Worst place to get an oil change. This is my 3rd and last time I will ever go to Mike Brown Ford. My first time everything was good. Oil change only took 30mins. My second time it took one and a half hours due to them only having a few quick lube workers. The only reson I gave them another shot was becouse of a guy named Ricky who did my oil change while having to make up for the lack of workers. He was very nice and a very hard worker. The 3rd and final visit took 3 hours!!! I found out why its becouse they keep fireing their best employees like Rick The man who did my oil change last time was gone. This dealership is going down hill fast.

I met with a salesman by the name of Mac back in November on a vehicle/ pickup I was interested in, and even though I decided to not actually proceed with it at that time, Mac was very professional and very helpful with all information in our meeting. I have just recently been back with my girlfriend to purchase a vehicle for her and I asked for him specifically due to his knowledge and professionalism . Mac was very helpful in finding her the right vehicle in our price range . In fact he hooked her up with a amazing and beautiful 2013 Lincoln MKS, fully loaded , needless to say its an awesome car, my girlfriend says she absolutely loves it, drives really nice and all the features are wow amazing. I know that when I am ready and the time is right I will definitely be back to talk with Mac again on the pickup I spoke with him about before in our first meeting.

Our experience at Mike Brown Ford was awesome. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were expecting a long wait time, but were pleasantly surprised when the service only took a portion of the time estimated. We will definitely be back!

Recently had problem with a battery. The service people came to my house , quick started the battery. We took the car in To Mike Brown and they replaced Battery and got me on my way. Professional people who took the time to care. By the way the battery was 4 years old. It was a no hazzel deal.

This purchase started when we brought our vehicles to have them inspected. We were walking the lot, Joey Ratliff came out and we started talking about Explorers. Then we drove an Explorer and started making a deal for one of the new Explorers. We did not like the monthly payments for a new vehicle. Joey suggested some of the previously owned Explorers. We found one.
Joey, Nick, and everyone we worked with made us feel like we were the most important person at Mike Brown Ford.

I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain from these guys and Jeff Keeling was my salesman. I have to say he has been the best Car salesman I have ever dealt with. He went out of his way to get me a car like I wanted and that was within my price range. After I purchased it it had a few alignment issues and I had to bring it back and again he made sure everything was taken care of and handled properly. I am extremely impressed with Mike Brown Ford and Hyundai. Thank you very much Jeff for taking care of me and getting me a car like I was looking for and taking care or everything. You have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a car to come see y'all!!!

This is one out of a dozen dealerships that I visited in the past week where a salesman, Alan Foreman, rushed out to meet us on the parking lot. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot yet. He and the sales mgr, Doyle, made this purchase the easiest I have ever done in 30 years of buying vehicles. Thanks Alan and Doyle for working with us to get our son the perfect vehicle for him.

Fantastic experience!! Craig Hoffman is top notch and as honest as they come; his honesty and integrity made this one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. I would like to thank Jeff Keeling and Mike Brown Ford for a perfectly smooth process to get in my Ford F350. Everyone was polite and treated you like family. Mr. Keeling was honest and informative on the vehicle. Knowing I was traveling from Louisiana to purchase he made assured I new all I needed before the trip. The service department is absolutely terrible. We took my wife s Expedition in because of a rattle that was explained to be a recurring issue with the new Expeditions. The first service rep we talked to said that it was an extensive fix and we would need a loaner. He said he would put us on a waiting list and call when the single loaner Expedition was available. 2 months later after hearing nothing I called and was told that we had somehow been overlooked but they would get us in immediately. This was a Friday. When I explained that we have 5 children and need a 7 passenger loaner vehicle I was told that the single loaner Expedition was being used but if we could make it until Monday it was due to be returned and we would receive a call to trade the F150 we were issued for it. Wednesday after hearing nothing Monday or Tuesday I called to ask about it and was told it had already been issued to someone else, but our vehicle would be done by Friday at the latest. After hearing nothing I called Friday afternoon to learn that parts were late and our vehicle would be ready Monday. It is now Tuesday 12 days after dropping our vehicle off and it was just delivered to my wife filthy with less than 1/4 tank of gas after they assured us when we dropped it off it would be thoroughly cleaned. I ve bought 4 cars from Mike Brown because of the excellent service we ve always received from the sales department, but after this experience we will be buying elsewhere.

Just finished buying my second truck from Mike Bro...

Just finished buying my second truck from Mike Brown Ford. My Salesman, Mack Jameson, took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a Truck and quickly found the one I was looking for, making my buying experience hassle free. The entire deal took less than 3 hours from the time I arrived on the lot until the time I drove off in my new truck. This is the 2nd truck Mack has sold me while he has been with Mike Brown. He always takes the time to listen to what I need and do what it takes to find it. Thanks Mack for making my buying experience Hassle Free.

