Every time I visit MGM Grand I have a positive experience. The employees smile and greet me even if I'm just passing by. There's a great variety of shops on the garage level. Good food, good prices. The gaming machines and tables are well-spaced. They even have video gaming.i go to MGM Grand every chance I get.

West tower long was ok for the money but needs updating and better cleaning. Carpet torn and stained throughout the room. Moldy grime on the shower. The room has a square in the bathroom mirror that looks like a TV is behind the mirror but it does not seem to work. There's also a small. Above it that looks like it's a camera in the mirror. if they are not going to fix the TVs that are behind the mirror, they should replace the mirrors to avoid suspicions. The reservation included $30/day credit for food and drink. Upon checkout I am told that we didn't use the credit at the right places. The clerk shows me a list and tells me that I should have received it at check-in. I let her know that I did not receive it, and she says I'm sorry to hear that and refused to credit the amount. Having to pay almost $150 at checkout that we were not expecting due to an error at check-in just does not sit right. We will probably not stay at the MGM on our next trip to Vegas and can not in good faith recommend it to our friends and family.

Love staying here, hotel is clean, staff very friendly, tons of different things to do. The pools and lazy river are really nice. Drinks and food around the pool are very $$$$$. If you rent a cabana you get free food or drink. Well worth the $$$$. Wait staff around the pool are amazing. Buffet is out of this world.

Basic update rooms are required. Long walk from our room to the main elevators, which quickly became a real drag. You can easily get lost on the way if you try to get anywhere at the hotel. The noise from the rooms next to is literally made it feel like they were in our room with us.

Wow... MGM Grand has really stayed ahead of the game! It's always been a nice place to go and there's a great buffet, but I hadn't been there for a minute. I found myself there today for a business meeting and must say I had an awesome time. Thank you MGM your place is truly GRAND

The MGM Grand is perfection! From the moment you see the buildings too the atmosphere of the inside casinos and shops you know you are in the right place. Had Great food and live entertainment. As well the rooms in the Signature towers were fantastic. Had amazing views, easy parking, and good customer service. If you haven't visited the MGM do it !

The MGM Grand is indeed a grand experiey. It is huge. Looks cool from the outside and has a good atmosphere on the inside. The casino has a lot of tables and machines. It will take a while to get to know the place.

The Vegas experience is very strong with the MGM signature. We were given keys to an occupied room to start our stay, but they recovered quickly, and the amenities were phenomenal. The tv in our bedroom wasn't setup, but it's Vegas, so we didn't really need it. The room is great, there are two bathrooms, and it was a great experience overall. Ordering room service food did take almost an hour though, so be ready for that.

Went to the Hakkasan nightclub to enjoy our time in Vegas only to have our trip ruined by a known theft ring that we were not informed of. Myself and several other women were targeted and had things stolen out of our closed purses. Incredibly disappointing for this to happen in what should be a very nice place. Will never return here and will advise all of my friends to steer clear of this dangerous place.

This is a very nice hotel with a helpful staff. The only complaint that I had is that we were there with a large group. Your key card will give you access to only your own floor, so it is hard to go see people that are staying on a different floor than you. Keep in mind that this place is huge and it is easy to get lost. Other than that, the location is great.

I was played at blackjack table with EunKyung who is a beautiful dealer, she is amazing and definitely perfect customer service for all over table players, it was awesome spending times with her who got win or lose whatever. If you want to spend time with great memories with blackjack table at MGM Grand, should be playing with her EunKyung!!!!!!

Rooms are nice enough, but could use a little updating. Great choice of restaurants and bars, even a food court with less expensive options. Pool area is amazing and so is the proximity to everything around.

Go place to shop but when I was there i got chased out for no reason. it was because I was seating there on the floor by the door to the strip. There's no place to seat only on the gaming floor so they need to put some seat by the door, sometimes the security are not friendly sometimes the services is no good so they need good ppl to work there

First time staying here and very nice place, rooms a little small considering the tiny but unique bathroom area. The setup is neat, the window is behind headboard, so obviously certain situations gives nice views. Will be back.

Amazing views, however there was no shuttle service to the airport which was quite an inconvenience, especially for the price paid. It was conveniently located to Las Vegas Blvd. There are 3 towers total on the property of The Signature at MGM Grand. They even had a car share/taxi station pick up.

