A Las Vegas must see. Houses one of the best clubs, best pools, and best shows. The sister properties are perfect additions to their brand. There is a level of price for all types of guests who want to stay there. By far the most accommodating property. As a hotel room broker I recommend this property consistently.
The atmosphere was awesome. I love everything, slots, food, and entertainment. Rooms were reasonable. They have a budget that fits your needs. They will definitely see me again.
first time to actually stay in this extension of mgm hotel at las vegas nevada and exceeded my expectation already.Very friendly people and clean.Enough towel for our 3 days stay.It has our own stove so we can cook.A microwave and a refrigerator as well. The jacuzzi is our favorite of them all as my daughter enjoyed it every single day that we stayed in the hotel.I love that it has a couch that turned into extra bed.Very spacious definitely recommending this place especially to a family or four or 5.Great getaway and great to enjoy vacation while still staying safe.doesnt need to go around the strip if you have a comfortable room to stay and a relaxing view like this.
MGM Grand is a fun place to meet and greet all different kinds of people. Money is in the air at this place and you can definitely be lucky enough to win big with all of the action that's here. Also, the music is awesome and the dance floor plus bar inside are rocking.
Nice amenities, clean room. Was told we were being upgraded to a "new remodeled room" and it didn't seem updated to us...however i understand these rooms are probably booked non stop. Loved the view. The mini fridge is "computerized" a retail item was removed, but not opened or used, the returned back to it's place, and they charged us for it.
Fun casino with great restaurants and Entertainment
Accommodations were just fine here. Spotlessly clean and we were lucky to have a great view. That said, for casual dining/breakfast or lunch, leave and explore for a better value. Food court prices made Airports look cheap.
The hotel is good, not a grand one, though. Meaning that rooms are clean and neat, but a bit worn out. The reception was fine and the staff is friendly and helpful. The entertainment area is huge with hundreds if not thousands of slot machines. Plenty of places with a great food and entertainment. Overall a great experience and good stay while at Vegas.
Was great room great time had to go out to buy stuff inside hotel way to high
If you gotta stay at the best, it's gotta be MGM. Two words, Top Golf.
Everything was great here we will definitely stay here again.
Rooms are very nice but maid service is terrible. Still using yesterday's towels. Trying to get a drink while at the slots- impossible. Mixed crowd. Staff is 50/50. Either very nasty & rude or extremely helpful. No, I dont think I would come back to MGM Grand. Nothing special or exciting here.
High energy environment. Clean. Organized. Great hotel rooms.
1st time staying here. Casino was great and hotel was huge. Definitely recommend.
Good hotel with great service from most staff. However, for what was paid housekeeping was less than desirable. They skipped our room once night and room service carts left in the hallway for 48 hours is not desirable. Other than that no complaints.
Love this place. Beautiful and impressive as you walk in. Check in is easy and pleasant. Rooms are spacious and beautiful.
Everyone is nice and accommodating. There was ample security. Free facemasks were available at the entrances. There is hand sanitizer as well as hand washing stations. There is a nonsmoking area in the casino. Most of the restaurants are open but check to be sure before you go.
Las Vegas is a fun place. Keep it that way. Most of the restaurants were closed and fun factor was missing. The Staff was focused on being compliant. I get it but it's not the Vegas I remembered.
The view is amazing. The compound itself has so many luxuries and things to do. Staff was amazing and I mean come on ITS VEGAS WHAT DO YOU EXPECT..
It's easy to get lost in this mammoth hotel with a series of towers mixed with the casino. Rooms were well apportioned if not large compared to some hotels. Easy access to the strip. Staff were ok here but you do feel somewhat like cattle checking in and check out time is 11.
Time to completely rethink the entire property and refresh
Great place to stay, great location! I stay here every time I'm in Vegas!
Big name ... but NOT so big in room amenities . No coffee maker ... no usable fridge ( extra $35) the 1 available full of alcohol & sodas . Otherwise room service 5 stars . Be careful with parking rates ($24 a day )
At the heart of Vegas, you can't go wrong. Lots of gambling options, pools, bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Tight slots but more fun than many other casinos in Vegas
Good hotel and one of the best casinos in Vegas. The hotel staff are friendly. Parking is a bit confusing - do not lose your ticket!
Beautiful hotel. Make sure to grab a selfie with the huge MGM lion out front.
Everything was great. Your family will love it. Too many restaurants and Shops to mention. Very clean and the staff is professional.
Was placed in the older "west wing" and it smelled moldy and when we showered water leaked everywhere. However Rochelle at the front desk moved us promptly to another newer wing with much better accommodations. This was a one star review but Rochelle made it three stars.
The one that started it all. Love the green lighted exterior at night.
Room wasnt as clean as you would expect. Even moreso because of covid. Wet puke still by toilet in our suite....
