Had the buffet lunch it was not the biggest variety or premium ingredients but for what it does it does well. Mostly localized dishes which included pig trotter, herbal duck, deep fried fish, claypot rice, noodles station, etc... Had a small salad station + rojak with two types of Asian soups and a small but sufficient dessert section with some fruits and quite tasty ice cream. Most everything was above average in taste and appreciated the clean renovated environment, but what capped it off was the exceptional service that warranted the 5 stars. Especially as I've had a bad run of poor service recently likely due to staff crunch/shortage. It was refreshing to see top service with smiles and willingness to help from a mid tier venue in SG, almost seemed like we were not in SG anymore which is a sad testament to how service standards have dropped. Would of probably given 3 to 4 stars but the top service and clean renovated interior with reasonable/value for money pricing prompted full marks!
