I want to share my experience with all who are planning to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle... Jay Bibles is your guy to call on @ Mike Brown Ford. I was in the market of purchasing my sister a pre-owned GMC Yukon Denali in Dallas, Tx., and the experience was horrible with customer service/ satisfaction. I looked outside of DFW in nearby cities, and saw the SUV I was looking for in Granbury, Tx (MBF). I made 1 phone call there, got Mr Bibles on the line, he shared everything possible about the vehicle to me over the phone, and I was sold on his willingness to get me exactly what I requested. 5 Star Service with MBF, Mr Jay Bibles. Not leaving out the pre-owned vehicle Mgr, and the Financial Dept. that assisted with getting me taken care of. Jay, big shout to your service and the assistance in my purchase. I will be Back!!!

Great experience! My salesman Weston was very personable and easy to deal with. He is not pushy like some salesman are, and helped me work through the available vehicles and options that best fit my needs and budget. This my second vehicle purchased there and the dealership staff are all top notch. The add on options I requested that were not stock items we there the next morning and the truck was ready after just a couple of hours.

He is absolutely the BEST salesman there, will go out of his way to help anyone and go to the end of the world and back to try and get you a deal done. Great Experience, Jeremy a wonderful salesman. He was very patient with me and very upfront and honest. Ty, in finance, was AWESOME! He helped me get to where I needed to be and never showed an ounce of frustration. The new car sales manager was also very patient and polite and seemed overall grateful for the business. I highly recommend going to these fellas.

Had a great experience last week. Had to get a jump start from a neighbor and it was late on a Saturday. Got to the dealer about 45 minutes before they closed. The service manager saw my situation and they stayed over to fix my truck. Didn't want to walk to church the next day and he took great care of us . Thank you for your great team.

Bought a 2012 5.0L F150 super crew from their pre-owned department. The truck had 6K less miles, and listed for $3K less, than the same truck at a local Carmax dealer. The price was right, and the choice was obvious. My sales guy was Wil Kilcup, and he did everything he could to help us out, and answer all our questions. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything during the whole sales interaction. When it came time to sign papers, we were taken to the main building, and introduced to Ty Vickers(I think). Ty isn't quite as personable, but he's a no-BS kinda guy. He told us what he considered to be decent coverage for aftermarket warranties, and what he considered to be crap and useless. (might have just been his shtick to win you over) The only complaint I have with the signing process was a slip in of a $200 "road hazard" add-on that was not explicitly pointed out. Yes, it was on the paperwork, and yes, I signed everything. I just didn't notice it until after I reviewed the paperwork later that night. It covers repair or replacement of 4 tires, so one or two uses, and it will have paid for itself. I just wish it would have been explicitly mentioned, and not just slipped in as if it was included as part of the warranty package we purchased. I could go back and get it refunded within 10 days, but figure with my long commute, it's likely I'll need it. Other than that small issue, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Their financing even beat my bank's rate by 1/4 of a percent! (3.54%@72mo)

Had a smooth, stress free experience purchasing my 2015 Kia Sorento. I was not hounded or pressured into buying something I didn't want like most dealerships do and the salesman Jeff was courteous and polite and did what was promised. Although there was a few things that needed fixed and a little confusion as to who to take it to and although it still isn't fixed after having it a week in the shop. The service technician Larry Dixon was so helpful and understanding and put my mind at ease that he would take care of the problem. I would suggest purchasing a vehicle from Mike Brown Ford.

After shopping around the Dallas/Ft.Worth area for...

After shopping around the Dallas/Ft.Worth area for a deal on a 2018 Ford Edge, I started dealing online with Mike Brown Ford down in Granbury, TX,. They had a couple of units that I was interested in and they seemed to be willing to deal on the pricing of the unit, both with or without a trade in. I went down there to see what they had in person as well as they wanted to look at my 2015 Ford Escape that I was considering on trading in on the Ford Edge. They were very professional, both Juan Meraz and John Moore, whom I dealt with. They were willing to negotiate the price on the 2018 Ford Edge Titanium and also was very competitive on the allowance that they were willing to give on my trade in 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. Needless to say I was thoroughly impressed with my treatment and I did complete the purchase of my new 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. I have only drove it locally a couple of times, but the ride and performance is outstanding. I am getting ready this weekend to take it on a long trip, so I can really get a feel of how good it is and also the fuel mileage, which in short drives I have made has been exceeding the advertised estimated mileage. If you are looking for a new Ford or even a used vehicle, take the time to give Mike Brown Ford in Granbury, TX a call or go down and see them.

