Im 14 weeks pregnant, high risk, and born with asthma. I have a really bad cough and i can hardly breathe for 4 days now. I went there yesterday and waited 3 hours for them to tell me they wernt going to prescribe me an in hailer or any antibiotics. I told the dr. Ty for wasting my time and stormed out of there extremely frustrated and angry. Im now even sicker then i was yesterday. I dont even want to give this place one star. Ill never go back there .ive never felt so neglected in my life. The clerk, nurse,& doc were all painfully rude to me. I was the only white person in the entire building too. Idk if that had something to do with it but everyone was mexican except for me. Worst clinic experience ever. Thumbs way down...dont go here if your white.

I've been going to Midtown for over three years and have gotten to know both the medical and dental departments. I've been extremely impressed with the level of caring and with the level of service that I've received. Everyone is happy and treats us well. The doctors all know their stuff and the dentists do great work! I've been very happy with my experience here and plan on continuing to come here for many years to come!

Dr Larsen and Dr Graham have been really attentive and know what time it is.

Terrible place to go too. They never call back to give results on blood work. Dr.Arboghast is a terrible person to have. He doesnt care. He never did his job to prescribe me my pills like he said he would. Never told me about my blood work for my liver. I had to contact the Executive Director Diana cause its impossible to contact Dr.Arboghast himself. Im very disappointed at this facility standards. Very negligent.

So fed up with this Health facility. There Urgent care has caused me more medical problems and a permanent disability. Billing is more ridiculous. And the girls running check in and call backs are ill-mannered, snotty, and are lacking bedside manners and common sense..

Years ago, my son's cast had to be redone 'cos it was digging into the skin on his arm (they didn't pad it enough with cotton for comfort). They are fairly incompetent across the board. They tested me after I was on Thyroid meds and told me I didn't need them anything anymore, but didn't take into acct. the pills I was using were working and that is why I wasn't out of balance, until AFTER I stopped using them, of course! Today, after many years, I went back in for a dental exam. I explained I had a bad experience another dentist a few months ago and I was promptly told by Dr. Bingham himself who told me he IS the Dental Clinic (he is the only dentist there) that I was not going to be treated because as he put it, "nothing they would do would be good enough". I can see not badmouthing a previous EMPLOYER while on a job interview, but to have to not discuss your health for fear the DOCTOR will take all complaints of other procedures and doctors/dentists personally??? I am grateful there are services for poor people, and I have needed clinics seems my whole life, but I can't make this stuff up and all I tell you is true. They are pathetic.

Scheduled appt for 4 pm and came in a half hour early. It's 5:30 pm on a Thursday. I'm still waiting to be seen by a doctor.

Dr. Bingham is an amazing human being. Great dentist!

they don't answer there phone to make an appointment

There is 3 people ahead of me telling me it's a 2 and half hour wait... They were also calling people back that got there after me... Waited another 40 min in my room before doctor came and saw me, another 20 minutes when nurse came back an gave me a shot.. No magazines or TV in waiting area.. Girl at front desk said I can put it in the suggestion box... All of the other clinics I have been to have those for people who are waiting.... They cater to the Spanish people... Who from what I heard don't speak English... Unacceptable way to run a clinic!!!

a very bad service I was waiting for more than an hour is dis emergency because I get very bad and they preferred to attend other people who arrived after me the truth I do not put them zero because you can not even I was once they were exams and even the date or the results given me is why that clinic does not have good service.

My husband went in for back pain yesterday they were quick and friendly and so much help. I went in today for a severe tooth ache it took them less than N hour to get me checked in and into the back checked out the problem took out my tooth got me my medication n on i went with my day they were excellent i will definitely be back

If you are low income or without insurance, Midtown Community Health Services is a saving grace. In between jobs and broke my tooth- thought I was screwed! Fortunately for me, I was able to get an appointment with the dental services. I DID have to wait a few weeks, but once I got in there, my appointment was great. Granted, dental work is never a thrill, but the doctors and assistants made it tolerable. They fixed my broken tooth for a price that was fair to my budget, and for that, I am very grateful.

Slow and hard to get appointment when first come baseis

This place is my life saver. I have no insurance and they charge me according to my income. The friendly staff treats everyone equal. I love my doctor as he genuinely cares about his patients.

