Always a treat to visit the Pretzel Hut. Our office typically plans a run up for lunch before the summer holidays. Nice to be able to gather as a group up on the hill.
I remember coming here when I was a kid, and it was here long before that. Perhaps different owners but the feel is the same. It can get busy on weekends, but there is overflow parking across the road (be careful as Route 501 is 45 or 55mph here. The pretzels (not the cheaper ones in the case), but the fresh pretzels taste awesome. A bit of grill flavor on my last one. My kids love the cinnamon sugar ones (daughter said it was one of the best she ever ate!) The burgers look really yummy, but didn't try one on my last trip. Little petting zoo around back you can visit while you eat your ice cream cones!

A kitschy little hut along the road offering standard hamburger stand food along with some PA dutch homestyle meals. The petting zoo was really neat as you get to be up close with the animals. Try the chili dogs!
This is fast food, but it is top notch fast food. The added bonus is the fun environment. This is a great place to take the family. Have a taste for a burger, fries, and a shake? Look no further! The fried fish sandwich is awesome too.
Place is another hidden gem I never knew about, awesome food that is well priced, and the ice cream and milkshakes are really really good, especially the peanut butter milshake. And the petting zoo and wooded trails are an added touch if you like the outdoors

Family fun. Great food, ice cream, pretzels, and service. My toddler son loves the petting zoo with goats, roosters, chickens, turkey, and other wildlife nearby roaming around.

Good food at a reasonable price. Sweet potato fries and pulled pork barbeque were excellent. Also got hand dipped ice cream. Quick service even though it really looked busy.

Awesome little roadside food stand with a great menu selection. Order anything off of the menu because it is all good. There is a little area out back to visit with some farm animals.
Took my granddaughter to the petting zoo and played with the goats. The food is extremely delicious we all enjoyed the experience

Prices are reasonable and the food is excellent,during the warmer months they have a childrens petting zoo that has a great variety of small animals.the pretzel hut is just a great place to vist that is well worth your time.

First visit was packed! All the tables were filled but service was great. The petting zoo had goats, pigs, bunnies, and birds of different kinds. Kids can run around freely and climb on things outside... Brush the animals and pet them.

Came here for the petting zoo and ice cream for the toddlers. We were surprised that the animals (goats, pigs, chickens, etc.) roam freely within the petting zoo. Would've liked to see more animals. The ice cream was pretty good as were the french fries. We liked the kids building blocks inside to play with while waiting for the food.

It is a beloved place locally, the food I had was excellent, not the Fast Food level I expected. The people there were very friendly we had some wonderful conversation. I hope this little restaurant is always successful.

Favorite place to take the kids. After you eat, the the free petting zoo is right out back.

We love this place. The food is fun, and the atmosphere is great, whether your stopping by motorcycle for a quick bite, or come with kids for ice cream and the petting zoo.
Food was quite nice, especially the pretzel buns. Petting zoo mostly nice. Knocking off a point for the cooks not having masks on / having them pulled down. Also basically nobody around had a mask on, so if you're elderly or covid succeptible, save this place for another year. In a different year, I'd give this a 5.
The cheeseburger was great. Done to perfection for my taste. The soft ice cream is always very good especially the black raspberry.