This place has really evolved and grown into a very fun destination for me. Great shops, decent rooms, very good entertainment, and the best pool...though it can be a little annoying if you're not a 20 something.
Great place for families during the day and adults at night
Very nice hotel. Housekeeping could have been better.
Room was nice, it's a Vegas Casino. But my company spent north of a grand for me to stay here for 3 days and they tried hard to nickel and dime me for a mini-bar restocking fee because I removed something from the mini bar and put it back. They made it right, but in the end it was a little tiring. Just know thats a possibility, don't touch the mini bar, and your stay will be great.
Too smokey in the casino area but else, really nice inside
Ate Dinner at Wolfgang's, went to see KA, amazing acrobatics, and did a few slots. Had a Nice Time and Good Food, at a Nice Place!
Unhelpful. Wr had purchased rd a city pass to be able to visit several different attractions. They were less than helpful to make sure our experience was pleasant. The staff did not appear to know how to access the pass. We were given the run around more than once.
Nice and shine, I'm not talking about the hotel but the guest. So I'm thinking the hotel is too
Nice atmosphere, beautiful casino. Slot machines were random as far as functioning properly. Very disappointed since one machine cut out just in time for a bonus. Not what I expected from a major casino.
There weren't enough towels and we clearly booked for 5 people. Microsoft had apparently paid a lot of money to have a conference and as a result all but one of the pools were closed. We were still charged a service fee for that day. There were no wine glasses. There were tiles broken in the bathroom. With the cost of over $500 a night which included the service fee there are definitely much better options in Vegas
Great experience. Only down side is no fridge or microwave in our room. Other than that I would highly recommend!
Really fun! Went to Jabbawockeez. The casino is super nice, and HUGE! All the staff we encountered were very friendly.
My days at MGM Grand were amazing. It has a nice and helpful staff. My room was the grand king that was big and very comfortable. It's mini bar is one of the best that I've ever seen. Everything there is high quality. All restaurants, shows and casino zone are awesome. It has a monorail that saves you time and money if you want to go to the strip. I will definitely go back.
The elevator by G-3 wasn t working at the parking lot. The staff that check me didn t care her name was Cecile. She just ignored it when i told her about the elevator. The bed was nice in the suite room. I love the Christmas decoration!, but we didn t get strip view though we asked for it.
Really good tables dealers are great and drink service always seems to know when I'm ready for another drink. Table manager noticed I was out of cigs and called to have some brought to me. And this place felt more high end than the Paris one.
Nice hotel in all but the fees can be a big turn off.
Maybe my expectations were too high. The layout of the casino and hotel corridors is very disorienting. I'm inclined to think it was done that way purposely. From the ridiculius rotundas, to the disorienting carpets, and wallpapers. This hotel doesn't give a luxury feel that I thought it would. The check-in process here is ridiculously crazy and long. It's like a factory, customer service is poor, and it takes forever. People smole throughout the place with no clear signs that say where you can and can't smoke. The buffet is okay at best. You can quickly get seated.
One of my worst experiences in any US hotel. Bath has water logging problem, shower water pressure to high for comfort, only one set of bath accessories provided even though it was a double room booked for 2. Room service excessively priced. I've stayed at other MGM hotels in Vegas which are far better.
We stayed in a stay well room and it was pretty nice. Extra air filtration, water softener, water purification so that you can drink the tap water. And the elevator banks for stay well seem to be less busy than the others
Good hotel, long walk to the room but as we were checking out, due to the walk a few nights resort fee wads taken off.
Paid a pretty penny for a room without a coffee maker
Great place. Good shows. Vegas is to commercial for me but you need to see it once.
The Buffet at the MGM is delicious and plentiful. Hot off the serving tables. Our favorite is the bartenders for your drinks like the mimosas! Very personable and welcoming. A must for breakfast if your on this side of the strip!
The service and amenities in the signature towers are excellent
Say Slayer for their final campaign here. Great show, great venue. They let you bring in your own drinks! Will return.
Came to vegas for my birthday, but didn't know which hotel i wanted to stay at. While i was looking online.....MGM The Signature popped up. Looking at the pics online, i was like this is it right here . The service here is excellent!!!
The beds were super comfortable. Very clean and convenient to the Janet concert which was amazing. The club inside the hotel downstairs was a great vibe as well. Loved the two clubs in one vibe. Oh and the pool party was lit upstairs!
Ladies if you're looking for a fun night definitely try the night club Hakkasan! Everyone is friendly and if you look like a celebrity you might just get free entry and drinks. Look out for those promotional deals. (Promoters)
Overall good, wasn't a fun of the room decorations.
The MGM Grand was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a staycation for our anniversary and the location was perfect. There was plenty to choose from as far as food in and around the hotel, the room was comfortable, and KA was a wonderful show.
