Horrible customer service.
It doesn t matter what department you are in you represent the company you work for.
You get no acknowledgment. No smiles , no positive energy. The man at the counter has absolutely no customer service skills. First expression is the most important expression and for it being my first time here it really made me rethink who I was doing business with.
