I had a bit of an issue with the last Harley I bought from them. First, they are way over MSRP. I managed to talk them down some, but then they raised the price on me on the final paperwork. I didn't notice until I got home. The sales manager was a jerk. I don't remember his name (muscular black guy). He was acting mad at me because I was trying to get more for my trade. I guess he was the one who changed the price on the paperwork. It's a shame because the salesman was awesome and all the other staff were very nice. I eventually traded that Harley for an Indian and couldn't be happier.
