Horrible, they are so unprofessional, they have no idea why you are even there and they interview about 3-4 people per time period, which makes it impossible for you to get interviewed on time. Questions are redundant and they mostly brag about how much money you can make. They don't discuss anything about the actual company, and how the job you are applying to is just sales. Seems like a multi level marketing company (pyramid scheme), similar to stream energy, whenever a "sales person" grows they get the opportunity to start their own recruiting and put people beneath them which leads to more money. They claim "partnered with fortune 100 companies" which means they are partnered with ATT to do Directv selling, other than that is just energy providers. If this is your cup of tea go for it but I wish they where more transparent during interviews. It's easy to find out all their "branches" by googling the job posting ad title, they will literally use the same one every day for different "companies" across the US. Beware, and before they respond to me in a sassy way, I don't have the company mistaken, and you are not sorry for my bad experience. Beware because "recruiting" people shouldn't be the main goal of a company, "always growing" pretty much means its a multi level marketing company. They are NOT a marketing firm, they are sales PERIOD. They also make the recruiters lie to prospects and also they call about 500 people a day just to try and get them to sell.