My doctor at Midtown Clearfield is truly the best she listens and she understands and takes the time and truly cares she has guided me through some ruff times thank you C MONROY MD YOUR THE BEST!!!!

My whole experience was terrible. The doctor was no help at all and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. The pharmacy also was not helpful. I stood there while they just looked at me and didn't offer me any assistance. They were not courteous what so ever. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I'm a type 1 diabetic and need insulin, but I have no insurance. Midtown clinic works great for me to get the prescriptions that I need. Truthfully I wish I didn't have to go to Midtown. I'd rather just buy the insulin from the pharmacy without needing a prescription, but with the backwards health care system that we have in the USA I'm not allowed to do that without first begging for permission from a doctor. Midtown makes the best of a bad situation.

Customer Service at this pharmacy is not a priority. The whole place, except for pharmacy is staffed with nothing but mexicans.

Avoid urgent care with all costs. They don't listen and don't care. You will end up going to a different doctor and literally ask what the doctor there was thinking. Even if it's one of their own. I say this from experience. Make an appointment with the doctors that aren't in urgent care.

All the doctors I have seen there have been EXCELLENT. They take their time and really care about patients .

My medical situation is very complicated. Dr Graham has gone above and beyond to help me get things sorted. They have all helped to make a scary set of circumstances far less daunting. Well done Midtown.

All the staff have been so helpful, caring and understanding. Very good customer service on the phone, and great bed side manners from the doc and nurses as well. Very grateful for this clinic.

Good for first time visits but go to someone else for the rest

Make a Dr. apt, pay $35 to have him tell you that you need to see your doctor. Completely uninterested in my symptoms, didn't look at anything but my face. Not interested in seeing my rash, unconcerned that I didn't have my cancer meds and am over a year past due for cancer screening. The only thing he seemed concerned with was my mental health. Really? Depression caused my rash and swollen joints? You gonna fix my attitude, eh? It's quite obvious that you couldn't give a rat's you-know-what about my physical health. Did you REALLY just tell me that all women's bodies fall apart around age 50?? Really? Pal, you owe me an apology! I don't care HOW poor you are, NO ONE deserves to be treated like their physical problems just don't matter. I'm in such a bad way I can't WORK and you want to put me on antidepressants? Yeah ok, I'm sure that'll solve all my problems!! Yippee!!

Seeing Dr. Horning was a waste of time and money. I had a horrible flu and he told me it was a cold...but prescribed 30$ worth of meds and had me do a breathing treatment. In addition he wrote me a note for 1 day when I needed it for two. And when I was persistent in the matter, I was assured I would feel better with the meds he prescribed, and that if I didn't I was to come back in and get re-examined by whatever physician would be there the next day.

So a 2nd visit that would cost me another 145$ + copay could have been avoided if he would have extended my note for 1 extra day.

I won't go to Dr. Horning again. Why waste my time and money. He really made this clinic look bad.

provides a great IDEA of a service, too bad they can't get their head out of their ass to hire competent staff and equipment to provide said service.

Took me months to get a dental appointment, which I prepaid for, but because their parking lot is so over full, with numerous cars parked illegally, I had to do circles waiting for a spot, was late for my appointment, which they immediately filled with a walk in and I lost my money. I haven't had a cleaning in years and now I won't get again.

First, you must understand that this is a not for profit clinic. They see anyone, even without insurance! The waits are long, they seem uncoordinated at times, and it isn't fancy, however, you get the idea that they really care about making sure everyone without other resources is cared for. If you want fancy, pay a lot and go elsewhere (you will definitely end up paying a lot), if you want someone that cares and keeps it as inexpensive as possible, go here. No, they aren't perfect (but the other clinics are not either). They are willing to help when others are not. As for some of the other reviews, they do not bill that much. If uninsured only cost me $28, and if I had insurance they told me it would be just the copay. I have a lot of uninsured friends that use them and they are easily the least expensive play you could go.

One thing you got to take in consideration is that if you are needing meds or an appointment would be if the doctor is in the office or not and if taking their messages. Most patient representatives don't represent the work places so well as they do not inform the patients of such things like this. Next time ask if the doc is in and if not to send it to a partner. Also call back in a few hours and speak with someone else to make sure the message was actually sent.

