I was greeted warmly and was told what department to go to for my exam. I am very happy with all people and services at Menorah.

Very clean hospital. Nice and helpful staff. They went out of their way for help and pain control. Rooms were clean and well kept.
This was my 5th time giving birth at the Labor and Delivery center at Menorah, and have given it 5 stars every time. The L&D team made me feel completely cared for and prioritized throughout my stay. Loved my nurses and the relationship we developed during my stay, all 5 times!!
We cannot thank this hospital enough for the greatest gift of all, our happy and healthy baby and amazing birthing experience. Thank you to the nurses who assisted me on my stay. Thank you for being nurturing, kind and attentive to me and my baby. You brought peace, calm and positivity to the birth suite. I hold one particular nurse in high regard, and I wish I remembered her name but thank you for using all your knowledge as a future midwife and thank you for helping me to be ready to labour and ready to birth.
Menorah's birthing suite was beautifully designed with ample space for me, my husband and baby. The suite was clean and packed with personal items I would need. The food was very far from what you would expect hospital food to be like, the food brought to me was tasty and well made (I ordered the salmon twice). I only have great things to say about my two nights stay.
I agree with prior review that covid policy is bad, and I would add unhealthy.
Not allowed inside, we waited in the car on a hot summer night. Regardless of being fully vaccinated and masked. Now I have approxumately 50 mosquito bites on my arms and ankles. The Wed reminds me of the many disease s spread by mosquitoes.
My experience at Menorah was very positive. I was there for surgery and it went well.
The nurse who prepped me for surgery, Heidi, was excellent. Very skilled and helpful. There were a few delays that day, but she got me through it and I finally went into surgery.
After surgery, the nurse who took care of me that night was Stephanie.
Great nurse with a great personality. She got me through the night and was super positive and helpful all night. Very good experience.
I know covid played a factor in my treatment but wow really. Went in with DVT blood clots in all three arteries in my leg. Checked into ER because my Dr office had no one that could see me. Had already completed the doppler so ER only needed to start treatment. After 6hrs I was transferred to a room in the hospital, no treatment had been started, 9+ hours later I finally received my first blood thinner. I asked the ER doc if she was waiting on me to code before starting treatment. Now the doppler tech and my nurse were GREAT. If DVT blood clots are so serious why did it take approx 4 hrs for the ER doc to see me and more than 9hrs before treatment was started. Unreal if you ask me!!! NOT HAPPY
I just wanna say how great Menorah Labor and Delivery was. From the time I got there to the time I left. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I had the best nurses through my whole experience. Ashley and Emily were the best nurses a first time mom could ever have.
Excellent caregivers, exceptional skilled staff, and compassionate nurses. The medical staff from the emergency department, Radiology department to the Covid ward were aboveboard. They saved my life! Menorah Medical Center is a excellent hospital.
I cannot imagine having a worse experience. I'm very sad to say. That said, there were some nice people throughout my stay. But nice did not make my stay better, shorter or give me answers.
