A disappointing experience. Many things to complain about. Wifi in the rooms was slow and frequently cut out. Rooms were dated - carpet, curtains, and bathroom probably haven't been deep cleaned for years. Bad ventilation/air conditioning system abound with malodorous smells. Lights in the room were dim and dreary. Restaurant downstairs tries to do Western and Asian food yet struggles at both. Location is one of the worst in Singapore, at least 15 mins walk away from the nearest shop. They tested their fire alarm in the middle of the day for 4! consecutive hours without telling guests. However, staff were friendly and helpful.