We were winners at this casino to however wish we had a handout payout and my husband had a coin token from the slots in this sense 1993 or something when they first open and they said they're still accepting those coins but they're only a dollar a piece he begs to differ
First of all can we just talk about the parking garage for a second. What is this modern technology that scans your liscense plate. I was shook. Honestly it seems creepy however it works so fast. Maybe more places should invest in that. I did not stay there so I cant review on that. What I can review on is the casino and adult bar/arcade that they have. 4 stars because no surprise that the casino took my money. But other than that pretty decent hotel. The arcade was fun. Played some air hockey and pool. The pool sticks need to be updated but that's my only complaint
Be aware if you stay at MGM signature towers you will not ne allowed into the MGM GRAND POOL!! Its not clear when booking and very disappointing for our group coing here for a birthday celebration.
Food was just ok, price was reasonable though for Vegas buffet. Could use better heating for food to keep warm on the lines.
Exceedingly beautiful and well maintained. I got thoroughly lost the first day. I wasn't staying at the hotel, but was attending a multiday event there. The many choices for food offered made my stay in the city much more enjoyable.
Hotels nice casino was clean... but there was a major convention happening while I was there so line ups for coffee in the morning were 45 min wait... and I thought the lazy river was free but you have to rent a tube cant remember the price but I do remember being outraged at it lol... next time I'll stay at Bellagio
Has big Jenga and beer pong for adults was a blast, plus a big pac-man game!
The location of the hotel is awesome because it's on the end of the strip so as you journey out you can start in one direction and then come back without missing anything. The rooms are nicely sized and well decorated and maintained. The service is exceptional.
This place is huge! We saw a couple of shows here. Will be back
The hotel and the room we started at was wonderful.. Very spacious, very clean, there wasn't excessive noise, but the staff wasn't that friendly or helpful.
Everytime they're trying to change your booked room, they'll charge you for parking(valet), no safety for elevator. They just like to sell shows and make money.
Hugh hotel, heaps of restaurants, bars, pool, gym, theatres, shopping, excellent staff and service, and of course poker machines and casino, excellent place to base yourself for sightseeing, relaxing.
We went to watch the Jabawakeez the MGM Grand main attraction and their live performance was breath taking. Seeing them perform in the flesh is a different experience compared to watching them on TV. The impact they make during their performances were mesmerizing to the point that you are in awe. The audience impact added excitement and the interaction they did with them are unforgettable because they made their performance with an audience they called up on stage. Too bad I was not able to capture the moment because taking pictures during their performance is strictly prohibited. The jersey and all other accessories are sold at a premium price. I got 2 jersey for $240 but worth it because you cannot get them anywhere else. The event staffs are friendly and professional they were able to contain the crowd and successfully go on to finish the show without any problem. The special effects for the dance presentation is top notch, it is like experiencing a virtual 3d reality incorporated within the show. The sound system used is also the best I had experienced for a live presentation, it was not too loud but instead just right for your ears. I was waiting for them to reveal their faces and unmask but throughout the show they kept them on.
They gave us the wrong room and they wouldn't help us to get another one. One of us had to sleep on the floor . We asked for a cot (extra bed ) they didn't even try. Paid all the money and get extremely bad service. We were so excited to stay at the MGM hotel. What a disappointment it was. Food was very expensive and it wasn't good quality. I can go on and on but what is the point . They don't care . They are making so much money, they couldn't care less. Stay there at your own risk.
Sooo much fun!! There are so many things to see, shpo and do!!
Great room after you get over the resort fee with a view of the pool. You get access to all of the MGM pools nearby which was nice. The innertube is an extra cost tho. So, probably bring your own innertube for the Lazy River.
This place take your breath away, you don't want to leave.
One of my favorite hotels to stay when I am in vegas. It is super big and the rates are always low. I like that there are many roulette and black jack tables and hands start at $5 vs some other hotels that have much higher minimums. There are also plenty of restaurants and a food court, also some shops here.
What a huge resort. The most rooms in Vegas and the perfect venue for our Paparazzi Convention.
Stayed here twice.. on the two times I ve been to Vegas so I can t compare to other hotels but it s a great place to stay. Staff is always nice. Pool is a great place to hang out with family or for couple time. Probably my go to hotel in Vegas.
Hotel was great. Got attended to quickly and the receptionist was very nice. Rooms were very nice and spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The casino at the MGM Grand is pretty big with lots of games to choose from. The monorail is easy to get to from here a long with everything else that is on the strip.
The hotel was nice, but they stocked the room and refrigerator. Did not tell us that if we got any room item it's on a timer and we would get charged for the item removed. I was told that I got a $30.00 food credit and to charge the food to the room and I had to use it or I would lose it. But we didn't "have" to use it. There was nowhere for us to store our drinks. We would be charged if we put our drinks in the refrigerator. The air only cooled half the room. The water pressure wasn't good in the shower. Not the best place to stay in Vegas...Would not recommended to anyone!!!!!
