I have very bad experience about the post sale treatment from their customer care executive & not reponding properly to my complaints.

I have taken few hard big prince ware travel bags and while travelling all bags got craked I did complained and it was in warranty so they exchanged and got soft bags but while again in travelling they re Stiches all came out. And again I did complained since two months I am complaining them but there is no good response from them at all .quality of their bags r very bad i strongly say not to buy any travelling bags from the company

Bought a 4W cabin travel bag on Myntra, the trolley has broken 3 times already. The service center rep says that I broke the bag by using at the airport. Also he told to not use it at airport. I did not buy this bag to keep at home. I would appreciate if someone reaches me, I would like a replacement or a refund.

Princeware Insulated bottles are of very poor quality. They charge a bomb, but the product fails within 15 to 20 days. I had purchased four bottles from More Mega Store at Thane, and all four have failed. The company is a cheat. I have written to the company, and they DO NOT even have the courtsey to acknowledge the mail, so obviously no action has been taken. Do NOT BUY Princeware products, you will repent.

I had bought one prince luggage its been almost 8 yrs the bag is still in a good condition.. I travel twice in a year than also the quality has not deteriorated .

I have got 4 square 5730 ml containers. Now after few years, the lids are totally broken and the whole containers can not be used. Company give lifetime warranty with replacement.Containers are tough but lids are of very poor quality.If lids are made available freely, the containers can be used for another few years. Please let us know from where the lids can be replaced or purchased?

i have been using princeware vaccum cool bottle and it is working very nicely. and i have seen the newly launched all steel vaccumed lunch box planning to buy it.
