I've worked with MG in many capacities over the years and have consistently been impressed. They're a highly professional team that delivers a great experience for their residents. And, along the way, I hear great things about working there from their team members and strong recommendations from those who invest with them. It's not easy to deliver on all those fronts. Kudos to the MG team on running one of the best platforms in rentals!

I work with the corporate marketing department and various property managers at MG Properties Group communities. They have always been very friendly and easy to work with. I look forward to our continued business relationship.

Do not rent here or even put in an application, they just take your money. I put in an application and paid a holding fee and they took over a week to get back to me even though Teilor told me it would only take a day and then when I went to cancel so I can get my deposit days later after not hearing anything she told me that I would lose my deposit unless I waited for their response, so I did. when I reached out again and they finally gave me a response it was too late, I found another place somewhere else because they took over a week to get back to me, not from lack of effort on my end. when I asked for my holding deposit back they said because it had been over 72 hours they wouldn t do it. They deliberately take a long time so you are forced to give them your money. I had no way of ever getting my money back from them and they are extremely slow and don t even bother to answer emails sometimes. If this is how it is before you even move in, I cannot imagine what it is like to live there! Just taking money from people who are just trying to find a place to live

This was the worst working experience I've had in the last 10 years. If you want to work somewhere where you can be blatantly disrespected, emotionally and mentally abused and NOT have HR or your Regional manager do anything about it then you've found the right place. If you want to work somewhere that you are told to have one on one meetings with your abuser by your Regional manager then you have the right place. If you are okay with ZERO management support then you have the right place. Adrian Szabo, the LA Regional Manager, is the pettiest, uncaring, unsupportive, WORST regional manager I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

I have had nothing but a great experience renting from MG Properties. Any concerns I have had have been dealt with extremely quickly. My apartment feels very high quality, the amenities and grounds are well kept. I just renewed my lease and would not hesitate to recommend a property managed my MG to anyone.

This is how they fix a irrigation issue that has been on going and blocking the sidewalk from being used for 4 months . Let s put up caution so people see that there is an issue . I mean come on ! This violates so many health concerns . Blocking a sidewalk for the handicap , people falling in the rocks , stagnated water for more than than 4 months growing bacteria and mosquitos . I ve never seen such poor management than I have at lake view at superstition springs they grow through office staff monthly .

Canyon Villa is Extremely slow!!! Called MG Property and spoke to Debbie transferred my boyfriend to a line that had no one and hung up on him 10 times!!! I am away for work for a few months and my family needs a place to live for a few months. It has been close to a week and my boyfriend can not get a response from the background check. He and his son has been staying in hotels, just waiting on an apartment that supposedly is already available an ready to move in. This process should not take this long!!! I think they do this to make sure they guarantee your holding deposit even if you find another place in the mean time.

Customer service ends once you move in. We've had to deal with a resident in building 443 that has terrorized the community for over a year. Smashing windows, tipping shopping carts over to barricade exterior gates, playing loud music that resonated throughout the building, verbal arguments for which the police were called numerous times. Exhausting.

3 major water leaks in less than a year due to age of buildings, exterior gates that are rusted and don't properly lock, elevator down for 6 weeks rather than 3. Upper clubhouse hasn't been finished in 17 months since I lived here and still won't be after Covid lockdown lifted. Dog runs allowed on shared patios in direct violation of their own lease agreement.

Yet expect to get an 11% annual rent increase even during a pandemic. I also see they have a class action lawsuit against them for mishandling security deposits at many of their properties. Not surprising as it's all about $ to them. Like right now as sit with vendors above my head @ 6:30 am because the quiet peace & enjoyment clause in your lease doesn't exist.

Jay's liquor is one of the best in town of 10 miles radius. The people are military veterans, so they're family....as a Viet Nam Vet, I'm inviting you to visit and make this business a partner in your liquid spirits wants and needs ...
