Have not been able to ride my 2015 Ultra limited since Aug 2017 secondary to a car accident, needed a 20K service done and my VIP plan was expiring the end of Feb 18. Went by and spoke with Herb in Service and explained my situation, Herb indicated that on their next trailer run up my way they would pick up my bike. Next day,Glenn called and asked if it was ok for them to pick it up that day. Tom came by picked it up for me. With them doing this I was able to get the 20K service, rear tire and battery replaced before my VIP expired. They made things easy and were very accommodating to help me out in a pinch with this. I have bought 2 bikes from them, and even though I had some problems with the bikes, Northshore HD has always worked hard to fix the problems. Great guys and girls to deal with.
