The team at Mike Bruno's was outstanding. They took their time fitting me to my very first bike making sure I got the perfect fit and exactly what I wanted. They were very thorough and attentive the entire time. Gabe walked me through everything I needed to know and made sure I felt comfortable before riding out on my own. I am so glad they gave me such an awesome experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They made the buying experience easy and enjoyable.

I went today to ride the Livewire, Harley's electric motorcycle. I have never walked into a Harley Davidson dealership before this.

Let me tell you, I was treated as kindly as can be from everyone in the place. Someone was glad to help me find whom I was looking for. The staff listened to me and I feel treated me as an old friend who had just come home and we were just picking up right where we left off. I was signed up for the demo ride and shown the bike.

I did ride the bike by myself, but I was accompanied by a staff member on another bike. That person was simply the best. He listened to my feedback at stoplights and really let me take my time and get comfortable with the bike. I was giggling maniacally to myself in my helmet the whole ride!

Lastly, when I was back at the dealership after the ride, I met Mike, the general manager. He like the others in the store really treated me as a friend. He kindly listened to my feedback and ideas on what could make this bike perfect for me. He offered me a price that was fair but he did not force it on me and try to get me to apply for financing on the spot. I was allowed to leave and think about it. That speaks volumes for dealerships these days.

All in all, this completely changed my opinion on Harley Davidson as a brand and likeness. I can tell they are great people and the Livewire itself I can also tell that they really tried to make this perfect.

If I decide to buy a Livewire, it would definitely be here. What a great place and great people. I feel like I need a second ride to really solidify my thinking. I hope Mike lets me :)

My wife and I have enjoyed riding Harleys since 2002....buying 4 bikes from Northshore HD. Over the years, we've come to realize what a great bunch of folks make up "Mike Bruno's". Each committed to what they do---and to their customers. So, when we need 'anything' Harley, we head to Bruno's; because they have earned--and continue to work hard to keep our business. People like: Robert, Jim, Fozzie, Cornbread, Mike, Rick, Gabe, Falcone, Alicia, Jason, Herb, Daniel, and Peyton make us feel 'at home' every visit--and are always looking out for our best interests. Kudos to Mike, and Managing Partner Marc for putting together a great team!

As a recent transplant from the Miami area where I used Petersons South Harley, I was concerned about changing dealerships based on my experiences down south where you are always treated as #1 Priority. So far my concerns were unwarranted. Mike in Service has been handed over my bikes for servicing, Grizz has been fantastic while I rebuild a Super Glide for my Son in Law and Dalton on the floor has been exceptional taking care of all the riders in my family for their gear needs. Overall a great job by the entire staff at Brunos. "

I was having a hard time finding a bike that would fit what I wanted and was also easy on my pocket! Rest assured that the team members at Mike Bruno's helped me find the perfect bike! Gabe was fantastic and so was the rest of the team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely had a blast working with Brandon Wisniewski and all the staff today!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful I am very excited about my 1st Harley purchase and am confident I got the best bike for me as they listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions I would 100% recommend anyone who is considering buying to give these guys and gals a visit

Always friendly, great price on their motorcycle, awesome event calendar! RJ was the associate I spoke the most to this last visit at your Valentine's Day Massacre breakfast (not listed as a choice). Very friendly and helpful. Full of information. We are definitely becoming regulars here at your events, and buy something every visit!

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was just like my employer, they make you feel like family. The only downfall and I mean the only was that the bike I was shown and it had a level 3 stereo to find out that once I was qualified, then was told it doesn t have the stereo. Was very disappointed because that was ones of the reasons I was attracted to the bike. Just felt mislead. But I will be back!

These two guys made my dream come true. I had went to a dealer ship here in Hattiesburg Ms and was turned down on getting a bike. So I came home and was just looking on Facebook when I found Northshore Harley-Davison and did a thing on there and TK called me with in mins and we talked and I did the app online and went down on Wednesday and meet MAC and we closed on a 2009 sportster 1200 I was shocked I then went on Friday and picked it up let me tell you I really love all the staff there they are family to me now thanks everyone at Mike Brunos for everything "

On a trip last week, I experienced a clutch proble...

