Usually have a decent experience here, until now. I ran out of refills on my medication and didn t realize. Obviously that part is my fault but I have been calling in for OVER a week trying to get either an appointment or just one more refill until I can make it in. It is a medication for depression and I get extreme withdrawals if I don t take it. Similar to that of drug and alcohol withdrawals. I ve let the doctor and front desk people know this and the girl at the front desk (who has just been doing her job, I have no issues with her) has told me that she put my request in for the doctor as high demand. I was told that my doctor will call me back to confirm with me as soon as she can. This is a reasonable thing, as I understand the doctors are busy. But I have yet to receive any call and wasn t able to take my medication today. Last time I didn t take my medication for two days I was out from work for almost a week because of how sick it made me. I have called multiple times a day for the last week and have had NO RESPONSE whatsoever from my doctor. I would recommend coming here for simple things such as colds and illness but if it s something that needs follow up, save your time and health and go somewhere else.
