best! Left my phone in the theater andrealized it long after they locked the doors. The ost and found staff and supervisors actually cared enough to help me get in and retrieve it!!! Superior customer service :) hands down!

MGM always has friendly staff, clean rooms, clean restrooms, a fantastic event center with many alcohol options and food options between the rooms and convention center. Only 2 complaints are no coffee makers in room and the smoke. I strongly dislike having to walk through the smoke to get to my convention. Rooms did not smell like smoke surprisingly, but my hair and clothing always did from walking through it all day.

The hotel is always amazing. The whole mask thing is really not a big deal. All the MAJOR shops and food are open. Its like a sunday here. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Drinks service was flowing pretty quickly and frequently. The bars are closed except the ones that serve food. (So if your a bar person sucks to be you right now.)

I did not stay I was only there for a meeting. It was very clean and comfortable. I also love there parking. very easy to see open spots with red lights for occupied and green for vacant Only complaint my wife said the bathroom up stairs smelled like cigar smoke. Other then that great view from all the windows and comfortable. Again I didn't stay in a room or gamble just went to the conference room.

First, let me start off by saying that I have been to this hotel once before; back in about 1995. The whole attitude about the hotel then was you come for the gambling and then we got some other stuff for you to do. Now the hotel looks to be more family-friendly. It's all about let everyone have a great time! Don't just come for the gambling, come for the Great Buffet but even at the buffet they have certain drinks that the parents can enjoy like free champagne or wine and beer at dinner and have an assortment of foods that anyone with any kind of diet would love. You have Associates who give you a smile as you pass them even if you didn't even need anyting. What happened to me a lot of times they would stop and ask, "what can they do to help you"? They made it actually a great experience to be at the hotel. Then there's an abundance of shops available if you wanted to spend some money on something, to grab that special gift they have that available for you. In my opinion everything is all about let the family have fun. I cant tell you how many years it has been since i had Rum Raisin ice cream!Give yourself and your family a chance to come here to MGM Grand everyone will love everything it has to offer.

We waited forever to check in and when we finally got to our room the water wasn t working. After going back downstairs and talking to the staff they in fact already knew the water was not working and didn t bother to tell us when we originally checked in. The sheets on our bed were also stained. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed in most places on the strip over the last 20 years. By far this one has the worst ventilation and most cigarette smoke. Enough that I will never stay here again. It's also showing its age. They've done a good job of putting lipstick on it, but compared to some of the newer properties, it's in the class of circus circus now. They do have some of the best entertainment options on the strip though, especially if you are into music. The hotel rooms themselves are spacious, but plain. I stayed on the 17th floor of the Grand tower. Housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. Reception staff were super friendly. AC controls worked very well. Was here for a smaller conference. Decent facilities, but I understand why Mandalay attracts the bigger conferences, the MGM is not great for moving large volumes of people around.

Stayed here with my family for my sisters birthday took us 2 hrs to get into a room because they messed the names to our reservation and said we didn t have any then told us to pay full price or leave the hotel. Once they found our reservation they had wrong in the system nothing was offered to rectify the system and when asked to speak to a manger or a general manger they told us we would be contacted to get the situation rectified we stayed there for 4 days nobody contacted and upon leaving we asked again we were told someone would reach out they never did. We ve stayed here many times over the years we will never return to this establishment and we have our annual job retreat here we will be finding another venue the service was awful and they room that they gave us was dirty and we had to stand and wait an extra hour after we already had to wait 2 hours to get in our room from the beginning the disrespect shown by the hotel and the management will have a everlasting impression and all the guest that came with me on this trip

All you can expect from a 5* hotel on the Vegas strip. Nice food, friendly staff, helpful signage. Only faux pas was the ice machine on our floor not working and the TV cut out once or twice. Also be aware of the guy at the front door. If you don't tip them (Even for doing nothing) they will attempt to send you to a different airport terminal. Poor end to the stay.

Too dadgum big. Was handed a flyer to go and preview some new tv shows but after walking through the place For twenty minutes we found a map kiosk that showed we were only half way there. We turned around and went back and left. And They use way too much fresher for the air or carpet or whatever. They still couldn't mask the old musky smell. .

The conference space is nice and well equiped for different speakers. Dinning area is also nice and spacious. The staff sometimes are extremely annoying in conference center checking your badge in a rude way while the restaurant staff are not attentative which led to long wait time. The air quality is HORRIBLE with so many people smoking in the cassino area.

We have stayed here many times over the years. This last stay we felt like rooms are needing some repair and updates. Carpets are getting worn, needs paint, grout repair on tile floors, and smart TVs. Main hallways are in same need. Hope it gets some attention soon. We do love this place!

