I own three Fords, the newest is a 2014 and the oldest is 1978 of which I am rebuilding it started its life in northern New Mexico. The parts department has been wonderful in getting me parts. I recently purchased a truck and couldn t be more happy. Everyone is friendly knowledgeable and act like they enjoy working there.
My wife is vision impaired. (Blind) the building employees were very accommodating for her non offending just enjoyable. I have had throat and mouth cancer. I m unable to speak very good. Everyone listened and were a joy to do business with. I could name one person but really everyone was just a joy. If I had one request it would be to meet Mr. Brown and tell him in person how good his folks are.

We drove 4 hours to purchase our dream car from Mike Brown Ford. We initiated everything online with J.R. Langley and this man was amazing throughout the whole process!! He was super patient with all of the questions and followed through all the way to pick up our new car and showed us all of the great features our car had to offer. Sal in the finance department was amazing and worked harder than anyone would to help get us exactly the financing we wanted. This is a great dealership to work with, I leased a new vehicle from these folk and the entire process was quick and relatively painless.

I do have to say that if it was not for the hard work of my sales person Michael Whitfield, this deal would have never happened. I would highly recommend Mike Brown Ford and suggest that if you want to dealt with fairly ask for Michael Whitfield.

I had a bad experience with the service department but salesman CHARLES BROCKMAN changed my mind about ever doing business with Mike Brown Ford again. I did not intend on buying a new car when I brought my 2012 Explorer in to repair the same issue. However, this courteous and knowledgeable young man was empathetic to my service issue and the concern he expressed made me open to looking at a new car. My husband and I drove off in our new Expedition that same day. I would highly recommend this young man.

Took my Truck in for service. I asked how much for...

Took my Truck in for service. I asked how much for a 100K service.
Was told that that requires coolant flush, transmission flush, differential flush. etc... and a hefty price go to with it.
I checked the published service schedule from Ford and it only requires a cooling system flush and spark plugs.
Makes me believe they are trying to up sale unnecessary service.
I will go somewhere else

Google won't let me post a second review for this dealership so I am editing this original. I have now bought 2 trucks from Jeremy Parks at Mike Brown. The second experience was even better than the first! One year after buying my first truck from him, I was shocked to find that Jeremy remembered everything about me and my business like I had just been in there yesterday!

I had some concerns about getting the right truck for my business again and Jeremy took the time to listen and discuss those concerns with me and MB management. I had some very specific issues and the deal needed to be right for me to buy. Jeremy and Mike Brown made it happen to exactly fit what I needed! I am now driving a truck that is perfect for my business and exactly perfect for its budget.

When most dealerships today want to "steer" you into what they want to sell you, you won't get that at MB. These guys are committed to getting you "where you want to go". This experience was so impressive, it deserved the efforts necessary to give it a second review.

Thanks Jeremy, and thanks Mike Brown you have a customer for life that will brag on you to EVERYONE!!

Excellent Experience! Go see Jeremy Parks now! Let me tell you why.......I needed to make a truck purchase for my business and began looking around the web for the best deal. Many of the places I contacted with interest either returned the inquiry with a generic response or did not respond at all. Jeremy personally contacted me within 5 minutes and began going to work on exactly what I wanted.

He was fully informed on his products, and provided me various options to fit my request. I am very busy, going out of town often and Jeremy was completely considerate of that. He made sure when I got back into town to sign for it, It was truly ready to go. Here's how smooth this went.....

-Inquired on Saturday, met with him on Saturday
-Filled out and submitted app on Monday
-Deal was done midday Wednesday
-Rolled in Wednesday at 6:00pm drove out at 7:00pm

Jeremy took care of everything, I didn't get one phone call changing the deal, and everything was exactly to the original numbers we discussed upon signing. Jeremy was respectful of my time and final docs were ready for me and signed in 15 mins.

When you've bought as many trucks over the years as I have, trust me......That's unheard of!

Don't waste your time trying to "play the game" just go see Jeremy and get it done right........and right away!

Mike Brown Service Department was the worst servic...

Mike Brown Service Department was the worst service department I have ever been to. I brought my car in for an oil change, two recalls, and to fix my wiper fluid reservoir. They had my car for FOUR days when I was told it would take only one. They didn t even offer me a loaner vehicle. Every time I called to get an update, they said they would call me back. IT TOOK 2-3 HOURS TO GET A RETURNED PHONE CALL. Finally, my car was ready. I get in my vehicle to drive off and the car wouldn t start!!! They brought out the mechanic who was working on it for these four days to look at it but she was too busy eating her Spaghetti-Os! She had an attudide and was so rude! The service manager got involved and he acted like he didn t give a care in the world. Now, they did replace my battery free of charge and I appreciate that, but I will NEVER bring my car to Mike Brown again.