If I could give a negative star I would. I went to the new clinic downtown. They were horrible. The dr didn't really examine me, but listened to what I described, wrote a diagnosis on my chart and then prescribe meds without ever confirming it. They lost some of the labs, but I still had to pay for the all. The staff will call you back, eventually, but can't coordinate why they are calling and guess what the reason is when someone really needed to talk to you. I never heard from the dr again, even though I tried to reach her. She just kept writing a prescription, but never told me. I only found out because I could look online. It was a disaster. Thanks to her "misdiagnoses" I spent several months thinking I had something I didn't and taking meds that I didn't need and causing my system to get messed up. I finally went to someone who knew what they were doing and it trying to help work things out. Don't go here. Your health is not worth the risk.

This place is usually great and I normally don't have a problem but I have been waiting on results from a test for over a week have had 3 missed calls from them and have been playing phone tag with them for days. so anybody trying to call and make an appointment don't waste your time. for literally 3 days in a row they won't answer their phone

As a nurse practitioner student I have seen firsthand the good that happens in this clinic. Compassionate providers delivering great care to the community. Midtown Clinic is a great blessing to the downtown Ogden area.

I go there to see my Dr., even though there is always a wait time, it's worth it!

Went in to get a cast and I guess it was the "docs" first time. Left with a jacked up cast and in alot more pain than when i went in.

Midtown Ogden! What an amazing facility to provide a plethora of heath services in a state of the art building!! It was an absolute pleasure working with the exceptional dentists who provided outstanding care to volunteer their time to a worthy cause in the community!! And nothing but love to the dental hygiene students from WSU! Go Wildcats and go Midtown Ogden!

Midtown failed to submit my daughter's claim to my health insurance company. Instead, they sent us a bill for the entire amount.

No problem, mistakes happen. I'll just call and ask them to submit it, right? I called and reached only voicemail that said they'll return my call quickly so, no problem, they'll call back, right?

Two weeks later . . . they haven't called back. Yes, problem. At this point, I'm wondering who's minding the asylum.

Rude staff...they do not listen to clients they also act as though they have no time for you.

Doctors and nurses are so sweet and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I have been going to this clinic for 4 years now and not a single disappointment.

I've been going here for the last 4 years and I have never had a problem. The phone system has been upgraded and the wait is much less than it used to be, but if you run into that issue you can always go in and make an appointment very quickly. The pharmacy is cheaper than any pharmacy I've every been to any they were very helpful. The doctors are high quality and very caring. The wait to see the doctors are similar to any wait you would have at a doctors office.

Am well and alive today due to the extraordinary medical care of one of their Physician Assistants. They provide the ounce of attention worth (more than) a pound of cure.

These guys treated us very well. Great doctor met with my daughter and was wonderful.

That child who is upset about their mom having to wait so long is a over reacting idiot. They take care of their patients well and they need to understand that their mom is fine and will take care of her still when a problamatic situation arises. Usually have a decent experience here, until now. I ran out of refills on my medication and didn t realize. Obviously that part is my fault but I have been calling in for OVER a week trying to get either an appointment or just one more refill until I can make it in. It is a medication for depression and I get extreme withdrawals if I don t take it. Similar to that of drug and alcohol withdrawals. I ve let the doctor and front desk people know this and the girl at the front desk (who has just been doing her job, I have no issues with her) has told me that she put my request in for the doctor as high demand. I was told that my doctor will call me back to confirm with me as soon as she can. This is a reasonable thing, as I understand the doctors are busy. But I have yet to receive any call and wasn t able to take my medication today. Last time I didn t take my medication for two days I was out from work for almost a week because of how sick it made me. I have called multiple times a day for the last week and have had NO RESPONSE whatsoever from my doctor. I would recommend coming here for simple things such as colds and illness but if it s something that needs follow up, save your time and health and go somewhere else.

Gross lack of professionalism, comprehension skills and service knowledge where numerous staff members are concerned... from help-desk attendants straight up to 'supervisory' staff and physician assistants. In addition, most of the folks employed here appear rather displeased with their jobs - they openly demonstrate an absolute disinterest to those seeking clinical assistance, and a 'why are you bothering me' attitude the moment you either approach the front desk, speak to a nurse practitioner or P.A, or simply call to question them about their many oversights. Just incredible. Indeed, most of the folks employed at this clinic cast an immensely poor reflection on the entire center, and on the very few who actually deserve to be there.

