Happy with the stay. GM is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile, when she learnt that I am going for Registry of Marriage, she took initiative to take photos in nice backdrop for my family. Then when we got back to our room at night, we found a card congratulating us of the happy occassion. So thoughtful. Staff (reception) is very responsive, and helpful, will take initiative to walk us to the other hotel entrance when the main lobby was under road surfacing for a few hours. Also, when we ask for help e.g. make up room, borrow iron, etc, it will arrive within minutes. Room was clean, well-maintained, spacious. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush set, shower cap) and hotel slippers included. Breakfast spread is good enough. Have basic vending machines (containing food, drinks, even body lotion) to make up for the fact that no 7-11 around. Strong wifi in all levels. My parents were happy with the stay too :)