Our experience was almost perfect. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Mack Jameson was an excellent salesman. His knowledge about the explorer surpassed our expectations for someone his age. He showed us all of the electronics, and features as well as the motor and other mechanics.
He tended to every detail after we decided to buy the Ford Explorer. He found a blue one and kept in touch until he delivered the car! He has been ready, knowledgeable and available to answer further questions after the sale! Thank you Mack!!!
The price was about what we expected.
We went to receive our car and it was determined to have a factory issue with the headliner. A new one was sent from the factory. When it arrived, it was the wrong one! Finally the correct one was installed. We received the car. The delivery was delayed for two and half weeks.
Although we were delayed in receiving our explorer, all is well and we are pleased with our car.

The finance manager s name was Ty and he was absolutely amazing. I was very nervous at first and he put me at ease and really worked to get a payment that would work for me. Overall, this was the best experience I ve ever had with buying a car. 100% satisfied!

Dave helped me resolve a recall issue on my 2011 Ford. He was excellent to work with. Stayed in communication and straight forward. As they worked on my truck with 92k miles they made recommendations on a needed repair. I purchased this truck used from Mike Brown and have used their service department several times. This solidified the dealership as my first choice for service on my Ford Trucks.

I have never, ever dealt with a more shady car dealership than Mike Brown Ford...there was no scenario by which I could get them to sell their Ford Expedition at the very price they were advertising it for. When I confronted them on their deceptive trade practices, their response was, Well we re not killing anybody, just trying to sell cars . So it s ok to cheat people as long as you re not trying to kill them?!

Great customer service. Easiest car buying experience so far. I highly recommend dealing with Cindy Bowen. Everything was handled over the phone on a Thursday. Made the 3 hour trip on Saturday and the truck was detailed and filled with fuel. I was in and out of the dealership in under 45 minutes. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Mike Brown Auto.

The moment I walked in, I was taken care of. These people are genuine and care about you. You are treated like a person instead of a dollar figure. Michael is a good dude. You get no acknowledgment. No smiles , no positive energy. The man at the counter has absolutely no customer service skills. First expression is the most important expression and for it being my first time here it really made me rethink who I was doing business with.

Very shady place called the truck was advertised on their site the searched for it guy calls me back says his gonna look at the lot I gave you the freaking stock number what are we counting fruit , like you can just bring it up n know what inventory I have any ways the truck is a bait to get customers to call it's the black Laramie 2014 ram 2500 the great part about it is I get to leave a review of how they are on artist DO NOT DO businesses with these people I WARN DO NOt do business they are con artist :)

was headed to another dealership to look a pick up I had found online. Stopped at Mike Brown Ford and I am so glad I did!!! Was greeted when I walked in the door. Got with Mack Jameson who was very knowable about Ford Vehicles. After a brief visit about what I was looking for, Mack said " I have two on the lot " and took me to look at them. Got us an Awesome deal and the exact F150 my wife and I was looking for!!! Highly recommend MIKE BROWN FORD and Mack Jameson for all your new car and truck shopping!!! But wait !!! It doesn't stop there!!! Brandon Holtzinger in the Ford Parts Department at Mike Brown Ford Has been Great to work with also!!!!

Kudos to Mack! I went to the dealership with my friend who was looking at a pickup. I was thinking about a used SUV. Mack let me test drive a Cherokee that I really liked, but then I got sidetracked by a Wrangler. Took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Mack was super helpful throughout the entire process, great communication, honest and personable. Would highly recommend him! He also asked me to mention 'he didn't pay me for this endorsement'. haha! Seriously, go see him!

I had to take my car in for a recall. I called first and they were very helpful. Said they would order what was needed for the recall then call me to set up a time when the parts came in. They got me in at a time that was convenient for me. It was going to take about 2 hours so they took me where I wanted to go then called me when my car was ready and then picked me up. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Very pleased with the way they handled everything.

If your looking for a dealership with great attitude,inventory, prices, or people who are willing to take that extra yard to get you where you need to be. Come here too get a new vehicle every time. Makenzie Jameson was especially helpfull. My car broke down on a saturday, he had found me in a completely new 2019 ford ranger that he found in my price range within 30 min. I spent some time gathering my deposit and drove out of there the following Wednesday. I Highly recommend this place and its people.

The individual that waited on me and answered all my questions was a top notch professional. I live in Cleburne, and had been using the Cleburne Dodge/Chrysler dealership. However they were not nearly as professional as the Granbury dealership group. Cleburne's people were sloppy with their work, not even remembering to fill out the sticker for the next service date. They wanted to charge me $130.00 dollars to program and cut two key fobs that I supplied, whereas your dealership only charged $62.50 for the same service. I was delighted!!!

Our salesman, Peyton Isbell, was outstanding! I've purchased numerous vehicles in my lifetime and this experience was one of the easiest processes! The only downfall was the wait for the financial officer, who was outstanding as well. They only had 2 financial personnel on duty and it was the last day of the month, on a Saturday, and they had buyers backed up waiting for their turn to sign the paperwork. Other than the wait...I would've given them 5 stars!