MGM knows how to entertain. Be ready to spend money, but it is worth it. Great place for events, lodging, gaming, entertainment, ect. For any of these large companies with multiple locations, Las Vegas is generally a place significant capital is invested into the facility itself. MGM does have a nice facility...they do everything they can to keep up with the competition. Security is tight, and their additional locations are also on par. If you get an M Life card, they have a lot of nice time based rewards, along with free parking, military recognition, seniors, big spenders, ect. See the booth.

Decided to stay at the hotel for the pool/lazy river and it was nothing special. The deepest ends they had in the pools were 3-4 feet. Mostly designed for children when there were nothing but adults at the pool. The rooms are nice, nice layout and bathroom. But at night, good luck getting any sleep at all. Walls are mad thin. Constant sounds of dumb people yelling in the hallway as they walk by and some even banging on your door or throwing themselves at it. It was cool to experience and say I stayed at MGM but it really lacked what I was looking for. Also good luck checking in, you ll probably be behind 200 people.

Will never stay again. Worst hotel experience in Vegas! 1.5 hour line to check in. Get to our room and the key doesn't work. Go back down. Get new keys. Go back to our room and finally get in. There is pee in the toilet. Sheets stripped from the bed. And clearly the room is not clean. We call down to the front desk to get an unapologetic woman who told us in her sassy tone that our room has been reassigned to the floor below. Upon checking out the woman did not have empathy or understanding. She just used a canned sorry for the inconveniences you experienced. Waived resort fee but did not take care of the upgrade charge for the room that was definitely not a upgrade after all the trouble. We definitely were just another number to them and they could care less about their customer. We did enjoy the lazy river but be prepared to fork out lots of money on drinks/ water.

Look, it's not _bad_. It's fine. It's just that all the other hotels on the strip are better. Vegas is a place where most hotels go out of their way to make your stay feel more luxurious than the average hotel, and this is just an average hotel. No robes, no coffee maker, no fridge, no view, no automatic blinds, low ceilings, dated TV interface, and they'll still charge you $20 for a pot of coffee. It's not worth the slight savings over a better hotel.

Not the place it use to be. Use stay here years ago. Would not stay here now. The casino is not cleanest. Good thing is that the tables have low limits for those who like to gamble for the fun of it.

a maid stole me and my husbands designer clothes right out of our room and we never had maid service once but was there for a convention so we weren t in the room much besides night time. Also one morning we woke up to our door to our room cracked open while we were asleep with a maid cleaning a room across the hallway. Once she started hearing us confused about why our door was open she was no where to be seen just her cart. Very sus ratchet maids here beware.

Got a great Covid rate. Staff was excellent, friendly and super accommodating. Hotel itself needed to be updated. Our hallway, 16th floor, and room reaked like weed. The room was really bad. The rug in the hallway was old and ripped in a few spots. Duct tape was covering the rips. We got a discounted rate but still expected a nicer hotel area than this.

Very very very crowded. More than any other of the casinos nearby. Saw The Cirque du Soleil show called KA. Very good but I didn't really understand the storyline. Visually it was very stunning and so was the music and all the acrobats/actors. Five stars to the show KA. The three stars is because the whole casino area was extremely crowded.

MGM Grand hotel is the benchmark in which all hotel/casinos should be measured. The rooms are well attired to the traveler to Las Vegas. The Monorrail is coveniently located behind the building to take you to other casinos on the famous Strip.

The name of Grand is completely true. MGM I had know as a member, as a poker player. It's high level of service quality, clear air and rooms, nice atmosphere and a lot of happy people around you. I visited the first Las Vegas MGM and after 10 days Washington DC MGM National Harbor - it is a top. I had satisfied despite on lost money. Awesome, my regards.

My wife and I stayed at The MGM Grand for five nights in May 2019. The hotel is big and busy and bustling. The staff are friendly and the customer service was great. The choice of restaurants was very good. We especially enjoyed The Tap and the The Avenue. The rooms can be a little dated in some parts of the hotel. The view over the strip at night is lovely. The Casino is top notch. WARNING: On leaving we had a very bad experience, they had charged us for meals we had not eaten. When I pointed this out, I was treated very discourteously by the MGM counter staff. Despite having kept and presenting all my receipts (some for the same day and time as the false entries) they treated me as if I were lying. I asked them just to pull up the signed chits, but astonishingly this is a manual process that can take "days or weeks". Contrast this to The Wynn which is a much more modern hotel with all electronic services. It was so unnecessary and meant we left on bad terms.
