Not really what anyone expects after interview you end up standing around in either Sam's or Costco luring your victims back to your kiosk lol. The hours aren't good if you want a life, very high turnover rate, people above you will talk to you crazy at times even though we are all "managers" but you end up slaving yourself to make low pay. You dont get reimbursed for all the locations you drive to or tolls you have to take. The one thing I can say is you meet great people and make great connections you can carry while working there or after. I didn't enjoy being there but I enjoyed the people on my level I worked with.

This company is a complete waste of time. They are completely unprofessional. I started work February 3, 2020 with hopes of having FULL TIME employment as discussed in the interview. Never worked an 8 hour day, training was done on the fly, no rhythm or reason. Worked 21 hours in 6 days.

They had me drive to 2 different locations with 3 other people so we looked very intimidating to most shoppers. We were supposed to get paid February 14th. I didn't get paid until March 6th. Stay away and take your talents elsewhere, you'll thank me later.

No offense to those calling it a pyramid scheme, but, last time I checked with pyramid scheme you don't get a base pay plus commission. Their base pay is way above average to be honest, any pyramid scheme I worked for only offered commission and no benefits. Honestly, corporate America is a pyramid scheme, and they don't worry about the guy at the bottom, unlike, this company, who cares that the person at the bottom is taken care of just as much as the person at the top. If you don't like sales don't apply plain and simple. You get a great base pay PLUS commission. You are getting a paycheck regardless. So if you like getting paid regardless the situation and like stability then I would give it a try. The opportunities are endless and that's all it offers, a dreamers world to be open to endless possibilities, but work is work. At the end of the day if I'm getting paid good stable paycheck WAY ABOVE MINIMUM WAGE, regardless if I sale or don't then I am happy. Otherwise, take your hind end to the McDonald's and work for minimum wage and be happy with that.

Love the environment at Metroplex Management Group. Everyone works hard and has fun together. You don't find that many places these days. It is great to be active at work and not just boring 9-5 sit at a desk job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone whom is looking for a jump start to a career in marketing and sales.

This company is the best thing to fall into my life. Akib (my mentor) took a chance on me and taught me more than I expected to learn coming into the job. I didn t know what to expect but the growth you get mentally helps develop you as an overall employee/employer. If you re looking for a simple desk job, this isn t for you. This job is for those you see beyond the cubicle and are looking to further themselves in career and personal development. And this job isn t for the faint of heart. To have success you have to earn it.

Horrible, they are so unprofessional, they have no idea why you are even there and they interview about 3-4 people per time period, which makes it impossible for you to get interviewed on time. Questions are redundant and they mostly brag about how much money you can make. They don't discuss anything about the actual company, and how the job you are applying to is just sales. Seems like a multi level marketing company (pyramid scheme), similar to stream energy, whenever a "sales person" grows they get the opportunity to start their own recruiting and put people beneath them which leads to more money. They claim "partnered with fortune 100 companies" which means they are partnered with ATT to do Directv selling, other than that is just energy providers. If this is your cup of tea go for it but I wish they where more transparent during interviews. It's easy to find out all their "branches" by googling the job posting ad title, they will literally use the same one every day for different "companies" across the US. Beware, and before they respond to me in a sassy way, I don't have the company mistaken, and you are not sorry for my bad experience. Beware because "recruiting" people shouldn't be the main goal of a company, "always growing" pretty much means its a multi level marketing company. They are NOT a marketing firm, they are sales PERIOD. They also make the recruiters lie to prospects and also they call about 500 people a day just to try and get them to sell.

Metroplex is an amazing place to work. The culture is vibrant and filled with driven leaders that guide you toward growth in your career and personal development. The commission is good and as long as you are working moderately and attempting to sell the product, it will pay off nicely. The more you put in, the more you get out of it. No door to door! Great environment and positive energy all around.

I had an interview at 9a. I showed up at 8:45a. The person conducting the interview showed up at 9:07a. He called in the candidate before me at 9:10a. Which means I may have been called in at 9:30a or later. Ladies and gentlemen do NOT ignore the red flags. If they can't honor an appointment and be on time than how do you think they'll treat you as an employee? 9 out of 10 employers, should the situation be in reverse, would have disqualified you as a candidate for being tardy. The red flags matter! Work for someone who will respect your time and in turn they will respect you as an employee. You live in Dallas! Top 5 market in the country! You have options...

Great place to work! I will say the guy prior to my review shouldnt have came to interview again if he wasnt selected..kinda weird. What I love about this company is they have so many avenues someone can transition to because of all the growth. I started off as a marketing assistant and then decided to grow in the hr department because i was more motivated by that. Thank you for being transparent and always having my best interest :)

My husband had previously gone to this staffing agency to interview for a warehouse position, but after being selected for the position, he was never given his new employer's address. The Metroplex office team told him he would receive the address in an email to start the next day. After a few hours, he called them back since no email had been received (we checked spam, junk, etc.) After confirming the email address with them, we still never received an email.

The next day, we received an email asking why my husband never showed up for work. He called them and told them he never received the email. They said they would sent another, and he could start the next day. Again, no email. Again, we received a follow-up asking why he never showed up for work.

Fast forward a few months to today. I had an interview for a management-trainee position thru Metroplex. Even though we had poor service in the past, I thought I would give one last shot because it was a great opportunity. I had to coordinate with Alex (office team member) because I would need to go on my hour lunch break. It was feasible because Alex said the interviews only last about 15-20 minutes, and I was only 10-15 minutes away from their office. After two phone calls coordinating a game plan, we had agreed that she would alert the team that I would be coming in at 12:45p and had to be interviewed promptly to make it back to work in time. She even called the day of the interview to confirm this with me. Please note, she gave me the 12:45 slot because there would not be any other appointments during that time.

I walk in at 12:45 on the dot, and there are two other appointments waiting in the lobby. I go to the front desk and fill out my paperwork. About 12:50/12:55p the other two appointments are taken back. 1:00p rolls around, and I ask the front desk receptionist if she saw the note on my account about being on my lunch. She looked up my appointment, and told me that yes, there is a note about it. Unfortunately, their only two available interviewers were with the other appointments. She asked if we can reschedule, and I told her politely that I would not reschedule at this time.

I do not recommend this place of business. It appears disorganized, lacks punctuality, and is not very professional. I suggest going to another staffing agency.

SCAM, pyramid scheme job that preys on college graduates with initial false advertisement.

Position will say marketing management or marketing assistant but you ll really sit at Costco behind kiosk. Then you can work you way up to scam other ppl just like you were initially!!!

I went to the interview of this job bc the position was so vague and they almost sold me on it too by relating to me and saying I could move up quickly to a director role. Thankfully, I did my own research.

If it sounds too good to be true it usually is people!

I have been working here for 3 months. I almost did not come in because of the reviews. I have been able to manage my home life and work life just fine.. And I am a single mom. We have the best team environment and we are actually acknowledged for our achievements and for going above and beyond.

This company seems really unprofessional and disorganized. I went in for an interview and the interviewer told me "we like you, but you need to get some experience"... I was like, yeah that's why I'm here. If I didn't have what you want for this role, why did you invite me for an interview?

A few months later I actually ended up going to interview a second time, because there had been another listing I had applied to and the posting said it was a different company but then I started getting emails and knew it was them. Once again I wasn't selected, and thought to myself, "do you not keep records of who you talk to?" Looks like I dodged a bullet not working here.