Had a very good experience working with him.

Took my F150 in for its first oil change. Matt was very helpful and the service was quickly done. They washed the outside of your vehicle after service which is great but they don't dry it so you are left with water spots on your car. I didn't like that and planning on my next visit to mention it and if they can't dry it then I don't want it washed. The tech forgot to reset my oil status in my truck so my FordPass was still telling me that I needed to get my oil changed so I had to reset that myself. The people were friendly and they got me right. Customer Service was great so far.

It was impossible. I had a tire that was ruined and under warranty. I left the tire there on a Wednesday so they could get the new one in. On Monday, I waited for over an hour after they said the tire was there only to have the service person come in and tell me the tire was in fact NOT there. He said it would be there Tuesday. Sooo, I came back on Wednesday and it only took them about 45 minutes for them to come tell me the tire still was NOT there. I told them to call me when it got there and I would come back then. Friday morning they called. Three trips and a week and a half later and they finally got it done. And this experience was BETTER than the first service experience with them last year!

My Service Advisor Matt was very efficient and knowledgeable. I did not have to explain a whole lot and he understood what was going on with my F150. He promised to get back with me with details while I wait in the reception area. Within about 15 minutes he was back with everything I needed to know and a courtesy ride to and from my house while my truck was being serviced. He promised a completion time and I got my truck back exactly as I was promised. Good Job MBA and Matt!

This deals with the service dept only. I have an ongoing issue that is driving me crazy but, it is driving them crazy also. Therefore, the service dept is digging into the issue with every tool they have access too. Multiple tech's have tried to no avail to remedy my issue. They are now supporting me with action with factory assistance. Dealership yes, factory yet to be determined. New update: Factory gave up also. Replaced the car. Brown Automotive helped me best they could with the given circumstances. I would consider buying from this dealer in the future.

Great experience! I don't ever post reviews but I was wowed by Mike Browns staff.

Found a great deal online called in in to confirmed availability as the deal was unbelievable. Drove an hour to check it out and the truck had more features than shown online and at the same price.

No games no gimmicks. It's the first time I have had an experience where the dealer realy cares about laying out your options so you can make a decision you are happy with and not pushing you into options where they will make higher commissions.

Cant say enough good about my salesmen Charles, very professional and personable. Manager Doyle Maynard was terrific as was my finance guy Joe.

Mike Brown's crew gave me an experience that puts any dealer in DFW to shame. Well worth the drive out. Old school approache to sales that your rarely see these days. I look forward to returning for my next vehicle purchase.

Eggs are cheaper in the country! Michael Whitfield was able to do in 48 hours what the big city dealers could not. He found me the exact F350 I wanted and negotiated a fair price for both the truck and my trade. The whole experience was refreshing. He held the truck for me on my word...something you don't see much of these days. He had it ready when I showed up and I was out the door within a couple of hours. 'Hot Rod' let me drive theirs, and talked to me for a good while. Was not pushy or trying to sell me something, just plain friendly. There could be more places like that around......

After having gone to 3 other dealers and leaving due to the slimy salespeople I am so grateful to have decided to try one last time and take my chances with Mike Brown Ford in Granbury. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and to be honest with a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth from having dealt with other salespeople at other dealerships. From the moment I called Mike Brown Ford, Jeff Keeling was nothing short of honest, helpful and courteous. Honesty has become a rarity these days and I can t even begin to put into words how much myself and my little family appreciate getting treated like people and not like just another sale. While having my wife's Edge serviced, we decided to look at trucks. We were planning to buy a travel trailer and needed to know towing capabilities etc. of certain models. Kyle Phillips was the young man who assisted us that day. We informed him we were on a fact finding mission and that it would be at least a month before we'd be able to commit to anything. Kyle and I traded info and over the course of the next 5 weeks kept in contact by phone or email. When it got closer to our being ready to buy I sent Kyle a list of what I wanted. He said he had a couple he thought I'd like. The first one he showed us had everything we wanted and more but at a price that was right.

Kyle was professional and friendly as well as very knowledgeable about all things Ford. He assisted in choosing a tonneau cover and made arrangements for its installation. Kyle is an incredible young man with bright future ahead of him. Since the purchase, he has called to follow up on any questions I might have or issues. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful but Kyle stands out.
I recommend him highly.

Of course I had hoped that Kyle would have gifted the truck to me because of my winning personality, but alas, I know he and the dealership have to make a living. But he still gets high praise, my deep appreciation and recommendation to friends. Thanks.

