Worst service ever... I rent a flat that Clarion Housing are supposed to service... Someone vandalised the communal light and I've reported it 2 (TWO) months ago... I've called 3 times so far, nothing has been resolved... Totally useless...

They were better under (Merton Priory Homes then they were Circle Housing) since they became Clarion Housing things just spiralled into a place where you would seem to think what on earth happened to management. Two years later three repairs never done! Three mem came on separate occations to simply tick boxes and that was the end of it. However where Rent is concerned: (you bet, they get the job done)!
Awful experience with Circle Housing. After sending a letter that needed to be signed and post back to me within 2 weeks, it has been 6 weeks now and still no news. I have been calling every single day to speak to somebody and get an update but the only answer I got was: " he/she is not available right now but will call you back" and they never did. Waste of time. Good advise: get your solicitor to deal with them if you don't want to finish nerve wreck like me.
This organisation has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lie, never keep to deadlines, do a terrible job and attempt to justify it but then ignore you. Their following staff members need to be performance managed: Jane Bolton, Head of Housing - CMPH Andrew Keane - Estate Services Manager - CMPH Pamela Roberts - Estate Services - CMPH Beverley Pine - Estate Services - CMPH Craig Buller - Estate surveyor - CMPH The five individuals above are falsifying documents to make it appear to management that they are doing a great job. I have proof of this and the local MP does too. The board and senior management need to take action!
The roof of the property I rent from Circle Housing has been leaking for 20 years. Irrespective of numerous patch = botched "repairs" the house electricity is now faulty due to water ingress into wiring in the loft. Ceiling boards are rotten. Rain pours through the toilet ceiling, through floorboards & through electric lights below onto the downstairs floor. Almost 2 years ago Circles "Independent Roof Surveyor" stated "The roof felt had perished and cannot tolerate anymore patch repairs. Therefore, the whole roof & felt needs replacing". However, this has not been done. Circles incompetence, total disregard for tenants welfare, the roof leak and consequential condensation, damp, mold & mildew is compromising our physical, emotional & psychological health. To leave this review I had to leave 1 star if I could have left minus stars I would
If I could I would give zero stars. Circle Housing is the worse thing could ever happen to my house and my family.
We reported a structural issue which allow water to penetrate inside the house damaging the property and allowing mold to grow and affect my partner's health. We have been ignored for 2 months and the problem has not been sorted yet. They are very efficient only when they have to ask for money. Stay away from this disgusting company and avoid to buy a property in an area managed by them!
