Here in March twice eaten the first x on a Wednesday, we had to wait 45 minutes for round 2. After saying this, it turned out to have been a mistake. Yes we are all people this can happen. The 2nd time it was my daughter's birthday, we thought we were going to eat delicious sushi. But again very sad after having been sitting for 1 hour, only had round 1 completely, in between but after 3 minutes but ordered round 2, we had only 3 things left after an hour. Then we just left. Previously always satisfied, but from now on I will go to Venlo.

The food was okay but the service was so bad that it ruined my evening. There were several times wrong things brought, drinking we had to ask for and some dishes were forgotten (at every round!). This several times indicated to different employees, then say that they go ask and you will not see them back. After sitting there for literally TWO hours, we finally finished our 2nd round. When you state a complaint, you are also not reacted empathically. They have to place adult staff there instead of only youngsters of 16. Or at least people who are well-trained. Sorry, I am never the hardest but this was really not good. I will not go back here.
Everything was without taste, I was waiting Really long for everything and I Did not get my order. In total : drama.
Food is really tasty. For the rest we found it a bit chaotic. Then two more dishes arrived, ff later three again. My idea of tapas is that the table gets its dishes at the same time. Also sent back because something was brought that was not ordered. Beverage order also not flawless. Operation friendly.
After 2 hours we were still waiting for round 2. We had to order drinks several times and then it still didn't come. When we said something about it at the checkout, we were treated rather disrespectfully. Never again! Fortunately, a new sushi tent will open in Venray next month!
Nice restaurant, clean and tidy. Food is delicious, very tasty. Staff is super friendly! Super restaurant to go there and leave with full tummies. :) recommended!

Staff is fluent and friendly. The menu offers a wide choice of sushi and other dishes. The sushi is fine. Not very fantastic but certainly not bad. There is a lot of rice in proportion to the other ingredients. The price-quality ratio is fine! The appearance of the restaurant is in my eyes a bit outdated and can actually use a makeover
The operation was not so good this evening. The sushi tasted okay but was not very innovative. Not bad, but a bit average! Chicken curry was delicious.

Delivery service is a mockery. Still not delivered after 2.5 hours, called several times. Eventually I went to collect the money in the restaurant and there was not even an excuse offered, just excuses. Apparently a lot of trouble with timing. Wait 45 minutes from arrival for the first food to arrive! It took a long time before the drink was absorbed. You come for the sushi, however, moderate choice, more wok, baking tray and frying stuff. Sushi very big, not to eat at once. This does not bother other sushi matters. Flavors were mediocre, take an example from Izumi! Smokers place very disturbing, people continuously at the window where you are eating. 10:00 is extinct (the case is almost empty). Staff very friendly, good intentions but it is just not.

What a disappointment. I'm not a person who whines quickly, but this was too bad. Went there yesterday with my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. In the end we got out of misery after the second round, still hungry. What had to be a nice evening was nicely ruined. We had packed an all-in package including drinks, we could not have done so afterwards. The service does not look at you, and you have to constantly 'call' or pull on the sleeve if you want to order a drink or hand in the menu for food. Twice out of misery but asked the boys who cleaned the tables. The waiting time for a drink was around 20-30 minutes after ordering, and was even forgotten again. The food (even a soup!) Had to be waited for one hour per round. The sushi tasted okay, there was nothing to complain about (except again the waiting time) The 'warm' dishes were very tasteless, even the sauce on top was tasteless and watery. The salmon was very hard, the sirloin tasted like a microwave meal. There was no atmosphere. Mainly because almost all guests were extremely annoyed by the circumstances. Finally received an offer for a voucher for the next time, well, no thanks! Never again!

Large and reasonable in price. Tasty meals. Large assortment. The staff is quick to take orders. Occasionally have to ask where the food is, this went a bit slower.
Awful food and service. Seated for 2.5 hours and only had 2 rounds. Too much soy sauce to hide the bad meat. Forget it. Otherwise we would have had to wait another hour. 1 of us immediately had abdominal complaints.

Nice concept, poorly executed. In the neighborhood are several restaurants like this with better quality and taste. I would like to pay 5 more and go to Boxmeer. The sushi we came for was way too sticky and had no flavor and small range. Of all the stipulations there was only one young woman who cares about the guests the rest just look away and let yourself wait, drinks ordered nix got a lukewarm cola after asking 2x. Now I understand why some people don't like sushi because they think this is sushi ....
Already eaten at many different sushi (and grill) restaurants; Shusui is not special. Many dishes contain a lot of rice, very unfortunate.
Staff was very friendly. Sushi was not tasty, too much rice, little fish and wasabi was not tasty. The hand rolls had more rice than rice pudding, garlic gambas were bland and watery. This was also below par for all you can eat.