Natalya at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. Front desk of a casino acts as a face of the casino. Do not recommend staying here for sub par service. Many other great establishments that will cater a great service with a smile.

We've been to Vegas several times and stayed in different places. MGM GRAND is our preference for convenience and because we're familiar with area, but MGM Park Place was very nice, everyone helpful, rooms cleans, and we had a really good time

I love Vegas! The hotel was beautiful. The beds in the Stay Well floor was absolutely too hard to get a good nights sleep. There was a great aroma on the floor but no one in the hotel could tell me what it was or where to purchase. Quite disappointing.

Sophisticated design and clean; basic facilities like beds and hair dryer :-). TV was not working, no coffee/water/tea. Rooms are far away from the pools , ie walk through shops/ casino and convention center .

One of the go-to places if you are visiting Las Vegas. Tons of slot machines, other tables to play on. It's hard not to have a good time here. They even will bring you drinks if you are gambling there. MGM Pays.

We haven t stayed at the MGM Grand for quite some time. We were here for an Eagles concert. Our $450 a night room was a dump. Very old and worn. The mirror coating on the bathroom mirror is falling off. The toilet seat is falling off. The room felt unclean. Some of the power outlets were loose/ broken. What used to be a well run operation is now a place I will do my best to avoid in the future.

I love this place. One of the best casinos on the strip for variety of games. They also seem to have better payouts. When I've won in Vegas, it's always been at MGM. They also have really nice upgraded rooms. The buffet is decent with a wide variety of choices. It's definitely worth a visit.

Being a lover of Boutique Hotels, we'll let's just agree that the MGM Grand isn't one of those. Impressive and well managed/run - just not for me. Sadly, and unlike other US hotels I've stayed at, the staff are a massive disappointment - I haven't encountered such a lack of customer focus before.

Our room was filthy, carpet was soiled bad, stains all over the wall, hallway carpet was disgusting, check in was a nightmare and at check in we were told they would need a credit card to hold $300 for incidentals and upon check out we would be credited back this amount, when we looked at our bank statement we had only been refunded $127, when I called to ask why they told me for resort fee's $41 per day. As if the $700 in food and drink we spent there and the $350 in shows wasn't enough...This was never explained upfront , when we booked the trip or checked in. VEGAS is on big money trap, it used to be a good value, for what we spent at this resort we could have gone to an all inclusive in Jamaica.

That view was simply amazing. Staff was friendly but definitely understaffed for the amount of people there. More than happy to help with directions and many other things during our weekend there. We stayed in a junior penthouse at the signature buildings and it was one of the best places we've stayed at in Vegas, we will definitely be back.

Good food and great machines. The sports book is really nice and they have an abundance of slot machines. The tables are a little on the expensive side , but if you are looking for a fun Vegas experience the MGM is a good place to start.

I wasn't happy with our room in the West Wing. To get there, it was like walking down a hall in an army barrack! Found the room small, noisy with a fan on the roof outside our window and didn't like the fact that the bathroom didn't have a door. Maybe it's all you get when flying with Allegient Air!

Very nice and very nice staff. Very accommodating. Got the VIP treatment! I got there before check in time and the host made it so I could check in early. Just great! Games are a bit tight though, but lots of fun!

The MGM Grand Las Vegas is a hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The MGM Grand is the largest single hotel in the United States with 6,852 rooms. It is also the third-largest hotel complex in the world by number of rooms and second-largest hotel resort complex in the United States behind the combined The Venetian and The Palazzo. When it opened in 1993, the MGM Grand was the largest hotel complex in the world. Owned by MGM Growth Properties and The Blackstone Group and operated by MGM Resorts International, the 30-floor main building is 293 ft (89 m) high. The property includes five outdoor pools, rivers, and waterfalls that cover 6.6 acres (2.7 ha), a 380,000 sq ft (35,000 m2) convention center, the MGM Grand Garden Arena, and the Grand Spa. It also houses numerous shops, night clubs, restaurants and the largest casino in Clark County, which occupies 171,500 sq ft (15,930 m2). Located on the Tropicana Las Vegas Boulevard intersection, pedestrians are not allowed to cross at street level. Instead, the MGM Grand is linked by overhead pedestrian bridges to its neighboring casinos: to the south across Tropicana Avenue, the Tropicana, and to the west across the Strip, New York-New York. One of the oldest and largest hotels in the strip. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. For all its grandeur no coffee in room was a big letdown. And room service coffee. ... you guessed it 30 bucks! Pool and the club are most visits. Food joints are great too