It took over a month for them to refill a prescription with numerous calls spanning that time frame from both myself and my pharmacy. If you're looking for a place that is professional and actually cares about it's patients, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a place where staff loses your prescription requests and then demands that you resend them, hangs up on you and has doctors who tell you that they're too "busy," to be bothered with such things as refills that affect your health, this is the place for you.

I've been waiting for urgent care for some simple antibiotics for a case of strep. I got here in the early morning and have been waiting for over 4 hours. Less than 5 people have been called back. I paid in cash upfront. Kinda wish I hadn't so I could just leave. Would give zero stars if possible.

Have had not a single bad experience here, I love the staff and my doctor. He has made this pregnancy less stressful. The only thing I don't it like is calling, it drives me bonkers waiting forever on the phone to make an appointment or leave a message for my doc.

Terrible experience. We spent over four hours on the line for the COVID-19 hotline. Endless wait. Website and phone line said that they were open, but they ARE NOT.

Great place all around. The reception could be a bit friendlier with all, but nonetheless I love going all the time when I'm sick or need anything medical.

I don't think the staff and the Dr.s are on the same page or in the same building, there is no privacy about your health your financial situation,if there is they'll be sure to blurt it out across the waiting area for all to here so you can feel as small as you ever have. The place need a personnel revamp.

I did my prenatal visits here and they honestly don't even know what they're doing! Didn't even get to find out my baby's gender because they don't know where they put my appointment at.

The staff seems overworked - they're certainly trying but I think they might have too many patients to be able to focus enough on each of us even for their own liking. Rest assured though, the atmosphere is clean and classy despite being a community health center. It's like going to a nice clinic. Professionalism is as you would hope, and wait times are normal.

This is a wonderful place if you need dental work and can't afford to see a high priced dentist. You get the same care and family environment without the cost. The staff and dentist are fantastic and the best in the business. I highly recommend this amazing place to everyone.

I ve had my experience with their pharmacy. Every one of their pharmacists were so helpful and patient. I know the first time I was there I was a wreck and they were so accommodating and they kept me calm. Every employee that works there is lovely, gentle, comforting and highly professional. You can t get any better than that!

Ive had long waits here but same at ogden clinic i decided to give ogden a chance not only did they make me wait just as long they charged me at least double. Midtown will always be my prefered clinic they understand my financial situation they care and although the wait is long it's worth it. They are wonderful here

Fake doctor Darrin Tuckett is the worst Dr around. How did you find that quack. Where did you find this clown. Nothing against Midtown . Just get rid of that FAKE ASS DOCTOR. HE SUCKS

The doctor could be heard in the waiting area talking about me. Very unprofessional. Got there 15 min early like they asked. Signed 4 papers. Appointment was for 3:20 PM. It was 4 PM before the Doctor even came in. There was only 2 other people there when I arrived, so not sure why it took so long. I will never suggest this place to anyone.

Lack of priority when it comes to communication on lab results from major hospitals. Waiting almost 3 weeks now and after 2 attempts to have them call me back, nothing.

I have been taking my son to see Dr. Blanca for over a year now and she has been so good with my son she is patient and understanding and she helps me as a mom to understand his medication and how it's given and I appreciate all she does for him.

Well I would say the following would be a review in itself. I went here when I didn't have insurance. I fell and damaged my right knee. The MRI showed a minescus tear. Because the clinic does not have financial aid for this, there was issues as to what to do with me. This is what made it to my Dr. report my husband picked up.

If I could BOLD and RED the sentence that had my Dr. joking about a "tooth being stuck in my knee" I would definitely do that. How unprofessional, and how rude. I will never go there again. Craig Bowden is not a physician who has any concern for his patients. We waited weeks before he even acted on the MRI results in spite of the agony I was in.

In the past he has neglected to have his nurse reschedule follow up visits after giving medication and when I went in for this I inquired about my medication and why I had no follow up visit. I was told "she was on vacation." That was nearly three months after I got the prescription. REALLY???? I wish I had that long of a vacation.

If your feeling horribly sick come to my house. I'll check your pulse tell you that you're fine for half the pric .

It really doesn't feel like a "community" center. Their idea of diversity is one sided. I hate going there

Been there one time. No twice. Second time was for a blood draw that cost me 140 bucks. Dr. Haun just denied my refill for levothyroxine which I need or I will die due to the fact that I have no thyroid gland. Needless to say I'm finding a new doctor at a new clinic cause obviously my life is not a concern.
