I have had many problems with the receptionist scheduling wrong. Finally I got to my appointment on the day I was told that I was scheduled, but the doctor took 1 hour and 20 minutes to see me. When I went to ask the receptionist and I complained about it. She said there were 3 people ahead of me, I told her I was waiting for an hour already. She called the medical assistant and I was next. The receptionist staff here at the Ogden clinic are rude. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH DOCTORS TO SEE PATIENTS, THEN THEY SHOULD NOT SCHEDULE TOO MANY PATIENTS.

Excellent Doctors and nurses. Definitely room for improvement as far as the reception staff.are concerned.

i hope this place get shut down. Government funded and fails so miserably, no surprise there. People seeking heathcare are better off biting the cost bullet and going to an urgent care, at least there something will be done. I've also reported this clinic, lord knows the federal government doesn't care, let's see how they like state inspection teams.

Never go here, they will lie to you about the billing and you won't get the truth until it goes to collections.

SHAME! Can't make a proper appointment, nor were the bad appointments handled properly. If you want a real doctor and not just a useless PA (physician assistant), find another location because the person you call "doctor" isn't a real doctor. Examples include "Dr" Larsen, "Dr" Haun, "Dr" Death Diaz... Most people you see really... If you want a front office who cares at all about your care, forget it. It's obvious these "ladies" hate there jobs. Need an urgent reschedule with a real doctor?... Either "go back to the hospital." Also, Hope you have 6+ weeks of medicine on hand. Need the wrong prescription that they give you corrected? "You want better? Find and see another provider." SHAME ON YOU!!!
