Do not rent here or even put in an application, they just take your money. I put in an application and paid a holding fee and they took over a week to get back to me even though Teilor told me it would only take a day and then when I went to cancel so I can get my deposit days later after not hearing anything she told me that I would lose my deposit unless I waited for their response, so I did. when I reached out again and they finally gave me a response it was too late, I found another place somewhere else because they took over a week to get back to me, not from lack of effort on my end. when I asked for my holding deposit back they said because it had been over 72 hours they wouldn t do it. They deliberately take a long time so you are forced to give them your money. I had no way of ever getting my money back from them and they are extremely slow and don t even bother to answer emails sometimes. If this is how it is before you even move in, I cannot imagine what it is like to live there! Just taking money from people who are just trying to find a place to live
