I had a bad experience with the service department...

I had a bad experience with the service department but salesman CHARLES BROCKMAN changed my mind about ever doing business with Mike Brown Ford again. I did not intend on buying a new car when I brought my 2012 Explorer in to repair the same issue. However, this courteous and knowledgeable young man was empathetic to my service issue and the concern he expressed made me open to looking at a new car. My husband and I drove off in our new Expedition that same day. I would highly recommend this young man.