I had an awesome experience with Juan Meraz, the salesman who assisted me with the purchase of my 2016 Ford F150. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked in my new truck. He also was able to cut me a great deal on the price of the truck which made my experience at Mike Brown Ford the very best that I have ever had out of all my new car purchases. First the dealership now requires appointments for oil change and after waiting a week to have my appointment, it took 5 service people 90 minutes to change my oil in my pickup and the whole 2 hours I was there for my "20 minute oil change" there were ZERO people waiting for an oil change! Then I was due a free oil change and that too is now lost as they changed from Owners Advantage to Ford Pass Rewards and my points and free oil change were lost forever with the new plan! Coupled with the less than agreeable service writer "Kayla" who has a major bad attitude, I will be looking for a new dealer...I have been using Mike Brown for 12 years now..No More!

I accompanied my niece to the dealership so she could buy herself a car for the first time ever. I had warned her that buying a car "was a pain in the butt" Well these folks made a liar out of me because the experience was anything but. She had a fair idea of what sort of car she wanted and a clear cut idea of what she was willing to spend. Our salesman Mac, really impressed me by not trying to upsell her our nudge her past her budget. In fact the cars he showed her were cars I'd already identified on the website as possible good fits for her, though he was unaware of that. Everyone at the dealership was as friendly as could be. Despite her relatively brief work history Nick, the finance guy, got her approved on her own with a very fair rate. Would not hesitate at all recommending this dealership to anyone I know in the market for a new or used vehicle. And to pat my niece on the back, for a first time buyer I think she walked away with the best value of the cars she looked at.

Took the truck in for oil change/44K checkup, state inspection, and replacing the tires. The checkup went ok but after they installed the new tires they realized that the parts person ordered the wrong tires. They told me to go ahead and go (as I had other commitments) and when the correct tires came in I could drop by and they'd quickly swap them out. Well, what I thought would be a quick in/out turned into a multi-hour sit. Finally, I observed odd/unexpected activity around the truck as though they were doing other things. Sure enough, they were repeating the oil change and servicing again. Don't misunderstand, I like Mike Brown Ford and the people seem courteous enough but there definitely could've been better communications on this visit(s).

Overall experience "could" have been more positive...

Overall experience "could" have been more positive than 3 stars. We were were pleased with the value of the truck we purchased, even with add on's included. It took a while to get the spray on bed-liner done and heated seats installed due to the holidays, but that was to be expected. Sales staff seem to go out of their way to get this all done for us after some initial confusion with the parts department regarding scheduling. We are still waiting for the side plates that go into the pick up bed, but we have been kept informed of that.

My only "real" concern (and for me it's a big one) was that we were told that the vehicle came with a 48 gallon gas tank, even though it was not listed on the window sticker. Having filled up several times, it is apparent that our truck (160" wheel base / 6.5' bed)) has a 26.5 gallon tank, and not a 48 gallon tank. We wanted the larger gas tank because we often pull a travel trailer. I stressed that I wanted a 48 gallon tank.

Honestly, if I had known the vehicle was not equipped with a 48 gallon tank, or at least a 34 gallon tank, I would have kept looking. I'm not saying I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle, if it had been shared with me that vehicles with the wheel base of mine don't come with 48 gallon tanks. We would could have looked for one with a 34 gallon tank at least. I didn't want an 8' bed or to have to deal with diesel . . . but I would have visited other dealerships to see what was available, or until the specs were confirmed. Our 250 is a good truck, but it's always going to be "limited", especially now that we will have to more carefully plan our routes knowing we will fill up more often. I do not want to install an external tank for safety and asethetics reasons.

I'm not saying we were mislead. But the salesman we primarily dealt with said he ran the VIN and it showed a 48 gallon tank. Since it is a crew cab, it seemed to be assumed that it came with a 48 gallon tank. My local Ford dealer where I live ran the VIN and it listed the truck with either the 26.5 or 34 gallon tank because of it's wheel base length. Perhaps the sales managers can help the sales team be more aware of the specs of the vehicles they sell? Yes, it might have meant a lost, or postponed sale, but in the end, a customer getting what they asked for is important.

Mike Brown Ford dealership is awesome; I walked in with my family the receptionist connected us to Gary C. He took us to the lot and we picked a truck for a test, a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT Texas Edition. Gary gave us a great deal and did the paperwork, came home with the brand new truck after couple of hours. Entire team (Ownership, Credit, Sales and Service) is one great family with the customer.