As far as I am concerned Mike Brown Ford is one of the most reputable Ford dealerships that I have ever dealt with. My salesman Mack Jameson did an excellent job of listening to my needs and worked diligently to find me the exact truck that I wanted. No pressure sales just good professionalism and treatment like you were a close friend and not just another customer. We went in looking for a specific vehicle, unfortunately it had already been sold. Rodney helped us look for other vehicles in our price range and we had several options. They gave me a GREAT offer on my trade in and price on our new vehicle. After going to see one more vehicle at another dealership and seeing their lack of professionalism compared to Mike Brown Ford, we left and called up Rodney. This time around Mackenzie Jameson helped me out tremendously. I m not going to get into details but this young man went over and above to help me out. Worst service department in America. I had them ch...

Worst service department in America. I had them check my brakes because they were squealing and was told there was noting wrong and they turned my rotors. At most 2 months later and my brakes are grinding. I go to take the tire off and 2 of the lug nuts were loose which caused the rotor to be loose. When I contacted them to let them know that this happened they denied that this was the cause of the problem and after finding out I was no longer under warranty they told me I had a caliper issue. 2 months ago I didn't have a caliper issue but now that they have left my lug nuts loose and destroyed my brake pads and rotor I have a bad caliper.

The service here is generally good but one thing I don't understand is when they check your filters and take your air filter out to show you if it needs a new one or not and you do purchase one they charge you $5.00 labor to put it in when they had to put your old one back in if you don't purchase one. Does that make sense to anyone? Makes me wonder if you can trust them or not. Just another way to make a dollar. Do they think we're stupid? I have had pretty good service there in the past but this will make me think before I go back.

I wouldn t trust buying a used car/truck from here. They claim to have gone over the truck throughly, serviced, etc. well We ve had it about a month and it s been in 5 times for different things. Some for Things that we re said to have been checked already and some for problems found a couple of days after driving it off the lot. I do give the dodge service department 5 stars, they have been nothing short of amazing. But the sales manager had done nothing to help or realize how troubled this truck is and try to satisfy even a little bit of our unhappiness with the process. Which is discouraging when you go to a dealership like this thinking they will stand behind the products they sale, used or new.

When I went to pick up my car from a simple replacement of a thermostat....just a short time later my car died in the middle of the street. It came back worse than when I brought it in. To find out later when MB towed it back to the dealership....whoever worked on the car hadn't tightened up cables and such...which caused my car to up and die in the middle of the street. Just glad my kids were not in the car and people were able to keep other cars from running into mine. A standard at MB dealership should be a routine before a ANY car leaves a dealership....even with a brand new car with only 8000 miles on it. I bought it brand new and only had it for 4 months when both of these things happened. Not too excited about this new car! A Lemon?

Everyone at the dealership was super nice. I set up most of the deal through text messages with my sales person, so when I arrived at the dealership everything was ready to go. I simply had to sign the paperwork and take delivery of the vehicle. Charles assisted me with all of the technology. I was able to text him directly with follow up questions after I arrived home.

I was working with 3 other dealers on pricing, Mike Brown Ford made sure I received all offers from Ford to get the best price.

Great experience. Mac Jameson is by far one of the most knowledgeable sales people in the auto industry I have ever met! I made two visits to the dealer trying hard to find the right truck to safely tow a 16,500# Fifth Wheel. Mac texted me with follow up info each visit. Not pushy, helpful.

When I found the vehicle I wanted I told Mac I needed to go do some price research before talking and he said "I understand". I used two different car buying services online to understand comparable sales. The price they offered was a very good price, which we negotiated by text and not high pressure meetings or calls. After getting the price negotiated we then discussed my vehicles trade-in value. We went back and forth one time on getting the price where it needed to be for me to feel good about it. I didn't get the exact price I was hoping for but got within a few undred dollars.

Brandon in parts helped me add a B&W Companion hitch and spray-in bed liner which was done the very next day by Cisco who did a great job both with install and with explaining everything to me.

Kudos to the leadership team at Mike Brown for your approach to sales!!

I went in to have an oil change and inspection. My 2 rear tires needed replacing so I asked for a price on 2 Michelins. Mike Brown Ford had the lowest price for my needs. I had searched the internet and called local tire shops and Mike Brown was more than competitive than the other places. I was very pleased with their customer service.

Went down to the Toyota dealership and I bought a Tacoma limited. Took 3 hours. Same money down, same credit, same situation. Drove off with a truck.

Mike Brown pretty much said it s impossible. So that s cool. I ll take my business elsewhere, which I did and I m happy for it.

Again, same credit history, same money down.. Mike brown wouldn t sell me a truck. I was even flexible about which truck I would be interested in.
