I've been looking for a while and tried not to consume anyone's time because I wasn't ready. I have talked only to Gabriella and she has an incredible sales mindset with a twist of genius. She ask for the sale every time but subtle and direct at the same time. . I went to look at an older bike that was listed on line. It wasn't at the dealership. The bike was sold. When I agreed to look the #'s of a a bike that was more than I was willing to spend, that I didn't buy , The Sales manager asked "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE THEN"? Another guy interrupted and told the sales lady she was needed elsewhere once they knew I wasn't buying.

After my last visit to this dealership for air filter install and dyno. They did an awesome job. And welcomed me. The service department staff was friendly and helpful to my needs an got it done in a timely manner. Also let me leave my trailer there for the day. I happened to be heading to a friend's house below Houma, but I lost my cigarette lighter somewhere in Mississippi. So when I met my friend at the dealership. I stopped at the Parts Counter, spoke with a lady in the Parts Department and explained I only needed the lighter element due to dropping mine. She went into the back and returned with a new part. Charged me MSRP Price of the ENTIRE KIT, but only gave me the lighter. I needed it did not think to check the HD Catalog to verify the price. Even though I thought it was EXTREMELY HIGH PRICED. Upon returning to my dealership in Clarksville, Tn. I just happened to ask my Parts Department the cost and told them what I paid at your dealership. At which time I found out SHE SCREWED ME and made a really really really really good MARKUP. I strongly recommend that if you BUY FROM ANY OF THE " BRUNO DEALERSHIPS " you look at the book on their counter and verify the price. I know better after having been a FIXED OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, for a very large AUTOMOTIVE GROUP. Prior to retiring and just riding. I have found that operations like theirs are like a CANCER. If one employee is doing it, it is NORMALLY COMPANY POLICY..... SHAMEFUL is being polite with my words. I just hope everyone reads this and decides to BUY ELSEWHERE or BE VERY CAUTIOUS. Do not let them THIEVE FROM YOU. ... They especially the individual that sold it me the OVER PRICED lighter, remember " KARMA IS A REAL " B_&-@H ". What goes round Comes round

I laugh was on my way to shop in aAugus of last year to have pipes put on bike. Had a wreck. They fixed it. Was done in January. Well took me several months to get , pick up yesterday and and the pipes still are not on
I bought my used Polaris Slingshot there, they also have nice little get-togethers with bands and music and food on the weekends, nice salespeople, no complaints here

This dealership is great ! They are all extremely nice and knowledgeable and helpful with everything without any high-pressure sales tactics or being pushy in any way.
Can't even give them one star. On a ride to Key West, Fl. from Houston, Tx. my buddy felt the back of his bike start wobbling. He pulled over to the side of the road just across the Ms. state line and called this shop. The service department said they couldn't help him to call a tow truck and have them bring the bike to them not even 5 miles way and they would try to get it changed out before closing. The tow truck arrived we loaded it up and the driver told him it would be an extra 100.00 to take it to Biloxi Harley Davidson so he paid the extra money. Once it was unloaded they got it right in and started changing the tire. We hadn't even finished lunch and they called and said it was ready to go. They even said we should have called and they would have drove to pick it up off the side of the hiway. That is they way any Harley shop should be to ones that are traveling.
I can not thank them enough for helping me leave with my first Harley and my dream bike! If it was possible to give a higher rating I would! From start to finish they worked with me in every way to get me what I wanted with a great deal! Thanks guys.

"Great buying experience. Went to look at a used fat boy but left with a new Heritage. I had driven my car from Gulfport due to heavy rain. When I finished the paperwork my bike was already loaded on a trailer. My bike was delivered that day and my trade was picked up. This is my second purchase from Northshore. I will definitely be back. "
Went here for some accessories. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I live in Mandeville and it was definitely worth the short drive to go there instead of the one in Hammond. I haven't visited that one, but hopefully it's just as enjoyable.

We had a older rider go down because of the heat and ended up in the hospital. Rob the service manager was a life saver by allowing us to store my buddies bike in his shop while waiting on transportation company came to get it and take it back to Florida. My buddies wife came and picked him up at hotel. Traveled in 44 states on harleys and by far this dealer and Rob went out of their way to help us out.once again thanks to Rob and entire staff
I've been here multiple times! Everyone is always friendly here! Much more so than a lot of the other Harley Shops I've visited! Love the selection in shoes! Just wish they carried larger clothing in the women!
I live in Baton Rouge...I had to deliver a few things to a friend in New Orleans, sun was out and cool weather. I decided to get some octane therapy and extend my trip back home via Slidell. I stopped in at Mike Brunos and I saw it, my 4th Harley .... a tricked out softail slim that just spoke to me... when Brandon cranked it up, the rumble told me to take me home . I went in to kick a few tires and get a new Tshirt, but the team there made the whole buying experience a true dream.... thanks guys!!! I was smiling ear to ear and reving that screamin eagle all the way home to Baton Rouge.