On a trip last week, I experienced a clutch problem Baton Rouge..as in it quit working completely. With some help I got my bike off the the side of the interstate. After cooling off, the clutch worked somewhat allowing me to get to my destination for the night. As I was on my way to Mobile I decided to drop into Biloxi and let the dealership there take a look. Sadly, they didn t want to touch it and recommended the Dealership in Slidell. Wow, I m glad they did. From the moment I walked in and talked to Kyle at the service department I was treated like a VIP. He listened to my problem and immediately took the bike back to the shop. After less than an hour, the Tech, David, came out and explained what was wrong and that is was fixed. The entire dealership had friendly folks in it but Kyle and David went over and above what I had expected. I highly recommend the dealership for your service issues. Thank you for making the rest of my trio trouble free.

First off I want thank everyone at Mike Brunos Harley Davidson for the experience, it was top notch and I absolutely enjoyed it. Not one minute did I feel as if I wasnt already family. Shout out to Mac, Hanna, Mike,Dalton, Kyle and Grizz!! Yall are all awesome and I appreciate all yall did! Oh and someone give Mac a bonus that man wouldnt stop working until I was happy and the job done! Awesome job Mac!

I decided to use Mike Brunos because of the way I was treated every time I walked in the door. Cye was a low pressure and well informed sales person. I visited dealers in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi and kept coming back to Cye and Mike Brunos. For me, making a person feel welcome and important goes a long way. I felt like family even before I made my purchase. Id highly recommend Mike Brunos and Cye.

I rode the 30+ miles to the dealership and the part was waiting! Sadly, these days, its unusual to get what you expect with minimal hassle!"

Outstanding staff. Mike Bruno's Northshore Harley Davidson dealership is the best I have seen! Most professional staff in all departments. Mike,McCulloch asked me to come in for a service check on my '05 Softtail Springer, on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 had missed the service department before I bought it and Herb and Kevin went above and beyond making it right! Bubba drove me home to Gulfport and then delivered my bike to my home the next day.
Gabriella Gardner, Gia and Dalton treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism.
This,ol' Marine Gunny has never been treated better than at North Shore Harleydavidson.

My local Harley shop in Biloxi told me the parts I needed were obsolete and unavailable, but could sell me a new bike. Called Northshore Parts Department and Lisa Marie stated the parts were obsolete but located them in Texas. The parts were waiting for me the next morning. Thanks Lisa you went above and beyond to keep me as a satisfied Harley Davidson customer. I am a Lisa Marie fan and a loyal Mike Bruno Northshore Harley Davidson customer.

A Brandon with law tigers lawyers who used to work at the dealership stopped to help and called Bubba who picked my bike up after having a flat rear tire on bike night earlier this month as I was traveling back to South Carolina (home) Kevin and and Thomas Conroy replaced the tire that night I came back the next morning replaced my worn front tire discounted and was on my way home everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful

Definitely the place where dreams come true. They made it fast and definitely had customer satisfaction in mind during the whole process. I don t think I could have went to a better place to get my first bike. They just blew it out of the water. I will definitely be back on Saturdays for the meet ups! Thank y all so much !

Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable about HDs. They didnt have the bike on the floor that I was looking for but TK helped me look for other options and got me a really good deal. Im happier with this Street Glide than I would have been with an Electra Glide Standard. I live 10 minutes from BR and would recommend you take the extra ride out to Slidell instead.

So I brought my 17 Ultra Limited in to the service...

So I brought my 17 Ultra Limited in to the service department because my auxiliary lights quit working. It proved a difficult fix that they worked on for hours until after closing. I offered to call my wife to come and get me and just leave the bike there, but Herb arranged to have someone to bring me home. Fortunately just before we left, they found the problem and I was able to take my bike home. That kind of service, going the extra mile for a customer, is why I bring my bike to the dealer that is an hour away from my house instead of the closer dealer. Thank you Herb and the rest of the service department at Mike Brunos.

Normally I have to leave a bad review because of the way I feel I'm treated when I walk into a Harley dealership and I'm not interested in buying a bike or they have no idea if I'm wanting to buy a brand new one or what they just ignore me because of a stereotype but this was a different experience I know more than hit the lot even though I was looking at pre-owned motorcycles someone came to me and asked me if they could help me we talked for a few minutes I explained to him that I had four motorcycles already and he didn't run away from me like a scared cat he still spoke to me for a few minutes I always stop at the Harley dealership and look around because there's always something I want I never leave empty-handed or leave without spending at least $100 which isn't very hard LOL but I will say I hadn't been treated this well in a long time so kudos to the Slidell Louisiana Harley-Davidson store you are tops on my list at this point in time keep up the good work
