Mike was awesome to work with and really knows his stuff. I consider myself somewhat tech savvy but not to the level where I could fix the problem myself. Mike was able to walk me through finishing the install of my fiber optic internet over the phone. He knew exactly what I would see on my computer before it popped up on my screen and knew exactly how to walk me through the steps as if he were the one in my office.
