeated and laughed. We walked across the showroom to move away from him. He followed. Finally my husband said we re leaving. He repeated that and laughed. Maybe he was nervous, maybe he was new, But he chased us right out of the store. Awkward and uncomfortable for us, to say the least. We won t go back.

I would just like to say that a little more professionalism from the parts department would be nice. I literally just called to find out some information of parts sold o.t.c. on a mutual customer. The person in parts seemed that he had better things to do. He pretty much told me it was an inconvenience for him to look through past customer invoices. He then asked what he gets out of it. ARE YOU SERIOUS? As a parts associate, there are some times in your job that you may have to go above and beyond. Looks like just a little effort was WAY too much for this guy.
As for the service department, that gentleman helped me out right away, and I would like to thank him for that. I will give a good review to this dealership because of the service department and their actions and as a fellow Harley Davidson employee, the actions of one individual should not effect the entire dealership. Thank you.

I am short on words for what the service advisor Herb and technician Thomas accomplished for me this past Saturday. Finally a great day to ride and I got bike issues, something electrical, thats all I know. But I wasnt going anywhere for sure. Made a call to Herb the service advisor at 9am Saturday morning he said dont worry we can handle it get the bike to me. I did got there around 10:30am explained more in detail about what was going on with the bike and he said I got the guy (Thomas the technician) can diagnose and figure you problem out in no time! Thats exactly what they did!!! I was riding in no time and let me tell you I didnt ask no price and they could have taking advantage of me I was so ready to ride, but they did not!!! I felt they undercharged me for the level of service that these two delivered! Heck I even tried to to tip them and was informed they was just doing there job! Look bottom line you got problems call Herb he can get you fixed up. If you can request a tech ask for Thomas his work is TOPNOTCH!

"Couldnt have bought my first Harley from a better place. Attended the MSF Harley Davidson riders course last weekend and was blown away by the way a Harley rides and handles. I couldnt not get one. I met Rick on Friday before the first night of class and told him I would look into buying one within a year, Rick called and checked in on me on Wednesday to see if I had any questions or anything and thats when I scheduled an appointment to come in. I had just purchased a Drz400 super moto a few weeks ago but I wanted a Harley so bad after the riders course. So I asked Rick and the team what they could do for me and they blew me away with the offer I received on a brand new never even hit the showroom floor Harley Davidson Iron 1200. I am so glad I decided to get this bike. They delivered it straight to my house and picked up my trade in. Everything I dealt with at Mike Brunos Northshore Harley Davidson was first class. "First off I have NO issues with the service of my 2018 Ultra that I get from ya'll. My issue is waiting over 6 hrs for service to be completed. And from what I gathered from the guy that came in after me it's his issue also. I made my appt. on Saturday the 13th of June for 9:00 a.m. on Saturday the 20th. After talking with the other guy that came in after me, he said he made an appt on the 16th or 17th and service dept told him he was the only 9:00 a.m. service scheduled for Saturday (20th). Poor Kevin was running ragged in between 3 bikes trying to get them done. I ask for Kevin every time I come and and will continue to do so. Poor scheduling is the culprit here. Hopefully will get better."

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ROBBED ME OF ABOUT $10,000 OR MORE. GO TO HAMMOND IF YOU WANT A HARLEY.
I bought a Heritage from them 3 years ago. They didn't let me take a test drive even though I have a motorcycle permit and years of riding experience. I financed 24k for the bike. That evening i realized that I didn't fit the bike. I was too short for the bike. I brought the bike back the next day and apologized to them because I needed to switch the bike out for a Fatboy that would fit me. I asked them to give me a Fatboy of equal value. 2 managers lied to me about 6 times that day and got me to believe that the Fatboy was of equal value. It was actually valued at $6,000-$8,000 less than the Heritage (I didn't have a smart phone then to look it up on online so I was at their mercy. I even asked for a day to come back so I can look it up and they told me that if i leave they won't trade it out after today). So after paying on the bike for 3 years ($14,000 in payments), I owe $18,000+ and the bike is worth $17,000 new and $10,000-$12,000 used. AFTER 3 YEARS OF PAYMENTS!!! I've even heard from 3 different people I know who sold bikes for them and other Harley stores, and they told me to stay away from Mike Bruno's, they will rip you off. Unfortunately, they told me that after I bought the bike. So I'm warning all of you. Run away as fast as you can from this Harley store. I've heard nothing but great things from the Hammond store. Remember Houma's Harley store is Mike Bruno's too.

Glen and others in the service department went above and beyond when I experienced an electrical failure on the second leg of 6,000+ mile trip. They put my bike on a lift and immediately started preforming work without a prior appointment. When the part needed wasn't in stock, a service writer drove to Biloxi (on his day off) to pick one up and bring it back, at a discounted price and bummed me a couple smokes to boot. David, service technician, worked very professionally on a heavily modified and inexpensive motorcycle many technicians would have outright turned away, diagnosing issues that fell well outside of normal manual parameters and did a phenomenal job in addition to being a generally cool, stand up dude. Parts department worked with me to return some parts I had miscommunicated to them and were also very professional. I would work with any of these individuals again without hesitation. My experience with middle management left much to be desired, but the eagerness of the staff would make it unfair to give them less than an excellent review for their professionalism and ethics.

Took my scoot in to be serviced. Also had a oil leak at base of jugs and was blowing oil back out of oil tank. Had this issue since they worked on it late last year. I asked the to do a compression check since they had replaced the cam before. They kept it over a week. I had to call them they did not call me when it was ready. They did NOT do anything but service the bike. Told me they couldn't see a issue to warrant doing any test. My scoot is under warranty. They insinuated that I had put oil In it and spilled it. Which I didn't. This isn't the first time. The last time they didn't listen when I told them there was a noise and a issue, the lifter had came lose and they had to replace half my motor.
I was treated as if because I'm a woman I didn't know what I was talking about. I bought my motorcycle a 2013 heritage softail NEW off there show room floor. So if your a woman and want to be treated like your stupid and want to be patted on the head like you know nothing about the scoot your riding. Then this is the place for you. This isn't the first time had they listened to me i wouldn't have had to have major motor work done on a new motorcycle. I have services my bike on schedule. So there was no lack of service on my part. My advice is to somewhere, anywhere else other than Mike Bruno North shore Harley. Women get treated like there stupid. There not interested in what you have to say they just want to sell a bike. Something wrong with your we don't want to fix it we will sell you another lemon.
