I had an interview at 9a. I showed up at 8:45a. The person conducting the interview showed up at 9:07a. He called in the candidate before me at 9:10a. Which means I may have been called in at 9:30a or later. Ladies and gentlemen do NOT ignore the red flags. If they can't honor an appointment and be on time than how do you think they'll treat you as an employee? 9 out of 10 employers, should the situation be in reverse, would have disqualified you as a candidate for being tardy.