I don t usually do this but I am beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!
Had my last two oil changes done at Mike Brown Ford...... Went to Jerry s on July 11th to get my oil changed!! The manager came out and told me that my oil plug was in so tight that they couldn t even get it out and we re afraid if they kept forcing it it would strip the plug and maybe mess up the oil pan!! So I told him I would just drive it back over to Mike Brown where it was changed last and they could fix it since they messed it up... Drove back over to Mike Brown Ford, told them the situation and the lady was rude, said she would have to pull my ticket, and said well there are 4 or 5 ahead of you so it will be a while!! I said ummm no I m not waiting for all those cars as you messed up mine and I want it fixed!! She said well ma am I can t do anything else you will have to wait or I will go get the service manager would you like that I said sure!! He came out and proceeded to tell me the same thing that I was gonna have to wait, I again insisted that I wasn t going to wait so he said well then you can drive it over to Hyundai because they don t have anybody in line!! I said ok and drove over there!! Waited for an hour and a half, and yes they had to replace my oil plug even though they said there was nothing wrong with it!!( on my ticket it says replaced oil plug damaged by Ford) ( and how can I be sure there isn t anything wrong and they didn t damage anything on it)!! The service manager at Hyundai was super nice but we still had to wait!! Then the Ford Service mananger, walked over to Hyundai and proceeded to tell me that you have to replace those oil plugs like mine every other time or so when getting your oil changed... I called my husband and told him and he said that was not true!!! I also drove back to Jerry s and told them what they told me and he said that is not true!!! Then I had to pay for my oil change!!!! I never even said I
Wanted them to change my oil, just fix what they messed up!!! I called and spoke with the general manager on Friday who was going to return my call... no call back!!!!! I called on Tuesday and asked for a corporate number which they gave me, which is a Customer Care Manager. I spoke with her and let her know the situation, she said ok she would look into it and call me back Wednesday and if I didn t hear from her by noon to call her back!! I gave her until 4:30 yesterday and left a message for her to call me!! No call again!!!! I called again today at 4:30 and left another message and still no call!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE!!!! This is horrible customer service!!!!!
After I posted this I got a call back from the customer service manager, she said that yes those plugs must be changed as they wear out over a couple of times... Also said that this was all just a misunderstanding and that they are just so busy over there and growing so much that what was said to me and the
Way it was said was probably just misunderstood....... So they did apologize but it just didn t/ doesn t help at this point!!! Ugh, where has everyone s customer service skills gone!! It s frustrating!!!

Called Mike Brown on a recall and they said to bring it in. I did and they did not have the part. Waited two hours for the news. Went to Stephenville Texstar Ford and got the car fixed in about one hour. Thanks, Texstar Ford.

Bought a new Expedition and had electric issues multiple times and they didn't report all the times they had it with Ford so we are stuck with a $70,000 Lemon.
it's less than 1 year old and they had it 7 times.....

Very pleased with customer service that I received from Mack and his team at Mike Brown Ford. I live over 500 miles from the dealership and he coordinated arrival and made the transaction as smooth as possible. Highly recommend Mike Brown Ford.

I really don't care if I could have got a better deal somewhere else because I love my vehicle! Charles, my salesman, was great. He answered all my questions and kept in touch while I was trying to decide. I appreciated not being pushed to buy which made the experience even better! The dealership made every effort to ger my vehicle to me in person. The couple who delivered it were a pleasure!

I had not planned to buy a truck. I was traveling through when I started having some trouble with my current truck. I called Mike Brown Ford and asked for service. They had no appointments. I explained my situation and they jumped through hoops and made a spot for me. While there, I decided to look at new trucks. My current vehicle was close to the 100k mark so why not. Salesman, McKenzie Jameson, was the young man that helped me out. He asked what I was interested in, what was important to me and what was cool to have but not required and he asked what colors I liked. I gave my must haves, My like to haves, my color choices and my no needs. He talked to me about payment and older truck and its value and then he went off to work. A short time later, he had a list of viable options to review. Number 2 was it. I appreciate he only showed me what I wanted. He didn't pressure or try to sale me anything. He simply showed me what I liked and explained the truck. He as well as the staff were friendly and they were fast. In the past I have spent 6 hours buying a car. This took 2 hours from start to finish including the initial conversation and me looking and driving trucks.
A top notch dealership, friendly helpful people and McKenzie was absolutely awesome.

The service dept. is ok, nothing great. When I bought the car I also bought a used Kia Forte for my son and his Cirrus id was transferred with the car but my Fusion was not. Sales dept. is lacking in a lot of ways. Like the slow leak in the tire that was found only five months after I bought it, I was told back then that there was nothing wrong.

Our first purchase was such a positive experience that we didn t think twice about who we would buy from the second time around. We had an excellent experience both times. Brandon in Ford parts was FANTASTIC!!! I was an out of state customer looking to buy a Ford part that was on factory back order with no ETA. Mike Brown Ford did not have the part. Brandon researched dealers in my State and found 5 of them who showed they had the part in stock. Brandon said, "if it turns out they don't have the part, call me back, I have a list of about 50 other dealers across the US who show stock. I will even call some of them and help you track it down". Mike Brown Ford's employee knew I was from out of state, they did not have the part, there was no chance they were going to make any money on me, yet their employee Brandon, offered to go out of his way to help me. It just does not get any better ! Kudos to Mike Brown Ford!
