Midtown failed to submit my daughter's claim to my health insurance company. Instead, they sent us a bill for the entire amount.
No problem, mistakes happen. I'll just call and ask them to submit it, right? I called and reached only voicemail that said they'll return my call quickly so, no problem, they'll call back, right?
Two weeks later . . . they haven't called back. Yes, problem. At this point, I'm wondering who's minding the asylum.
